Been going to the gym behind the groomers for years, the dogs waiting to be groomed or just…read morefinished are being put in a cement cage behind the store. They are placed with other dogs and are constantly barking to get in. I've seen them out there when it's cold and/or raining. Not sure what's going on and I would never even think about bringing my dog there.

Male was rubbing his face I assumed it was hair in eye or in nose. Get home and he is on distress everything closed now could not get him to vet until next day. By morning eye swollen almost shut. Vet says bad cut in his eye from some sort of blade very sharp. Groomer says oh have a picture of girl dog swiping male dog in face on her phone...wow that is some fast photography. Refused to pay the $400 vet bills could not find picture to send....of course. Asked to send the video so we can see nothing happened while they were there. Oh that was recorded over. What a load of crap. Then tell me do not post anything as you will send your lawyer after me. Badly injured my dog, will not show video, will not pay vet bill and then threaten me!! Wow horrible human beings in my opinion. There should be an option for minus 5 stars or OH MY GOD NO!!

The Guelph Cat Clinic brought him back to health, and supported me through the extremely time-consuming and exhausting care it took to keep him healthy. They checked in every couple days once I brought him home to make sure he was doing okay, as well as to make sure I was okay. I will forever take Kilo and Simba to this clinic, and I would like to especially thank Dr. Farley for the amount of time and effort she put into nursing Simba back to health. I strongly recommend the Guelph Cat Clinic for their amazing staff, their empathy, and their love for cats.

He gets very scared, and becomes aggressive when fearful. Even sedation at home typically is negated by his fear. Our appointment with Dr. Farly went smoother than I could have hoped. She was very gentle, calm, and low stress for my cat. She was able to handle my cat for a thorough physical exam, and administer his vaccine without restraint. The birdcage in the exam room helped distract him just enough to prevent him from being fearful! It was amazing, and definitely well worth it. Fees are reasonable, and comparable to other clinics in the area
