Loved it, Today I go there and find the price doubled to 20.00. I thought ok, it was still a good deal to me, much easier then at home. I paid the price and was given 2 towels, they did not have any aprons, hmmm ok fine no worries. I them get to the tub, it was not very clean, there was no brush or scrubber and you had to use a pump shampoo because they had no shampoo and conditioner for the hose machine. Now I know these are first world problems but really double the price and no supplies anymore hmmm I'm not happy and don't think I will be returning even to have my dog groomed there.

My little girl has never bitten anyone and loves everybody she meets. Whatever Kelsey did to my puppy to make her so upset will never know. I took her for grooming once before and they said she was lovely and friendly and cooperative. I don't know what occurred there but I will never go back there again. On our first trip a coup,e of weeks ago picked up two toys an oversized hedgehog and duck. They are both going strong and are still fan favourites. I was very excited to find puppy advent calendars got two to pop away for the season. Today's trip resulted in decking out our lab with a nifty new coat With Winter at our doorstep he sure will appreciate it. Then we got treats for everyone. The bully sticks we found as met with huge approval tails are going strong three hours later. Brian is lovely so kind and helpful. It is great to go some place where they remember you and have such a great selection.

My dog is friendly but I have worked hard to have her ignore other dogs while she is on leash. This is very difficult when at each isle one dog approaches from the front and the other from the back. Today I used spacial pressure and said "go" to the hound type dog which resulted in the dog bearing its teeth at me. The store dogs should at a minimum be taught to "place" behind the counter when people prefer not to be followed around the store. I will not be returning

And when they're "too hot in the reptile room they grow wings and fly some of them". Like huh?? SoI try to explain I'm very experienced here - I'm retired but used to be very big in the reptile industry and bred thousands of my own fruit flies - and said I'm sorry but you're wrong. flightless HYdei HAVE wings and are genetically predisposed to not flying. It's a GENE. I told her yours are tainted with regular flying fruit Flies. Her answer - I'm not going to argue with you, you can just give them back. Then she repeats the same answer of why I have "some" flying around. They're ALL flying. I explained the gas would be more to drive there and return them, that I was now more concerned over the bad info she was pushing considering. She repeated the same untrue info on flightless fruit fly genetics. ?? Then she kept adding I'm not going to argue. My only concern for posting this is - what else do these workers push as qualified knowledgeable info to customers that is completely wrong??
