I discovered them in 2013 when we bought a house in Semiahmoo. What a treasure to find! They never charged me for supplies I needed or extra fee for holding a parcel I was expecting. They found used boxes for me for my packing and moving, and always provided friendly service. The four women there are beyond exceptional and always made me feel welcomed and appreciated. There is absolutely no comparison with the Blaine UPS store, which charges much higher shipping costs (at their whim; not UPS), blames the customer for their manager and staff errors, and engages in "We are right; you are wrong" attitude. I refuse to even go into the UPS store under the change of management a number of years ago. Maybe okay for a pre-paid quick drop off (like Comcast equipment); but not for service for your own shipping. Blaine Postal Center, you are the BEST! Thank you so much for your welcoming service and smiles over the years.

He refused to cover my loss and i am out $100 USD+++ In my experience picking of up packages at this place he always heads to the back leaving packages unattended in the lobby area. It would be way to easy to grab them when he is gone. Which is probably how my package was stolen. The owner also tried lieing his way out of responsibility when i had confronted him. Terrible service, didnt cover my loss. Also the bathroom there is absolutely disgusting.

Their website and phone numbers are both disconnected. I am a Canadian customer and after the announcement that the US/Canada border was finally opening, I tried to contact MOB only to find out that they have closed their business with absolutely no notification to their customers. I can't even describe the paper chase I have been on to try and see if our packages were anywhere or perhaps just dumped out back and lit on fire! I won't even get into how I was able to track this down, but the packages are indeed somewhere - at the UPS Store on H Street in Blaine. (phone: 360-306-3159, address: 1733 H St, Ste 450, Blaine) I got in contact with the UPS Store and the wonderful staff there have been nice enough to try and sort through the hundreds of packages that MOB have abandoned. They are trying to create a process to get people their packages, but as anyone who used MOB knows, there was not much of a process in place other than giving your name and showing a piece of ID. They are doing their best to sort through the mountain of packages and need a little bit more time to develop a system. They were absolutely shocked that there was no contact information for MOB's customers and are at a loss of how to try and contact people. I said I would leave a review here with the information in hopes that it will find the people who need it!

Extremely helpful, friendly, and so on top of the technology ie setting up files for print. (Try using Kinko's, and then after you've put your head through the wall out of frustration, try using Jas.) I would trust him with any important print jobs (and the UPS 'Q' system allows uploading large files remotely if needed.)
