Then at the cash, I was charged double for the plywood. I was the one that noticed. Ian seemed ambivalent and not overly concerned..... not the apologetic reaction I would have expected. When we got home, we realized that there were some differences between the one we had just bought and the previous model we had, and so we got confused when it came to setting it up. We called the store, and asked if we could speak to the same sales associate that had helped us (I think his name was Devin?). He proceded to walk us through the set-up on the phone, including looking up our previous model on his computer, in order to see what was different. He stayed on the phone with us and continued to offer guidance as we tried various different troubleshooting methods. He clearly knew the product he had sold us extremely well, as well as other common computer-related issues and how to check and solve them (and how to explain them, with total patience, to those who are much less familiar with this technology!).
