Been going to the gym behind the groomers for years, the dogs waiting to be groomed or just…read morefinished are being put in a cement cage behind the store. They are placed with other dogs and are constantly barking to get in. I've seen them out there when it's cold and/or raining. Not sure what's going on and I would never even think about bringing my dog there.

The Guelph Cat Clinic brought him back to health, and supported me through the extremely time-consuming and exhausting care it took to keep him healthy. They checked in every couple days once I brought him home to make sure he was doing okay, as well as to make sure I was okay. I will forever take Kilo and Simba to this clinic, and I would like to especially thank Dr. Farley for the amount of time and effort she put into nursing Simba back to health. He gets very scared, and becomes aggressive when fearful. Even sedation at home typically is negated by his fear. Our appointment with Dr. Farly went smoother than I could have hoped. She was very gentle, calm, and low stress for my cat. She was able to handle my cat for a thorough physical exam, and administer his vaccine without restraint. The birdcage in the exam room helped distract him just enough to prevent him from being fearful! It was amazing, and definitely well worth it. We live in a apartment building and it's an indoor cat so we just put the owner name on the back cuz everyone knows us by honestly it was none of their business .... the cashier with blonde hair and blue/green tips had a rude tone with us about it. She was also sick and coughing and blowing her nose and then dealing with customers without sanitizing her hands or anything ? Today I seem to have caught whatever she had. Wasn't to happy with this visit sorry petsmart but you've been better then this. 2 stars from me.

I've also boarded him with EW&PT twice while away on holidays and he has always been well taken care of. The staff is always helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable.
