The man who answered all my questions in a manner that wasn't rushed at all (whom I believe is the owner) was so pleasant. When I got there I quickly learned that the entire staff is that way! I couldn't have been happier since the last two salons (which are much closer to my house) were horrible experiences. The prices were unbeatable as well. I left the salon and accidentally left a very expensive piece of jewelry and one of the guys came racing out to my car to catch me to give it to me. Thank goodness for honest people! We were not seen at that time either, we continued to wait for another 30 min until we were serviced. The customer service was great, but our nails weren't. I asked for a short french tip with dip and this is the result. During my visit I communicated that one of the tips were crooked and she told me to trust the process, I did, but the end result was the same. Personally I do like the people there and the prices are fair as I paid $45 for this set. I just wish the nails were much better. They look chunky, crooked and discolored in some areas.
