I was instructed to take it to UPS and they would box it and return it, no additional effort was needed on my part. So I stopped by the Post & Parcel and was not disappointed. I carried the equipment in a paper grocery bag...was greeted with a warm welcome...set it on the counter...and was asked for my account number. Well...I didn't know it. Thought I'd have to run back home...but...they have a way to look it up. 3 seconds later, I was finished. Wow. Good processes and great customer service. There was no wait, I was helped immediately. I didn't have to pay for the return, so I'm not sure about pricing. But the friendly employees could help you quickly.

We have to send email after email after email. We never receive a response. Their voicemail is full. After only three months we've decided that we can't continue like this. Most recently, I waited in line 15 minutes at USPS to be told that bc package didn't have clear tape it couldn't be sent and no they don't have clear tape. So I headed around the corner to (walking distance!) mail & copy and literally just handed them the package. Done. The people here are kind and friendly and want to be helpful. They also sell cute merchandise among other useful items. They also do FedEx etc.... Just come here. Save time. And you avoid grumpy post office employees!
