AVOID THIS LOCATION! Many other reviews are saying the same thing. Employees are rude and Horrible. Dropped off a pkg on Wednesday. Stopped in today I person to find out why it doesn't show pkg even being received. Employee has NO idea what to do. He has no answers when asked why it doesn't show being accepted. Accused us of being passive aggressive and told us to leave. He has no answers for us. There is another location NEAR here. Do yourself a favor and look for another location. Not sure what happened because the staff used to be great here but the past few interactions I've had with the employees have been awful. Not only are they rude but they like to give you the run around on any questions you may ask just for them to say "idk, call customer service". Very frustrating.. I am writing this review as a warning. The "Owner" Reddy as he stated as i walked away from him is a complete rude and unprofessional ass\hole. I arrive about 1 to 2 minutes after 5 today and had a package that just needed to be scanned in and shipped, they didn't have to do anything and there were at least 3 people in the store. He stopped me at the door and refused to take the package saying that they have to go home sometime. I asked him to take it and he became extremely rude, which in turn triggered me and then this dude decided to follow me to my truck to take a picture of my licesne plate. I hope that picture with my big ass middle finger in it goes on your Holiday cards. Avoid this UPS as the "Owner" has no clue about customer service and is aggressive. read more

I have used this location for years and the owners are always present and very nice but the cost has gotten out of control and on my recent visit (11/8/23) the Customer Service was lacking. Went to ship a 2lb package to Baton Rouge and the lowest rate was $48.00. I left and went to FedEx down the road and the cost for the same service was $13.00. I'm in the logistics workspace so I understand the business but I'm struggling to see how UPS is justifying the price difference. After I went to fedex I called back to let the young lady at UPS know about the difference and she laughed and then hung up when I said exactly what I wrote in this review. Would have been nice for her to be more understanding and not dismiss my feedback. This location is open during the stay-at-home orders and they follow social distancing measures. I needed to mail out a box of much-needed supplies to a Pacific Island. I knew it would be pricey but the initial cost was over $100!! So the agent working helped figure out different options to get that cost down by almost $30 ! He went above and beyond to find a cost savings solution to make sure this package arrived where there is dire need. I cannot say enough about these businesses in TC extending a helping hand. I recommend going to this UPS location ! read more

Placed an order for pick up which would be ready today at 1:30pm. I called at 1:44pm as I had not received notification that my order was ready. A very unprofessional associate answered the phone and didn't ask for an order number or anything just stated 'idk what you're talking about, we don't do print orders here, maybe you can call corporate and get a refund' Called corporate and got the run around and still on hold with UPS store corporate. I'm disgusted, FedEX would NEVER. read more

This location is a disaster. There was one person at the counter checking someone out for a shipping label and there were 6 people in front of me with prepaid shipping labels just dropping off their packages. The employee at the counter ignored everyone (who were all visibly frustrated) coming in with prepaid packages instead of saying "if you have a prepaid label, you can set your box here". After standing in line for 10 minutes and getting no where in line, I asked the guy if I can just drop it off and set it on the counter. He shrugged and nodded and said nothing so I set it on the counter and left. Ridiculous! read more

The owner or manager and Indian guy makes the comment with a profound undertone to the associate "make sure you charge appropriately" for two color pages and 4 black and white pages he over charged me. The other store does not charge that much. As well as $2.00 for one minute to print. The associate looked scared and intimidated by this guy and was nervous when I asked what he meant by that. If you are part of the solution you are part of the problem. DO NOT go here if you are a female or person if color. It is evident the owner has an issue with both. read more

I went in to the store with my son to get some invitations printed for his birthday. The gentleman was very nice and helpful. I've never had this kind of experience before. Sometimes you come across a business that you need and end up being pleasantly surprised. I have been mailing packages from this location in The Colony for about a year now. Every time I leave with a smile on my face. The owners are the sweetest people you'll ever meet and are genuinely there to help. And sure I could go to the post office and wait for 30 minutes to save a few dollars but for me to leave a place of business with a smile and not stressed out because my 4 year has terrorized the place it's absolutely worth it to me. And just an example of how the owners care...they have a basket of toys for kids to play with while the adults mail their packages or use other business services.
