This was the worst treatment I have ever received from a restaurant. When me and my old grandfather and my family drove a long way to come here we expected good food and decent service. Instead we wasted 50 minutes of our time between driving and 20 minutes sitting at our table waiting for someone to take our order. We were lied to many times that we would be served and she never came. She walked past us many times and said I will be with you in a second but instead she served other tables. The restaurant was so not filled with people or overwhelmed and were not short on staff .When we left the table the staff just looked at us and said nothing .So disrespectful and rude.I DONT recommend coming here. read more

We're frequent flyers here! Especially when there's a game on, there are plenty of tv's here, and they have no problem changing the channel to a specific game you want to see. Glory days has the best cheese fries, no debate! The food is consistent, no matter what you order it's gonna be good. This location is beautiful. The indoor/outdoor bar seating makes this location better than the older ones. And service is always on point. The manager Jose came by and gave us free buffalo cauliflower bites just because he wanted us to try them! I must say I would have never ordered them on my own, but they were surprisingly delicious! Even my husband, the carnivore, said they were good. read more

Fun little spot to catch a game. The Manager is very cordial and has fun personality. Staff is personable and friendly. Food is ok. I orders the Brussels sprouts and bacon app and it was bunt to a crisp of Brussels charcoal leafs and overdone bacon bits. Very greasy. I'll def be back on my next visit to catch a game probably not to eat. read more

Never saw our server once seated and ordered. Had to track down bus boy to get our drinks refilled . Our food came out missing half of it. Had to track down a kitchen crew to get the rest. Took another 10 minutes for sauce. This was on a very non busy sunday. Foods good if you like cold bar food and rhe service SUCKS , NOT GOING TO NAME ANY NAMES JEREMY read more

We came here as a last minute decision with our baseball team today. There were 25 of us and we were on a time crunch. The staff was amazingly efficient, and we only had one waitress!! Food was delicious too. I wish I could remember our waitress' name, but highly recommend!! read more

Slow at times but never a bad time. One of the main reasons I come back to my ol neighborhood Edgewater. To busy eating or drinkin to check in most if the time. Good food and drink at a great price! I always sit at the bar, I may bring 1 or 2 people. Everything from the wings to the burgers and the steamed vegetables! Great taste and savory food that will always have you with leftovers. read more

My 12 year old son and I go in a few times a month to eat some apps & watch sports at the hightops. We usually have no problems except this last time. In the hour+ we were there our server stopped by 3 times. 3 times in an hour! 2 of those times were to grab our order and bring our drinks. When we asked to speak to the manager about the lack of attention we basically got brushed off. The manager literally said, sarcastically, "well I hope your night gets better". No apology, no 'lets see what we can do to make it right', no 'we hope you give us another try', nothing. Having been in the restaurant biz for over 25 years, in all positions including general manager, treating your customer like they are the problem really gets under my skin. My son keeps asking if we can go back to watch Orioles & Ravens & I really don't think I will. read more

We came here for Fathers Day lunch and were surprised not to have to wait. We got seated right away, and the service was super friendly and attentive from start to finish! Our server, Katie, is fantastic in every detail! And when there was a holdup getting our food out, the manager stopped by before we were even aware of the problem, offering to comp the meal. We ended up going with free deserts. The food was excellent, we had steak & cheese, Cobb salad, and bison burger. All excellent! read more

Glory Days Grill - Great place to go on Fathers Day! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Edgewater, Maryland

Glory days really needs to screen their servers. We had the worst service ever. Left after half hour. No food. No drinks. And the waiter/waitress rolled their eyes when my wife order her food. Seriously why do people frequent restaurants like this. Shame on you. read more

Great food, great prices, and the atmosphere is friendly. 10/10 for a quick bite at a nice restaurant/bar.

As a long time fan of Glory Days, I was devastated when they closed the local Bowie location two years ago, it was my favorite watering hole. We had been told, shortly before the final days, that another location was going to be built, in some place called Edgewater, wherever the hell that was! As it turns out, not TOO far. My wife and I were reminiscing about it when she decided to look it up, see if a new one had been built. Finding this one on our trusty Yelp app we decided to take a drive. The new one is located in a relatively new shopping center, one of a handful of establishments with room for more. Standard sports bar layout, big flat screens everywhere and as long bar that runs down one side of the restaurant, the lotto can be played down at the end. Lots of air and light, high industrial style ceilings painted black and tall windows make for a nice dining experience. Plenty of booths, standard and bar style tables and seating as well as the bar- they can fit a good number of folks in here. As a creature of habit, we had to get our old standby - wings, fries and salads and as usual, they did not disappoint, everything came out hot (or chilled, in the case of the salads) and fresh; the wife had to try the new mashed cauliflower which she liked. One thing to note, the service here isn't as quick as it was in the Bowie location, but they know their jobs and do them well enough and since they are still new, I expect they'll only get better with time and motivation. We'll be back. read more

