Why would you pay good money just to have the installers drill multiple holes in the back of your cabinets to find the studs in the wall? This is a basic detail and the installers were so lazy they drilled 7 extra holes in the back of my cabinet. Do not waste good money. read more

Buyer beware! I purchased a cabinet, mirror and had granite cut from off the floor 5 years ago. The faucet hole was not centered and the sink has been cracking in the last 4 years. This is in the hall bathroom so it doesn't get used that often. When contacted once it was installed and I noticed the faucet hole wasn't centered the sales mgr said there is nothing they can do. I know they wont care about the cracking that has been getting worse in the sink. Complete waste of money! read more

We had USA Cabinet Store install a kitchen at our home. We went on an exhaustive process of choosing a contractor. They were not cheapest or the most expensive. We received estimates that ranged widely in specifics and price. USA had a clear precise estimate Having worked with many contractors over the years I was thrilled with the service of this company. They went out of their way to insure the kitchen was properly measured on several occasions for accuracy. Very disappointed with the quality of the cabinet line that my salesperson at USA Cabinet advised me to go with. I was told that it was an 'upgrade' from the cabinet line my contractor recommended, plus it came in the exact color I wanted. Some pieces arrived damaged, others arrived in the wrong color, and pieces were missing. It delayed my project timely by a month, waiting for corrections. The cabinets have all chipped very easily, and drawers are out of alignment already, having barely been used (the renovation isn't even finished yet). I did like their design and David had some excellent ideas. But the quality of the cabinetry is terrible. I'm fully expecting to have to replace them in a few years. read more

My wife and I visited their store on 4/30/16 and talked with a salesman named Craig. He took our measurements and ideas and presented an idea that was different and a bit shocking to us. He made us see that our main problem was a wall separating our kitchen from the dining area. He opened up the kitchen and showed us how it would look in 3D. At that point, I paid $500 for his "intellectual property" feeling like every penny was worth it. The $500 could be applied towards cabinets. After that, it started sliding sideways. He made another change which put the refrigerator on the wrong side of the wall. Eventually, we wound up knocking down the wall and extending it a foot into the dining area (ka-ching). It is the actual order and delivery of the cabinets where things started to fall apart. We ordered Wolf Classic Cabinets in Dark Sable because he talked us out of using White Paint (which I give him credit for). He insisted things could be delivered within a week of an order. Well, that didn't happen and it started with an item that wasn't in stock. We wound up taking delivery of a replacement item that my contractor had to assemble. My contractor went ballistic when he found out that the tall floor to ceiling cabinets didn't have a separate base. In all his years, he says he'd never seen that. He had to spend labor to cut off the bottom and recreate a base. With his normal cabinet contact, this kind of issue would have resulted in a $1000 credit. One of the wall cabinets got dinged and needed to be replaced or covered with a decorative end panel (we opted to do this). That meant we had to order more decorative end panels because we had originally tried to limit their number and our original order was for the opposite end. Craig discounted these additional pieces and credited us one free end panel. When we were supposed to get delivery of them, stuff was missing. Craig promised to deliver and then asked us to take truck delivery one day after. On July 2nd, I realized I was double charged for that last set. I emailed it in to Craig and he corrected it. Staring at one of the wall cabinet doors, I realize it is warped enough at the top for me to see it. I normally don't notice things like that very well. If Craig and USA Cabinet was more on the ball, I might have called it in but let this sleeping dog lie. When it comes to ideas, Craig's definitely got a few good ones. When it comes to cabinets and delivery times, you'd better have a strong stomach. read more

