I was driving on the backroads when a semi kicked up a rock that smashed my windshield. Driving to work with glass raining down inside the cab is never a nice way to start the day. Fortunately, Ben was able to get me in for a same day windshield replacement. Ben and his son Morgan were kind, courteous, efficient and overall a pleasure to do business with. Brand new car and got a chip 1 mile away from my house--- my luck! I dropped everything for an immediate repair before it spread. Just Auto Glass was the only place that was able to bring me in ASAP--- Gold star! I drove there right away and they immediately looked a little hesitant but fixed it nonetheless (crack was in the bottom left corner of my windshield). It didnt take too long, thankfully, and the repair was finished. It seemed...unfinished and they looked uneasy but I paid and left hoping for the best. They said "it should" hold up. Three days later, without it even being driven (I work from home) and under my parking awning, I walked past and noticed the crack had spread all the way across my windshield. I called and they had me come in, assuming I may be lying? Not sure, but to their credit they gave me my money back and I learned a valuable lesson: Go somewhere that guarantees their work. I wish if they felt uncomfortable with the placement of the chip they should've just let me know know so I could go somewhere that could confidently repair it. Ben is great! He is professional and his prices beat 3 other window repair companies by a landslide. Prices get you customers inbthe door and quality and service keep that customer. He has us customers now. I called everywhere to replace my front passenger door window that got shattered on our move from out of state. His prices was under $200 compared to others. One place ask $325 when he gave us $189 out the door. That got me to say yes and Ofcourse the Google reviews as well. Its hard to find honest quality car work. My husband took our car to get fix and he ask Ben if he recommended any tinting place and he gave him a place. Well they must be good because they are booked out to October. And because of his competitive prices we took our car back to him that same week to replace our windshield that had lots of starbursts and some cracks. Both jobs were done less than 45mins. I had such a great experience with just auto glass. Perfectly pleasant, replaced my shattered driver side window in about 45 mins once the piece delivered. They were honest about what cracks I could live with and when to fix it what that would cost. Told me to save money and wait :) can't ask for more. Would only go here from now on. read more

My boyfriend's car got broken into and we needed window replacement ASAP. They were able to set up an appointment time the next day, and were very flexible when we had to move it. Something hit my windshield, probably a small pebble, and I instantly had a small star on the right hand side. I didn't think much of it, but the next morning it had spread over a foot towards the center of the windshield. After checking ratings and reviews on Yelp and other sites, I decided to get quotes over the phone. Ben at Just Glass came in with by far the lowest bid, so of course I was skeptical, and asked for an out the door quote. It was the same. Ben finished installing my new windshield in under 30 minutes, and it looks terrific! A rock hit me on Tuesday was on the freeway kept growing till it was almost half way thru my windshield, called on Wednesday for an estimate and was able to book an appointment for Thursday during my hour lunch and he was able to do it within my lunch but the speed didn't affect the service which was great and the price was reasonable. read more

I discovered that my windshield had been smashed at 4:30pm. Called and spoke to Ben who was happy to wait if I wasn't able to make it there by5. Then waited with me until about 5:30 when my ride arrived, so that I didnt have to wait alone. He was ver friendly and professional. I just got my driver door window done the other day. Ben and his son Dallas were AWESOME. Super nice and fast. I called today because there was a problem. They told me to bring it over and they would look at it. So they took apart the door panel and one of the wires in the regulator was cut. Ben went out right then and bought a new regulator and didn't charge me at all. He apologized for the inconvenience and I was on my way! I guess the lady that gave them a 1 star didn't try calling them. I showed Ben the review and he couldn't recall the vehicle. I highly doubt she had the right company because I got superior service above and beyond! They guarantee their work. I would highly recommend them all the time. read more

I only carry liability insurance coverage so i had to pay for my windshield out of pocket...i was AMAZED that they charged so little. About half of what everyone else wanted.
