I went in looking for info and insight for a proper set up and to see if I was doing everything correctly. The employee showed me everything I needed and then gave me crap for not buying it because I live out of town. His rationailty was that I should give him the business over a pet store in my local area because he gave me info. Furthermore when he realized I wasn't buying he was rather rude saying my business practices were unfair. I went in to have a simple question answered and that was it. The store or the information I was provided was quite great and no complaints there. My issue was th way I was treated by the employee, I was made out to feel like I wa robbing the store or doing something wrong when all that I was looking for as the customer was some knowledgeable advice, which I did recieve in a rude non-business like manner.

I did everything right and did what they asked, and paid for my $90 dog food as I always do, but was sent the wrong order. I tried to dispute this but they wanted me to bring the incorrect items to a store to return them for a refund, when I wasn't charged for these incorrect items, I was charged for the dog food I never received. I emailed back right away and their customer service has not not been responding to me. I have been loyal and respectful, but I have had it. They did not offer me the food I paid for nor did they even offer me a refund. Extremely disappointed with their customer service for an issue THEY created not even me...will NEVER shop here again and am disputing the charges with my bank. They have lost a customer that spends thousands here every year with their lack of care!

SoI try to explain I'm very experienced here - I'm retired but used to be very big in the reptile industry and bred thousands of my own fruit flies - and said I'm sorry but you're wrong. flightless HYdei HAVE wings and are genetically predisposed to not flying. It's a GENE. I told her yours are tainted with regular flying fruit Flies. Her answer - I'm not going to argue with you, you can just give them back. Then she repeats the same answer of why I have "some" flying around. They're ALL flying. I explained the gas would be more to drive there and return them, that I was now more concerned over the bad info she was pushing considering. She repeated the same untrue info on flightless fruit fly genetics. ?? Then she kept adding I'm not going to argue. My only concern for posting this is - what else do these workers push as qualified knowledgeable info to customers that is completely wrong?? It's a simple product and issue but her info on this is incorrect. I ran a hot professional breeding facility for 18 years. I breed fruit flies like crazy.
