Male was rubbing his face I assumed it was hair in eye or in nose. Get home and he is on distress everything closed now could not get him to vet until next day. By morning eye swollen almost shut. Vet says bad cut in his eye from some sort of blade very sharp. Groomer says oh have a picture of girl dog swiping male dog in face on her phone...wow that is some fast photography. Refused to pay the $400 vet bills could not find picture to send....of course. Asked to send the video so we can see nothing happened while they were there. Oh that was recorded over. What a load of crap. Then tell me do not post anything as you will send your lawyer after me. Badly injured my dog, will not show video, will not pay vet bill and then threaten me!! Wow horrible human beings in my opinion. There should be an option for minus 5 stars or OH MY GOD NO!!

The day of the 1st class my car broke down. I emailed to discuss options but was told I could nit get a refund of any amount because she loses a seat she could have sold. Nor could I easily defer -she sad she'd call if she EVER had an opening but it would last minute because she did nt want to miss selling the spot. She suggested that I do anything I can to get there. I told her that would mean I would have to rent a car as I did not know how long the garage would have mine. This was met with zero any compassion. I missed that lesson, then rented a car $225 - cheapest I could get just to go to the 2nd lesson. Am at $800 for lessons now. With 1 march break holiday and a rained out day - I think 6 lessons cost $800 because Diane preferred I bust my bank to get to her lessons and to do so she fictionalized that her lessons are full. There were 2 other open spots the whole duration of the lessons. So she would not be helpful but more than that she decidedly caused further financial challenges for me knowing I also had garage expenses. From not having her address properly represented one ( I went to her old location - who knows when they moved - wasn't a recent move!!!! And her lessons provided nothing new. Better puppy lessons at the SPAC! She doesn't want to give your dog socialization unless you pay for it in special classes! A desire for your money at all turns and a lack of business//consumer ethics not providing some sort of solution that didn't just cost me more was too much to ask of her. Most businesses offer a contingency.... She said she does not. As a business woman her sole interest is money. She prefers to sell video access instead of real hands on training. If you join in you're a fool- better dog training from a cat. Goat the SPAC

I don't fault the crate, this crate is the only one we've found that is able to contain him. We actually have to use a chain and padlock through the door and holes on the side of the crate to be sure he can't get the door open. My review is pertaining to the customer service, not the product. I contacted the New York office and explained our problem. They were very helpful and offered a solution to retro-fit the front frame. The quote they gave me was reasonable I thought, and they guaranteed the quote for 60 days. The dog and crate belong to my daughter and her fiance, and they are in the process of buying a new home, so have decided not to spend the money. Due to Petmax + courier delays and the product becoming unusable for its intended purpose after discovering health issues with my cat, I contacted Petmax before the delivery was completed. Petmax instructed me to refuse delivery to receive a full refund, but the courier entered my building unauthorized, left the package in a common area without my consent, and removed my ability to refuse it. When I tried to resolve the issue with Petmax, I was required to follow a return process I cannot complete due to my disability, yet I had to disclose it to request basic assistance and proper application of their policy. Despite this, I was offered store credit minus $17 shipping fees or a physically impossible return method. Petmax stated they work with several couriers and those couriers had limitations, which is why I was refused accessible return. Upon research, the information Petmax provided appeared inconsistent with published policies from their courier network and the available courier pickup options, that offer paperless return pickup services. Other customers are allowed returns and full refunds but I am excluded from it because I have a disability that makes certain acts physically not possible for me.
