This is a two-fold review. 8/2013 $10K spent on tile and grout for a master bedroom, master bath, entire kitchen, living area, laundry room and half bath. Worked with the most amazing designer, Ana Laserna. So many incredible choices i wished i had 10 bathrooms and bedrooms to decorate (my budget said otherwise). Still, this was a very sizeable spend for me. I was beyond thrilled with my choices, thanks to Ana. Service, response time, quality and pricing - all outstanding. 2/2019 A sizeable part of my master bath shower grout on the floor and walls had changed from the "Light Smoke" to WHITE. Couldn't figure it out. No amount of cleaners would fix it. On 2/2, I called Mosaic Tile in Chantilly and the most knowledgable woman, Jen, answered the phone. I had all my original receipts (yes, one of those and it has been a blessing) and described my dilemma. She knew immediately what had happened and knew that the Cement Grout Glaze Remover would fix it. She was so helpful and Mosaic Tile is fortunate she works for them. Unfortunately, driving to Chantilly from Old Town is like a full day trip. Jen struck gold again. There is also a Mosaic Tile in Alexandria, 15 minutes from me. She even went into the computer and saw they had two in inventory. Off i flew, since they closed in 30 minutes. Well, i learned WHY my grout had turned white. My lousy contractor ( who will remain unnamed becuase I still have issues with them, five years after the fact) put too much water in the grout and this caused it to discolor. Didn't surprise me they had made the mistake. Super Bowl Sunday. Time to test this out on a portion of the shower floor. I've attached a picture of my "before" floor. Hopefully i will return within a week and post an "after" picture.

I came in to recycle Nespresso capsules and buy new ones, but due to poor customer service, I walked out without buying anything.

    I had an excellent experience at this Williams Sonoma location, thanks to Rhonda (sales associate)…read moreand Tina (General Manager). I purchased a Breville Oracle Dual Boiler espresso machine through a pre-order with this store. When it was delivered, I later discovered there were serious issues with the machine. Not knowing at first, I went back to the store to compare mine with the floor model. That's when I realized something was definitely wrong. Rhonda was out that day, but Tina stepped in immediately and handled the situation with such professionalism and care. She arranged for a replacement, ensured everything was taken care of smoothly, and turned what could have been a very frustrating experience into a positive one. This was not a small purchase--it was a $3,000+ espresso machine with tax--so the level of support and customer service I received was extremely reassuring. You often hear negative stories about customer service, but this store proved those wrong. Tina and her team genuinely care about their customers, and it shows. Because of how well they handled everything, I not only left with confidence in my purchase, but I also bought additional items and will gladly continue to support this location. Thank you to Tina, Rhonda, and the entire team for going above and beyond!

    We came to this place because of all the good reviews we saw online and after we had gone to many…read moreshow rooms to figure out the color and pattern we liked. Although we were a bit hesitant because there were not that many reviews so not sure how much we should trust the existing reviews, we still decided to give it a try because it's real close to us. We really regretted that decision as this place put us through hell. We came here on 6/8/2024 and deposited thousands of dollars right away to secure the slabs we decided to order. We were talked into buying the slabs partially because the sales person, Fatma, told us that another color we liked would take weeks to deliver, and if we put down the deposit for the slabs she recommended that day, she would save the slabs for us which they had in stock. Then fast forward to the middle of July when they came to measure and told us that the delivery of the slabs will be a little delayed. When we asked about the delay because we were informed they saved them for us and Fatma claimed that the slabs had scratches on them, they had to re-order and they would be installing around the end of July. On 7/26, we were told that it would be the first week of August. On 7/31, we were told that it would be 8/9, and on 8/7, we were told that the shipping container was delayed and they would not be here until September. Fatman sent us a picture of anther slab recommending us to switch to that one for the same price, which we don't like... In talking to the store manager, he claimed that he did not know anything about saving slabs for us...and after all the frustrations, we are back to square one... It's not an exaggeration when I said they put us through hell -- 1. all of the scheduling delays caused us to have to re-schedule with our contractor again and again, who has an extremely busy schedule already. 2. We planned to have the project done by the end of July so that we can take a trip for our 16th anniversary. American Quartz&Granite completely ruined that plan. As a matter of fact, we had to take time off work and drive in the pouring rain on our anniversary day desperately looking for new countertops. 3. we re-did the entire first floor and the plumber can't come to re-hook up things until the countertop is in place, and we had no sink, no kitchen, no water, nothing on the entire first floor for over a month more than what we needed to because of their delay. 4. For a family with young children and cooks a lot, any extra day not having the kitchen ready is miserable, not even mention a month more than what we had to endure. 5. Eating out for an extra month cost us a ton too to add on top of this major home renovation. PLEASE, don't trust the good reviews like I did and, save yourself some hassle, just don't deal with them.
