What we encountered difficulty with was mostly policy. We have 3 points: 1) Customers need to be flexible with the delivery time as the cashiers and yard crew don't connect so they might not be in sync with each other. 2) Their policy of leaving things curbside needs improvement. Most people think that when things are left at the end of the property then they are up for grabs. Appliance companies deliver inside, furnishing companies deliver inside, outdoor furniture companies deliver to the patio, etc. Head Office needs to rethink on this. Can't our good Canadian Company do better than that? and finally, 3) There should always be senior staff on duty to give you answers.
