The last incident with them was really upsetting. I dropped my chainsaw off to them about 2 months ago and after running my chainsaw with the right oil to fuel mixture my pistons seized. They are trying to charge me $700 for the repairs and I literally haven't ran it for a full hour. They do not want to do warranty work, they always have an excuse. One of the guys behind the counter is really rude, all he did was accuse me of being a liar. There, it's *easy* to find what I'm looking for, and the staff there is SO helpful -- it's a pleasure to spend money at the Hamilton Lowe's. That difference tells me that it's not Lowe's but the local management. I have been doing a lot of home renovations and, though the Burlington Lowe's is not far from my house, I try to hold off on my purchases and go to the Hamilton Lowes whenever I get a chance.
