The person I dealt with most was Marissa, and she was so kind, efficient, professional and funny that it didn't seem to be work at all. I drove my stuff in a van to their Vancouver office, where I met Aresh (the owner) and Ryan (a tall dude who can lift anything). Both Aresh and Ryan handled my items very delicately, and they even asked me if it was okay to stack certain items on top of one another. Rarely have I met such a well organized friendly business -- who also offered the best price! I drove across the country and my stuff actually arrived before I did.
