It's only been…read morein the last year or two that I've had to rely more heavily on Drew and his staff, especially Dean, who gives me service with a smile and always something to laugh about (hard to come by these days, through dueling face masks, to be sure!) to assist me during Covid and now, while I've begun to work from home. I can always rely on stellar customer service that goes far beyond my expectations and staff who know this business like the back of their hands - Most importantly, they know how to get me in and out the quickest - which, to me, is invaluable. In short, I believe the subpar reviews I see here to be written by people of low caliber and I can describe them: less than a fourth grade education, are fraught with typos, misspellings and lack punctuation and offer no real insight into what a terrific service PostNet provides. These aforementioned authors obviously have no concept of what it costs to do things in today's [cutthroat] small business world of the Pandemic, i.e. send an email, receive a fax, mail an item with tracking, etc., and reviews are not indicative of the real world. To say these small businesses are struggling, is a complete understatement. I only wish more people like me, who are having challenges transitioning to working from home and/or virtual schooling (and to those just needing stamps and a nice birthday card) to stop in and see just how easy Drew and his stellar crew will make day-to-day living a BREEZE. I came in to print labels using my own paper( BECAUSE HE STATED IT WOULD BE MORE EXPENSIVE IF I USED HIS PAPER ) , and also provided my own layouts and just needed them printed and when I asked for the price, the employee had to leave to ask someone else. I asked again before she started printing, and she told me she would let me know after the job was finished. She then went back a second time to get a price. They never informed me that this was a "rush" job. I called and asked if they could take on the job before my arrival! This is not transparent business practice. The overcharging is obvious, and the rude behavior makes it even worse. I strongly urge others to avoid this place entirely. Spare yourself the frustration and take your business somewhere that values honesty and basic professionalism! Instead of being accountable and being customer oriented they are combative with the customers in the reviews. This place won't last long and I plan on escalating this to the Better Business Bureau!

I called UPS, and they said that the store requires a payment if they are to receive the package. I told UPS of my My Choice subscription, but they said the store will not accept the package without payment. They don't offer bundle discounts if you buy 20/25 boxes like uhaul, but fine I was already there. I was prepared to pay more money per box. Once I checked out I went to my car and checked uhaul prices, I was charged $4 for medium boxes, $39 for 10 medium boxes. At uhaul it's $39 for 20 boxes. I came back apologizing saying I'm sorry but with the price 2x as much I needed to return them. The owner was *angry* raising his voice saying there was no price difference arguing with me, as I had the site open ready to show him. He angrily waved me off saying fine and a woman began to refund me. She was huffing, rolling her eyes, acting irritated with me. She didn't refund me tax (they do everything manually), and when i pointed that out and asked to do at first she repeatedly refused...umm that's illegal. Finally she did, with a very unpleasant attitude. At the end I softly said, hey I hope you can understand where I'm coming from. You guys charge 2x as much as uhaul, and I should showed my phone to her. She aggressively raised her voice shutting me down waving me off. Well. Alright. I went to uhaul and bought 20 boxes for $39. They did an incredible job of protective packing and everything arrived without a scratch. Apparently they ship a lot of artwork worldwide and their experience shows.
