The dog and crate belong to my daughter and her fiance, and they are in the process of buying a new home, so have decided not to spend the money. With 1 march break holiday and a rained out day - I think 6 lessons cost $800 because Diane preferred I bust my bank to get to her lessons and to do so she fictionalized that her lessons are full. There were 2 other open spots the whole duration of the lessons. So she would not be helpful but more than that she decidedly caused further financial challenges for me knowing I also had garage expenses. From not having her address properly represented one ( I went to her old location - who knows when they moved - wasn't a recent move!!!! And her lessons provided nothing new. Better puppy lessons at the SPAC! She doesn't want to give your dog socialization unless you pay for it in special classes! A desire for your money at all turns and a lack of business//consumer ethics not providing some sort of solution that didn't just cost me more was too much to ask of her. Most businesses offer a contingency.... She said she does not. As a business woman her sole interest is money. She prefers to sell video access instead of real hands on training. Since I was paying $14 for shipping and handling, I added a few low-priced, light-weight items to the order. Much to my surprise, I received a box containing the light-weight items but the bottles of ear cleaner that I really needed weren't there. There was no mention anywhere of there being a backorder so I tried to check for information online. There was no way to check the order status since I hadn't opened an account. I called and left a detailed message asking about the missing items and shortly after that I received an email from someone named Amanda saying the following: "they were on back order and since the back order total was under $20.00 they were cancelled" I replied to Amanda with the following: "I really appreciate the quick reply but I don't understand. Why would you cancel part of the order without even advising me instead of just waiting and shipping everything I ordered together? If I place another order for the ear cleaner now, your website will charge me shipping again and that's not fair. Please either ship me the two bottles of ear cleaner that I ordered or credit me the full price of the shipping and handling and I will place the order again." Amanda immediately replied with the following: "Now in the e-mails we send for the confirmation of your order we do mention towards the bottom that any backordered items that are under $20.00 they cancelled and you are not charged for them. I do apologize but since they have been cancelled as mentioned we can't ship them out." It's a really bad business practice to charge someone $14 for the shipment of four light items and two heavy ones and then simply choose not to deliver the two heavier items, without even so much as notifying the client! I replied to Amanda pointing out that Ren's Pets could've made this right and gained a loyal customer for life. Instead they kept my $14 and hid behind the small print at the bottom of on an order confirmation...which is obviously emailed to the customer AFTER the order was confirmed. There is no shortage of online stores that actually fulfill their orders properly. Save your money and spend it on a company that delivers ALL of the products you ordered.

This groomer was a letdown from start to finish. They initially quoted $120 over the phone but then…read moredemanded $150 upon arrival. They are too expensive for the incomplete job they provide. The groomer did such a half job leaving my dog looking patchy and ridiculous, and completely neglected hard-to-reach areas such as his paws. To make matters worse, they vacuumed the floor while my dog was terrified, displaying no consideration for his anxiety. They didn't bother to clean up the excess hair on him after the cut was done. He came running to me with hair flying all over the place. The fact that my dog drank a whole bowl of water when we got home suggests they didn't provide water during his time there. This place is highly unprofessional and shouldn't be trusted with your dog. Avoid it at all costs.

This PetSmart is located on the upper level of Oakville Place. It looks deceptively small from the…read moreentrance but rest assured they have all of your pet needs. We were greeted upon entry. Immediately left of the entrance is the adoption center where they have kitties up for adoption. The workers were tending to the kitties and trying to keep them entertained with toys and they were allowed to run around in the adoption room which was super cute. They also carry all manner of fishes here. Right now they have Halloween decorations in a lot of the tanks which are really cute. One of them was a little tombstone that said "Flushed too soon". There were also hermit crabs and tiny shrimps for sale. They also had a big display of bettas. Most of them looked like they were in good health. There was actually one that was on its side but pranked us and started swimming off as we were about to go speak with an employee. They also had care instructions available to read along the display. We visited the small rodent section where there were guinea pigs, skinny pigs (the naked ones!), gerbils, and hamsters. It's just the beginning of fall now but I saw dog costumes already for sale. There were also cold weather items like jackets by Upper Canada Pooch and booties already on display.

She was also sick and coughing and blowing her nose and then dealing with customers without sanitizing her hands or anything ? Today I seem to have caught whatever she had. Wasn't to happy with this visit sorry petsmart but you've been better then this. 2 stars from me.
