Three weeks later he called me to tell me they can't work on the car but he will give me an estimate what it needs and how much it will cost. When i came to pick up the car it was all dusty and the roof and trunk were covered in oil. He came out apologized and kinda wiped it then charged me $160 for an estimate that he did not have ready and told me that he will email it to me and I am still waiting on that email since 12/5/2023. I had never gotten into an accident before, and they took full advantage of that. I went through insurance, insurance didn't want to cover everything, and knockout refused to budge. They already had my car and wouldn't let me take it back without paying over $2,000 in storage fees. In all, I ended up paying knockout about $1,500 out of my own pocket to finally get my car back. It was an awful situation and they felt nothing trying to get as much money out of me as possible. It was a terrible experience and I will warn everyone I possibly can about this place. Stay away.
