I drove there right away and they immediately looked a little hesitant but fixed it nonetheless (crack was in the bottom left corner of my windshield). It didnt take too long, thankfully, and the repair was finished. It seemed...unfinished and they looked uneasy but I paid and left hoping for the best. They said "it should" hold up. Three days later, without it even being driven (I work from home) and under my parking awning, I walked past and noticed the crack had spread all the way across my windshield. I called and they had me come in, assuming I may be lying? Not sure, but to their credit they gave me my money back and I learned a valuable lesson: Go somewhere that guarantees their work. I wish if they felt uncomfortable with the placement of the chip they should've just let me know know so I could go somewhere that could confidently repair it. In the end this mistake cost me $500 and an insurance claim.

I'm so glad I went to Knockout because Trey and Nina helped me work through all of it, starting with explaining the insurance claim process. This was my first accident and first time dealing with all of this and they were such a massive help. Trey was awesome and worked with me the entire time and he went above and beyond explaining the process, my options and communicating back and forth with the insurance company to receive the proper amount they owed. I was in the loop the entire time and received a very prompt response regardless of if I texted, emailed or called. After about 2.5 weeks in their shop I just picked up my HRV and it truly is as good as new. I was confident this would be the quality they were providing after that whole process but to see it actually there with the giant scratch, missing paint and dent completely vanished is pretty amazing. They are truly some of the most dishonest people I have ever encountered. They will try to take…read moreadvantage of you and exploit your lack of knowledge. I had never gotten into an accident before, and they took full advantage of that. I went through insurance, insurance didn't want to cover everything, and knockout refused to budge. They already had my car and wouldn't let me take it back without paying over $2,000 in storage fees. In all, I ended up paying knockout about $1,500 out of my own pocket to finally get my car back. It was an awful situation and they felt nothing trying to get as much money out of me as possible. It was a terrible experience and I will warn everyone I possibly can about this place. Stay away.
