Efficient and great with communicating! Handles all insurance. No hassle and easy to schedule. Thank you!

They replaced a windshield for me about four years ago and I didn't pay attention. I just drove off and they had all the little foam stuff that goes around outside the window for the seal sticking out almost 1/3 of the bottom of the window on the inside, it was horrible. But I was really busy the time kept putting it off and had it fixed. But what kind of quality control is that they released it looking like that what a crap company and I guess that's why they're out of business now they're no longer there. Good rinse. read more

Called multiple times over multiple days and no one ever picked up. I also submitted a form on their website for a quote and got no response. They've either gone out of business or are not interested in new customers. read more

Like too many others, my car was broken into from the passenger front window. I went through my insurance company which allowed me to choose which shop I wanted. I was able to get an appointment the next morning and they let me bring it in to clean up the glass and to cover the window until I brought it in for the window replacement. They did an amazing job and nary a fragment of glass to found in my vehicle. The window alignment is spot on and the window goes up and down better than before. There shop and waiting room is nice and tidy and the staff very friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending them. read more

Perkins Mobile Auto Glass has been taking care of my auto glass for over 15 years. Maybe you can pay less using a national brand pushed on you by your insurance, but there is a difference. I thought a windshield was a windshield, but others use cheaper, thinner, safety glass that is more susceptible to cracks and stars. They also can find auto glass for older or less common cars. Outstanding customer service too! read more

I got 3 bids for my windshield replacement for my 2015 Honda Pilot. One quote was from the most advertised and probably the largest national windshield replacement company in the US. Their quote was about $50 lower than Perkins however in small print it said that it didn't include tax or "disposal fee" and the reviews on Yelp weren't close to Perkins. The other quote was from a local glass company which was $65 lower however they said that I had to come in rather than being able to come to my home to replace it as well as their ratings also weren't quite as good. So, bottom line is that although Perkins was higher priced I'm glad I went with Perkins as their tech was very experienced and did a great job. I called to get a quote and agreed and she told me that their techs woukd be out the next day at 3:30ish and that it would take about zn hour abd tha is exactly what happened. Thanks Perkings, you have another happy customer. read more

I have used Perkins's glass for windshield replacement and a bull's-eye repair. In both cases the appointments were quick and the repairs were high-quality. The staff was friendly, informative, and willing to work with you. read more

I recently had to have my windshield replaced and I was very pleased with their service. They went above and beyond to communicate and follow through with my insurance company to make sure that my windshield was taken care of as soon as possible. Their communication was great as they made sure that I knew where we were in the process. I want to especially recognize Pam as she was my contact person and keep me in the loop at all times in a very kind and friendly way. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. read more

It was just easy. Everyone was helpful and things ran super smooth they got me in quick.

Perkins Glass went above and beyond for me! They did a great job replacing my windshield and then they connected with my insurance to help me get my camera that had burned out replaced! Their staff is friendly and super helpful! I highly recommend going to Perkins! read more

My 2019 Ram 3500 had a cracked passenger window that was near impossible to find. Amanda at Perkins was very communicative, providing updates along the way. Turns out there is a national backorder on the window I needed. Amanda found a workaround and had a window ordered much quicker than we originally thought. Their shop is very clean, and they are in the process of building a brand new multi-bay shop directly in front of the current building they are in. They also have a few mobile trucks that can do repairs and replacements at your home or work. Great business, family owned and operated, professional, and high attention to detail. It's worth it to go with these guys over a national chain. read more

Went in for 2 bullseyes and he found a third. Repaired all in a timely manner. Very professional and nice people.

This is the second review on Perkins Glass so I will call it PerKins Glass 2.0. My original review was/is lengthy so I am inserting saving me time to sit and one finger type another. These folks are Great. Simple as that. They have no competition in this area and you are treated as you should be. As all customers should be and others can learn from Perkins. I broken window coming down the infamous Highway 32. Enough said. 3 Days later, another rock hit and chip. The replacement window was flawless, the chip is barely visible and both jobs were done while we waited. Thank you again to all the fine people at Perkins and I will continue to recommend you to my friends and family. Enough said on 2.0. My original review - When was the last time you had customer service that caused you to walk away and say to yourself, what a pleasure. Your television provider, phone, service, retail store? When was the last time you were treated with respect and not looked at as a $$$$ instead of a consumer? In my 30+ years as an Executive for both Warner Bros and Universal I oversaw 30+ customer service representatives serving media outlets worldwide. Each and every one of the outlets/stations was treated as though they were our only clients. This is how it should be everywhere. We have become numb to grouches, attitudes, I could care less and more. It has become the norm. However, this last week I had the most pleasant experience when I was in need of a service and I had to write this review. Sorry it's so long. My wife's window was shattered on a trip back from Los Angeles by a rock. It happens. I called my insurance carrier and they immediately connected me to Safelite. A known name so I felt I would be taken care of. What a mess. Waited 4 days for an appointment and a 6-hour window which passed with no contact until the 7th hour (at 7pm) when the tech called and whined, he hadn't had lunch, it was hot and he couldn't do the job that day. Wow. Really. Thanks for nothing and don't call back. So, to get to my point, Customer Service does exist...... It exists at Perkins Auto Glass. I was in a bind, Googled and found Perkins Glass and said, why not give it a try. What could I lose? I was greeted on my call by Lisa. She could not have been nicer, courteous or more pleasant. I told her my situation and she switched me over to Brad. Told him my situation (at 10am) and was told, if you can bring the vehicle to Chico by noon, I can have you out the door by 5P. What? It's a 2000 Accord. Don't you need to order the glass? Brads response, "Not a problem at all". And so, it went. Took the car over at 11am, met Brad who couldn't have been nicer, Checked over the entire vehicle for any damages and sent me on my way. At 4:15p I am notified the car will be ready in 1/2 an hour. The installation was flawless, the car was perfectly clean and you would never have known there was an issue. This is what I call, "Excellence in Service". In all, I am grateful Safelite dropped the ball. Had they not, I would not have had the pleasure of working with Perkins Glass, (which is highly doubtful) they will be there for me. So Thank you to all the folks at "Perkins Glass". You are shining examples that others could learn from. To be clear, I am a customer, not related to any member of Perkins Glass. I have had posts/reviews removed from other review sites for being suspicious that the review was from the Company. Perkins Glass treated me like a person, not a $$$$. The review is well earned and a pleasure to write......SM read more
