He took me through the entire process and made sure the couch was to our specifictions. Harry knows the industry and it shows. Top Choice went above and beyond to accomodate some of my requests and if there was a concern they wasted to time finding a solution. Then Bobby their "go to " sales consultant/quality control person got involved and totally on my side with his support and dealings with Elran. He was wonderful to deal with and the owner backed both of us 100%. I am now getting a new couch with upgraded fabric the cost of which was covered by Frederick's. Due to Covid shut downs this has dragged on and on. Finally we had someone respond and then pretty much ghost us so another trip to the store in person was made. We were told that the model we purchased less then a year ago is no longer being produced and that we would receive a store credit in the amount of our purchase to put towards another product. I asked for the business card of the individual and wrote the agreement on the card and had him sign it. Following up two days later I was told that they are trying to decide what kind of credit to give me. I mentioned the agreement and was told that they didn't say that, even though I had a signature on the agreement. The couch seams have fallen apart in two areas with several other spots starting to go. The store was recommended by a friend in Toronto whose family lives in Guelph. I phoned Shuh's and spoke to Jeffrey Maclean, who arranged to have a repairman go to my friend's home in Guelph to fix his dryer. Jeffrey was totally professional. He took down all the info and told me a repairman would drop by between 9 a.m. and noon. Sure enough the repairman showed up exactly as arranged. He did a great job and fixed the dryer on the spot. The price was VERY reasonable. I highly recommend Shuh's appliance repair service. It is reliable, fairly priced, friendly and professional. I would also consider purchasing appliances from Shuh's too if I ever need any.
