I emailed back right away and their customer service has not not been responding to me. I have been loyal and respectful, but I have had it. They did not offer me the food I paid for nor did they even offer me a refund. Extremely disappointed with their customer service for an issue THEY created not even me...will NEVER shop here again and am disputing the charges with my bank. They have lost a customer that spends thousands here every year with their lack of care!
