I did everything right and did what they asked, and paid for my $90 dog food as I always do, but was sent the wrong order. I tried to dispute this but they wanted me to bring the incorrect items to a store to return them for a refund, when I wasn't charged for these incorrect items, I was charged for the dog food I never received. I emailed back right away and their customer service has not not been responding to me. I have been loyal and respectful, but I have had it. They did not offer me the food I paid for nor did they even offer me a refund. Extremely disappointed with their customer service for an issue THEY created not even me...will NEVER shop here again and am disputing the charges with my bank. They have lost a customer that spends thousands here every year with their lack of care!

I went in looking for info and insight for a proper set up and to see if I was doing everything correctly. The employee showed me everything I needed and then gave me crap for not buying it because I live out of town. His rationailty was that I should give him the business over a pet store in my local area because he gave me info. Furthermore when he realized I wasn't buying he was rather rude saying my business practices were unfair. I went in to have a simple question answered and that was it. The store or the information I was provided was quite great and no complaints there. My issue was th way I was treated by the employee, I was made out to feel like I wa robbing the store or doing something wrong when all that I was looking for as the customer was some knowledgeable advice, which I did recieve in a rude non-business like manner.

As other mentioned this is not your usual kitty cafe. You get your drinks, go in and sit in what is similar to a living room. If the kitty's want to see you, they will come to you. We had an unfortunate situation where our barista forgot our drinks and snacks, but overall it was a good experience.

Today is International Cat Day (August 8). I am marking the occasion by reviewing a wonderful…read moresanctuary for cats that are ready to be adopted. It's called My Kitty Cafe. It is occupied by the sweetest rescue cats in need of loving homes and the cafe is staffed by friendly folks who are animal lovers too. Their furry feline friends are full of personality, some more energetic (Arlo), some more affectionate (Bailey), and some more sleepy (Mama cat Catronia). A visit here costs an admission fee to pay a visit to this feline cafe especially if you are thinking of adopting a rescue cat. Be sure to read the rules ahead of time. Don't disturb sleeping cats. Don't pick up any of the cats. Bring an extra pair of socks to wear while walking inside. The ratio of people to cats was good which made it easier for guests to get an opportunity to interact with cats that were in a playful mood. Visits are limited to 50 minutes. My timed visit was made easier since I was given a buzzer which buzzed to notify guests that their time was up. The resident fur-balls will be happy you paid them a visit. The cafe's partner is Purrfect Companions of Norfolk Cat Rescue who help rescue cats find furrever homes.
