They also are set up with reward programs where you buy a certain number of bags and get a bag free. I was later in Ontario Seed and noticed the same brand with components closer to what I wanted. I bought it and went back to Grobe to return what I had just bought an hour before. I was directed to a big guy who berated me for wanting to return it. It was my bad that I hadn't seen the no return sign, and if that's the policy I'm OK with that. But to be yelled at and berated is astonishing and unexpected. I have done business with Grobe for almost 60 years. I'm not going back. Want to join me?

I am a bit frustrated with this location so I drove to curb side and tried calling in. There was…read moreno line up, thr section was not full. No one was answering. So I have to go inside during covid to customer service. I give my order number, I am never asked for my driver license but I offer it. After much scrutiny of 15min I am told it was picked up on May 27. How? I got an email that my order was ready for pick up May 30. So I asked who picked it up. They claim they are not getting signatures because of covid. So okay, no signatures do you at least have a name? Customer service says no. Okay so didnt you guys check the Id? No we dont always do it. We had a lot of paper work that day... This store is pretty disorganized. How can someone pick up my order on the 27th and 3 days later you tell me my order is ready for pick up. Does that make sense to you???? So all I can do is wait for them to check their cameras and guess who did it? That will take a long time. Now I had a print out of the order on my desk could someone have tried to do me a favour and pick up. Possibly I dont know. Its evening in Friday wont know until Monday. This is a mess during covid. Please follow your policies. Check ids.