My husband and I recently moved into a new home and wanted to quickly renovate the kitchen before our baby was born. We couldn't have asked for faster and more friendly, reliable service. Everyone in the showroom was more than accommodating and so responsive to follow-up calls and emails. They walked us through options and then assisted in the design of our kitchen. Working with Adam was awesome! Within literally days they provided a schematic (with exact measurements and cabinet types needed) and a price estimate. One week later we ordered the cabinets and received them the following week. It couldn't have been easier. The final price for completely new cabinets (not just doors) was also very reasonable. BEWARE!!! :( Please feel free to contact me for additional information. Beware of this company and esp. the Chantilly office (except Quinette who is beyond fabulous!). They are very understaffed, but take on jobs anyways without giving a truthful expectation of when things will be finished. They go from job to job, leaving things unfinished. They speak another language in the client's presence even after being asked not to do this since they all speak English, which is very rude and suspicious. They don't arrive on time, take long breaks, are hard to get a hold of, and had someone from their accounting office pulled in to do the project manager position. He was removed when a neighbor's job turned into a renovation nightmare. here is a relatively new owner of less than a year who ignored us for almost 3 months when our new granite counter top cracked and only responded when we disputed charges with our credit card company. The project manager was 'in our neighborhood', but didn't show us the respect or courtesy of accessing the crack before it became irreparable for months. They attempted a bait and switch at the beginning after our chosen slab of granite was sold to another client and they almost put in a subpar slab until I caught it. Hours of back and forth, they upgraded the granite, which necessitated changing our entire kitchen's color scheme and look. Fabricating / sealing was done incorrectly, as there is a slime feeling covering of sorts on the counter tops. The counter top wasn't supported correctly causing the crack, but the company's 'project manager' was heard trying to deflect blame with silly accusations. We have a long granite work station for a handicapped family member and a child, but fear it will crack too since there is little support at one end and no support in the middle. We tried working with them to get it fixed, but after we were shown subpar granite slabs that would save the OWNER money, but not match our kitchen and from what we heard from another client, we lost ALL trust in this small company. The owner is now trying to lowball us regarding an appropriate refund that would allow us to go to a reputable granite company and have the upgraded granite matched and replaced, along with costs to cover drywall repair and repainting, etc. Nightmare! Please look elsewhere. Until this company gets their act together, I fear you'll go through what my neighbor and our family have both gone through .... stress, anxiety, headaches, frustration, fear and a lot of wasted time! :( read more

I came in to get a quote for the cabinets, with the measurements and cabinet types provided by my contractor. This was the second location I got a quote from, and the first two provided me quotes upon request. The sales person was unable to understand the measurements and codes (as in that WC means wall cabinet and BC means base cabinet). She tried telling me that the codes they have in store are the ones used in the industry, even tho the codes she showed me were for different design and colors of the cabinets. She had no idea what to do with the measurements and how to translate them into a quote. Said she would get back to me - that was two weeks ago and I am still waiting. We loved the cabinets we received from USA Cabinet Store! We worked very closely with Craig and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We really valued his input as this was the first time we ever purchased semi-custom cabinets. They turned out so beautiful and we received great value for the cost (slow close drawers, all hardwood). USA Cabinet Store recently completed a major renovation of my place. They remodeled the kitchen cabinets and island, lighting, fireplace, and built-in shelving, and also painted the entire place (the floors were done separately). Adam Smith and Kamil Osmanjan were my main contacts. Adam designed the kitchen and Kamil supervised the work onsite. They were both were extremely friendly and pleasant to work with, and they did a great job with the project. Lots of choices came up during the project (such as exactly where to put the recessed lights once the duct work in the ceiling was revealed), and for these they would contact me immediately and explain my options. Also, they were always available to answer my questions about when and exactly how each part of the project could be done. I was able to make last-minute choices on paint colors and the countertop and backsplash materials, which was very useful since I could first see how the rest of the project was coming along before making these decisions. Then once these decisions were made, they were handled seamlessly. Kamil made sure everything was taken care of, including doing several key parts of the job himself, and I was happy with the speed and quality of his work and that of the other subcontractors. Overall, I thought everyone did an excellent job in guiding me through the options, answering my questions, letting me choose, and getting things done. This was the first renovation I've done, so I was fortunate to have Adam and Kamil to interact with. I would definitely hire them again for other projects. read more

What an experience! I started my bath remodel on 10/2/17 and the project was completed from start to finish (when they no longer returned for repairs) on 1/30/18. The project was written in contract to be completed in 45 days, start to finish. The project was supervised by Sinan Yildirim (project manager). He was totally incompetent. He made for a hazardous work environment and was untruthful about his business practices; which was proven on video surveillance. He sent 2 men to work 2-3 hours per day, 2-3 days per week. On December 8, 2016, we had a meeting with the owner, sales representative and a different project manager. They vowed to see the project through to the end of the job. Using the same workers, they returned time and time again to repair problems... and there were many. Randy Harding, the new project manager was committed to getting the job done well. He came to the house repeatedly to review the mistakes and correct them. read more
