The man who answered all my questions in a manner that wasn't rushed at all (whom I believe is the owner) was so pleasant. When I got there I quickly learned that the entire staff is that way! I couldn't have been happier since the last two salons (which are much closer to my house) were horrible experiences. The prices were unbeatable as well. I left the salon and accidentally left a very expensive piece of jewelry and one of the guys came racing out to my car to catch me to give it to me. Thank goodness for honest people! I was attracted to the lack of a television set and the modern decor. I will admit I was treated rudely when I initially walked in for my first visit. However, my technician, Henry, made me feel very welcomed and took great care with my nails. After that initial visit, I was serviced by 2 other ladies there that did horrible jobs on my nails. HORRIBLE! I learned to just make my appointments with Henry to avoid disappointment. Henry is very patient with me, offers me a beverage, and does small talk with me -- all of which I appreciate. Every time I get a design added -- which is not very often -- I get SEVERAL COMPLIMENTS from both men and women. When I get my (gel) nails done by Henry, they last the entire 2 weeks. I make jewelry as a hobby, and the only time my nails chip or break is if I am recklessly using them to manipulate metals instead using a tool. I highly recommend this salon, particularly Henry if you're getting standard polish or gel nails done.

It also kept me honest since I can be a bit indecisive. lol The studio is very cozy, and they set the mood with a great playlist. It took everything in me not to sing out loud several times. I saw Madisen and when I tell you she's amazing...just look at the picture if you don't believe me! She takes her time, is very meticulous, and will work with you to get exactly what you want. I asked for a short french tip with dip and this is the result. During my visit I communicated that one of the tips were crooked and she told me to trust the process, I did, but the end result was the same. Personally I do like the people there and the prices are fair as I paid $45 for this set. I just wish the nails were much better. They look chunky, crooked and discolored in some areas.
