I had a terrible experience with this business and the owner is incredibly unprofessional…read more I originally contacted Aaron for dog training. Through email he said he offers two sessions for $180 and in no way indicated that this was a promotion or a deal (he has no pricing structure on his website). We schedule a time for him to come over and he does not show up. He provides no warning before or notification after; he simply doesn't come. I contact him to reschedule, and once he does come I pay up front for both sessions. If it was hard to get him to show up for his job before he had my money, it was impossible to do so after. On July 13, 2017, I email to set up a second session. I did not get a response for almost two weeks. On July 25 I try to schedule the session for the 28th. I get no response until the 30th. On July 31 I try to schedule a session for August 4 and get no response for over a month. On Sept 11 I contact him again to try to schedule a session which I have already paid for and we decide on the date Sept 17. Again, he does not show up for his scheduled appointment with no contact letting me know beforehand or trying to reschedule afterwards. It's now been over two months and it is clear this person is not at all reliable, so I ask for a refund, which he agrees to. He makes and breaks commitments to refund me Sept 21, Oct 16, Oct 30, and Nov 23. Finally today, 5 months since I tried to schedule the session and 3 months since he agreed to a refund, he refunds me not the full $180 I paid, not even $90 since he did almost fulfil half of his agreement, but $55 because he claims that his sessions are usually $125 instead of $90. Hard to say since he doesn't list his prices anywhere. Overall I could not in good conscience give anything but 1 star and I hope to save someone from the headache I have dealt with for the last half a year.

Whenever I would go out of town, I would have Waterloo Pet Services (aka Janice and Murray) come by…read moreto check in on my 4 cats. The first time I met J&M, they came by to get to know my pets and collect the key. They took a lot of time saying hi to each cat and learning about her personality. I immediately felt safe leaving my animals in their hands, and from that point I used their services many more times, including over the Christmas holidays. I was always so impressed with their care. They would call if they had any questions, clean up very thoroughly, and write a very cute report of who did what and how much everyone ate. They would also play with my pets and keep a close eye on how everyone was doing, which was impressive because I have two anti-social (ex-feral) cats. I loved coming home and reading about what my pets are up to! I don't have J&M come visit anymore because I moved away from Waterloo, and I deeply miss having such a great resource nearby. I highly recommend Janice and Murray and WPS. They have fair prices and they care very deeply.

We have been Rens customers for five years and recently they change their website and asked all…read moresubscription customers to re-enter all of their information and re-order their subscriptions. I did everything right and did what they asked, and paid for my $90 dog food as I always do, but was sent the wrong order. I tried to dispute this but they wanted me to bring the incorrect items to a store to return them for a refund, when I wasn't charged for these incorrect items, I was charged for the dog food I never received. I emailed back right away and their customer service has not not been responding to me. I have been loyal and respectful, but I have had it. They did not offer me the food I paid for nor did they even offer me a refund. Extremely disappointed with their customer service for an issue THEY created not even me...will NEVER shop here again and am disputing the charges with my bank. They have lost a customer that spends thousands here every year with their lack of care!

We actually switched to Kirklands brand its half the price and just as good. Acana uses corn as a filler which the animals and humans alike can not digest. I did not like that. So ee switched. However the price at Ren's is the same from Amazon and they deliver.

Both kittens are absolutely breathtaking, so beautiful, intelligent, gentle, and incredibly well-mannered. It's clear that Igor and Vera put so much love, care, and expertise into raising their kittens. They gave us everything we needed for the first stage: food, favorite blankets, toys, and helpful guidance every step of the way. When it came time to introduce our new baby Bengal to our one year old they patiently advised us on how to make the transition smooth, and now our girls are the best of friends! We're beyond grateful for our two amazing Bengals and for the outstanding support and kindness from Igor and Vera. Highly recommend JungleBeauty Bengals to anyone looking for a loving, responsible, and knowledgeable breeder.

Please feel free to determine how my review doesn't follow  their rules. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ So....this Monday (September 21/2021) I purchased a male Bengal kitten from JungleBeauty Bengals. He's a TICA (The International Cat Association) certified kitten. That means he's a certified purebred (he has papers). He's also been neutered & microchipped, however I'm responsible for contacting a microchip company, providing them with his microchip number & registering him myself, at my own expense, which I agreed to so no complaints yet. Everything was fine until yesterday, when my older son's eyes started to swell up. He could barely open his eyes. We took him to the doctors & they said it was allergies. To our dismay, we had to make a rough decision and tried to request a refund from the breeder. Yesterday they agreed to this via text messaging. It's a 1 1/2 hour drive from our home to the cattery. As we were driving to the cattery earlier today to return him, I received a text message from the breeder requesting proof that my son was in fact allergic. She sent me this text when we were halfway to the cattery ( a 1 1/2 drive!). I was outraged. I was so angry that she made this demand HALFWAY into my drive?! I texted her and said I was quite upset that she didn't make the request YESTERDAY. I mean, how was I supposed to provide proof when we were halfway there?! Realizing her error, she attempted to fix it but by this point I was livid. You just can't treat people like this. It's so disrespectful. It would've been so much better if she just said "Sorry, I can't issue a refund" instead of wasting my time & my gas. I've spent my entire life working in Customer Service. I'm retired now at 46. I would've been fired in a New York minute if I ever pulled a stunt like that with any of my customers. I've always been honest & up front in my dealings, and I did absolutely nothing wrong to deserve that treatment, and I told her as much in our text messages. It would've been better had she just said "Sorry" and that would've been the end of it. I'll take a harsh reality any day over a sweet lie. Again.....to her credit, she did try to remedy the situation after the fact, but......by that time I was just pissed off. I really was.