Stopped in on my way home from work. Seated right away. And then just everything just takes so long from that point. While watching many staff members standing around by the kitchen door. Sit there 10 minutes waiting for service then we finally get service and it takes 5 to 10 minutes for anything else to happen. This isn't the first time in this restaurant. A year ago we were at this restaurant and the service was horrific but the manager made it a much better experience. So I thought I would try it again. Maybe not anymore read more

Very bad customer service. To begin, we came at 11am when they opened and our booth was dirty. Hostess was unpleasant when asked to clean. We then ordered 8 piece wings, for which we got 7 pieces. They did bring the other wing to us after we asked. Next, we did not get celery with our cauliflower wings. When we asked our waitress, she told us "those don't come with celery." We then showed her the menu that said "with celery." I found that very rude of her. They should read their menu before commenting toward customers. They also forgot the egg on one of our burgers. Overall, many mistakes on our orders and unpleasant workers. Ruined the experience. read more

Glory days in Edgewater may seem like your everyday run of the mill chain restuarant. What separated Glory days from every other Applebees or Ruby Tuesday is the diverse and exciting menu! My favorite part is the cauliflower wings! Finally vegetarians can enjoy wings! And they offer the wings in a variety of sauces just like the traditional chicken wings. Also they offer the impossible burger, which is a great high protein alternative for the traditional veggie burger. All in all, there is some thing tasty for everyone, and I really appreciate the variety of vegetarian options! read more

This is a chain....I like the cob salad. It is very good and the lettuce and the plate are always chilled. It makes a difference and I wish more restaurants would realize it!! The burgers are good and prepared to the temperature you request. They are always consistent in the food they put out. This is a good local chain with good bar food and drinks. The games are always available on the big screen tv's. read more

Glory Days Grill has a new crab dip to offer which was pretty delicious. The new lobster roll with watermelon and corn on the side was great. The crispy shrimp tacos were pretty good as well, however the batter left a bit of an aftertaste. It was served with tortillas and salsa. I was able to sample a couple of flavors for the wings. The flavors I tasted were GOTCHU and Peach habanero sauce. I decided to get the GOTCHU flavor. Great spice and texture on the wings. Which was paired with the mango passion fruit Arnold Palmer. Every time I come to Glory Days I'm greeted with smiles and attentive service. Very satisfied customer. read more

I'm the type of guy that likes to have a "Cheers" he can go to a few times a week. A nice, mellow place you can always count on to have a consistently good experience each-and-every visit. For me, Glory Days fits that bill. Their staff is super attentive, particularly Kevin, and the management friendly, and accessible. I often go for lunch, and Jose, the manager is always on the floor checking-in with customers. If there is ever an issue, even a small one, you can depend on him to not only make it right, but to make it better. The sports bar style lay-out is comfortable, and airy, featuring a number of big screens around the perimeter, with a speaker-box at your table, so you can tune in, and you can always count on one TV to be showing cartoons for the kids. There is a good variety of tasty food, and their full portion daily specials: Burger Mondays; Taco Tuesdays; Wings, or Ribs Wednesdays; Pizza, or Nachos Thursdays; and Fish Fry Fridays, helps to keep the costs down. I've yet to have a bad experience here, and will happily continue to dine here several times a week. read more

We've been coming here for years..reliable for a decent burger and watching the game. Everything about our experience was lacking. I ordered a side caesar salad and it was covered in cheese, almost NO lettuce at all...sent it back and ordered something else. My husband ordered a burger and the order was messed up and no bacon. Bartender told us "they are cooking the bacon now". 10 minutes later still no bacon. We asked to talk with manager, it took another 10 min for him to come out. Still no bacon. The manager was apologetic and comped us our food. We left to go to another restaurant so my husband could get a decent dinner. read more

In all the thousands of times I've driven through Annapolis, I never noticed this restaurant before. It's probably a good thing, because it means my eyes were on the road. While traveling through Annapolis today a friend suggested we stop here and I'm glad he did. This is a pretty good franchise. Lots of space, great service and reasonable prices. The menu is quite extensive and they are featuring an Oktoberfest specific menu right now, in addition to the normal items. We sat at a high top in the bar area and ordered a chicken cheesesteak and the brisket grilled cheese. The wait was not long and the food was fresh and hot. The bun for the cheesesteak was probably at the limit for freshness and the meat to bun ratio was a little meager. It was okay but not something I would probably order again. as always my system is five stars for restaurants to which I would drive out of my way, four stars for restaurants that which I would like to be a regular and three stars for restaurants to which I would return. This place is a definite four star and I wish there was one closer to my home. read more

Stopped in on NYD 2021 for lunch. Plenty of college football on the screens, and great food:. Half portion of the Buffalo chicken salad and a Reuben for me, a half portion of the Winter spinach salad with apples and chicken and the sliders for my wife. All were delicious and portions were perfect (well we did take home one box). And the tab, with two iced read and a very tasty bourbon cider cocktail, was less than $60 before tip. Staff was outstanding: very helpful but not intrusive, and everyone went over and above to make us welcome and comfortable. Top notch performance by all. Special props to our server Rachel S.; Thanks for starting our New Year off with a superior dining experience. read more

