This is nice store, ruined by terrible service. The owner has zero concept of customer service…read more I was about to buy 4 bars of soap, but mistakenly knocked another one off the table. A corner of the bar dented. The owner started freaking out and said I have to buy it for $7 because it cost her $5. I said sure, and was about to pay $7, until I realized I wasn't going to get the soap! The owner was going to keep it for herself! She kicked me out of the store, when I said I don't like the service. So I left the 4 bars that I was going to buy, and left. I found the same soap on Amazon for less. Why pay more for TERRIBLE SERVICE?? No thanks. To save $5, the owner not only has lost a client who didn't buy $50 worth of soap, and is telling everyone to avoid her store... does that make sense? I hope they go under... proprietors like this do not deserve to be in business. Capitalism always weeds these out, sooner or later.
