Through email he said he offers two sessions for $180 and in no way indicated that this was a promotion or a deal (he has no pricing structure on his website). We schedule a time for him to come over and he does not show up. He provides no warning before or notification after; he simply doesn't come. I contact him to reschedule, and once he does come I pay up front for both sessions. If it was hard to get him to show up for his job before he had my money, it was impossible to do so after. On July 13, 2017, I email to set up a second session. I did not get a response for almost two weeks. On July 25 I try to schedule the session for the 28th. I get no response until the 30th. On July 31 I try to schedule a session for August 4 and get no response for over a month. On Sept 11 I contact him again to try to schedule a session which I have already paid for and we decide on the date Sept 17. Again, he does not show up for his scheduled appointment with no contact letting me know beforehand or trying to reschedule afterwards. It's now been over two months and it is clear this person is not at all reliable, so I ask for a refund, which he agrees to. He makes and breaks commitments to refund me Sept 21, Oct 16, Oct 30, and Nov 23. Finally today, 5 months since I tried to schedule the session and 3 months since he agreed to a refund, he refunds me not the full $180 I paid, not even $90 since he did almost fulfil half of his agreement, but $55 because he claims that his sessions are usually $125 instead of $90. Hard to say since he doesn't list his prices anywhere. Overall I could not in good conscience give anything but 1 star and I hope to save someone from the headache I have dealt with for the last half a year.

It freaked my cat out and I pointed out that he was freaked out over her pants but instead she insisted my cat was one of the most anxious cats she ever met. Belittling one's pet that obviously means so much that you hire a photographer to take pics of them is absolutely foolish and lacks professionalism. She was rude and a rude pet photographer is the last thing anyone needs or wants. Do yourself a favour, hire someone who isn't rude and won't treat the photos like paper gold.

The parking lot is a little small but it's in a nice location where you can easily hop over to a coffeeshop or other places while you wait for your pet to get their cuts, etc. done. I liked that the staff in the back (who would be doing the haircut) was the one directly talking to us to get exactly what we wanted. She asked us the right questions, and in great detail. My partner and I had concerns about our dog's nails and they were able to clip them (which gave our little one great relief!). I was very happy with the service and we got exactly what we told her to do for our dog. Overall, it was a very good experience!

When I came in for my cats appt- there was no hello or smile it was just " whos this". Even though there is a chart right in their hands of previous appts- I still get asked what would you like today. So I said the same as last time. After some more rudeness I had drop my cat off and came back an hour later. The girl at the front asked me what I was there for. I was shocked that just an hour before that I had dropped my cat off to her. And after I said I just dropped him off - more attitude. A customer had come in when I was sitting there waiting- and she again gave attitude to another customer. The customer said " hello how are you" and right away the recptionist said " who's this" very rudely. I would be going to another place but unfortunately there are not many places around that will cut cats. I don't want to make them look bad but this has been happening many times now and I feel that if you are dealing with the public- a simple hello and or a smile would be nice. Especially for the price I pay for my cats hair to be cut. The employees that actually work- in the back- are great and keep up the excellent work!