I have BIG news!! My husband and I decided to give Glory Days a second chance after being extremely disappointed our first time visiting. The food was the same, nothing out of the box but good for an easy night. What MADE THE DIFFERENCE was the service we experienced with our Server Elijah! He was attentive and knowledgeable! Great with conversation and our drinks never hit empty!!! Everything he suggested we ordered and my only complaint is that he may be too convincing! Talking us into dessert after what felt like the end! Worth. Every. Bite. Truthfully, make sure you grab a table with him because otherwise you're not getting the right experience! We will be back and have become new regulars to his service! read more

My boyfriend and I finally got a chance to visit this fairly new location. I've had Glory Days food before at the Towson location and it wasn't very memorable. I don't even remember what I ordered last time lol. We were in the Edgewater area making a stop at his parents' house and decided to take advantage of happy hour before the ride back to Bowie. The restaurant was very clean! I love the outdoor bar! If it wasn't so cool that day, we would have definitely sat outside. We ended up at the indoor bar. Our bartender, Brendan, was very friendly and helpful. He told us about all the good deals and daily specials. We came on Wednesday, which Rib and Wings Day. 1/2 rack of ribs is $10.99 and Wings are 90 cents each. He also let us try the wing sauces so we could see what flavors we liked best. My boyfriend ordered the Triple Play, which comes with ribs, wings, and shrimp. He requested Glory sauce for the ribs and Korean bbq for his wings. I ordered honey old bay and garlic buffalo wings. It didn't take long for our food to come and when it came, it was hot and fresh. My wings were awesome. My boyfriend enjoyed his food as well. Drinks were great also. We definitely will be back for Happy Hour. read more

If you are looking for a place to watch the game and drink a beer then okay.... If you are going to eat.... I would suggest you find elsewhere to go. I had chicken wings (bone-in with "glory days" sauce) I thought that was a safe selection for a first timer, but unfortunately I was mistaken. The best thing on the menu would be the fries... very disappointing.. I wouldn't suggest the drinks unless you're getting something like a beer. On a pleasant note, the staff was very nice. Food would just be a no. read more

Last night, my family and I had a surprise party for my dad who was recently promoted. Everything turned out perfect. All of the servers who were assigned to us were amazing...especially Heather. She was so sweet/friendly...and was definitely on top of her game. They all were really on top of their game-always refreshing drinks, the food at the buffet, and just making sure that everyone was always happy. The food was great. Since we had a later party, we decided to have 4 appetizers out for our guests. We chose to have the buffalo chicken dip, Glory wings, mini crab cakes, and cheeseburger sliders. All of the food was great, especially the cheeseburgers. Everyone seemed to comment on how good they were...same with the wings. It was nice to be able to have the option to dim the lights when my dad was on his way in and even have the option to lower the music that was playing above when we read our speeches. The room was perfect. We had the room set up to be half cocktail tables and half sit down tables. It was perfect. People enjoyed sitting down to eat their food at the tables (especially the older guests), while others enjoyed standing at the tables with their drinks while mingling with others. The music choice that was on the whole time was perfect for everyone. It was also nice to have the many TVs in the room, so that everyone could keep up on their sports teams. One of our guests said that they were thinking about having their son's wedding rehearsal dinner at Glory Days too. We definitely will be back to have future parties. read more

Good Food, Attentive Waiters, Cold Beer. Their Waitstaff is very good and will honor the small special changes we need.

I had been wanting to try this place for the last two years, but I would always forget about it. I wish I had forgot about it this time too. We went for lunch on a Monday. It wasn't busy and we were sat immediately and had our beverage order taken just moments later. Our server returned with our drinks and then she vanished. We waited and waited. Finally another server told us she was busy and took our order. We received our food in a timely manner, however it was dry and blah. There were only two of us, but our table was crowed with empty glasses and plates right until we asked for the check. The sports viewing set up is cool with individual speakers on each table so you can tune into whichever television you're interested in. That's the only thing I liked about the restaurant. Not impressed. Doubt we'll ever return. read more

Me, my wife and son have eaten at Glory Day 3 of the past 4 Thursdays after a weekly appointment, all 3 times there has been problems. First trip my son got a meal he didn't order. Second trip, no condiments for my burger and no server to refill drinks. Third trip (last night), my son ordered chicken with some type of crab dip on it. He smelled the rottenness of the seafood right away but took a bite, It had definitely gone bad. How the people who brought the food didn't smell this I have no idea. Some one will probably respond that we should have told someone but honestly all 3 trips the servers took our order and we didn't see them again until dinner was over. Great Apple Cobbler but last night I just had to leave and get fresh air. read more
