They then maintained constant communication and updated me along the way ensuring I knew everything that was being done with my vehicle as well as updating me on timelines and completion date. If you ever have any car problems whatsoever, Mike Knight is the only person I'd trust with my vehicle. For the past month, he has gone above and beyond fighting on my behalf against an insurance company that made an already stressful situation even harder after someone hit my car. Throughout the entire process, Mike has worked tirelessly to make sure I wasn't taken advantage of and that my vehicle received nothing less than the best care possible. He made sure I fully understood every step, every option, and every decision before anything was approved, never allowing me to be pressured or left in the dark. The only reason I haven't felt completely overwhelmed or taken advantage of through this process is because of everything Mike has done for me. Words honestly can't express how thankful and grateful I am that I chose to bring my vehicle to him. Hopefully I won't have any more accidents in the future, but if I ever need work done again -- whether it's me, family, or friends -- Mike will be the first and only person I call and recommend. He truly looks out for people and makes sure insurance companies don't get the chance to take advantage of them.
