The great Humber Nursery on Albion Road closed 5 years ago and there have been a few other players trying to fill their shoes. This is also a very long time nursery in business over 60 years. They also have a loyalty program for purchasers. I don't know how many times I will come this far for purchasing but when I am in the area I feel comfortable buying in such a well run establishment. I bought only two fruit bushes but I saw the condition of other plants and feel confident they are all of very good quality. I was directed to a big guy who berated me for wanting to return it. It was my bad that I hadn't seen the no return sign, and if that's the policy I'm OK with that. This was also the place I was able to find a Bloomerang lilac when they were sold out everywhere else (wow that seems so long ago). The store can be a bit pricier than the other big box competition, but I am happy that I can find someone to help me here when I have questions or concerns.

She said, no that's a desperate store- I see. So I asked her for a similar product she suggest WD 40, I took that because I didn't believe her really, maybe it would get me close to what I'm looking for. She directed me to Aisle 15- which was not it,. I looked further aisle 14 and saw the WD 40 at the end- great no dice. So I asked someone near the commercial check out where I might find, he said aisle 16 and right next to it the product I was looking for the 3 in 1. What I like about HomeDepot throughout the pandemic was their persistent way to price match and 10% the difference, so I price matched with princess auto. Just a tip because of online merchants and in store merchants some locations are picky to match in the condition the merchant is a store and if it's online they will analyze the ship option. So when I gave princess auto they asked me where- I said just near Conestoga College and done, price match done without any manager approval. Since I got a Lowes VIP for corporate accounts- I've been more motivated to shop at Lowes for 5% off but I forgot how nice it is to shop at Home Depot, it's so chillaxed and easy I forgot how easy it is to price match. Might have to rethink my VIP 5% discount at Lowes because convenience has merit.

When we get to Canine Designs, Shala is happy to visit and reluctant to leave. She's a doodle and I can take her in looking like a buffalo and she comes out sheared but with a beautiful fluffy tail and ears. No nicks, no fear and they do a wonderful job of bathing her and trimming her nails.
