Not that I think at this point that UPS particularly cares about the quality of their customer…read moreservice, but the bald fellow they have working the counter at this location badly needs an attitude adjustment. I say I'm there to pick up a package and he shrugs his shoulders at me like, "Okay. So what?" Obviously I need you to prompt me to do something, I don't know how your job works. Really struck me as someone who probably spent lunch hour in detention, despite being 45ish years old. 1 star for the terrible personality, 1 more for at least getting me out the door quickly.

I've used this service twice. They are in transition to new management, which can be frustrating…read more The managers are trying very hard to provide good service, but that sometimes means they go too slowly . . . and make mistakes that they cannot seem to figure out how to correct. They need to realize that when customers are in a rush--and tell them so--they need to step on it. When they make mistakes, just move on and get the job done. With more experience, I expect this store will be reach the standards of the former owners. One annoying thing, though; they charge you by the minute for the computer plus charge you to print out materials. Seems like double billing . . .

WORKER WANTED TO FIGHT ME!…read more Came in on Oct.8.25 to ship a small package but almost turned in a fight when I asked the middle aged Indian worker/heavyweight boxer for details about filling out the form. I wanted to know why and what the form was, to which he started raising the volume of his tone, saying, "YOU HAVE TO DO IT, YOU HAVE TO!!!" sounding very grumpy and demanding, questioning me about what's inside the package, to which I said (electronics). He then got impatient and hostile, making 2 more customers uncomfortable. I then said - "Sir can you calm down?" To which he said - "GET THE F*CK OUTTA MY STORE!!!" coming around the counter, getting in my face ready to fight me. I then got my phone out and started recording him, to which he felt uncomfortable knowing he was being filmed, so unfortunately I didn't get him on video when he got ready to box me. I was going to call 911 but didn't since he realized he's on video just days away from going viral on TikTok, so he started to control himself. But it doesn't stop there.... He starts to mock, making silly faces at me, and said - "ARE YOU SENDING DRUGS?" which you can hear in the video. I've seen him before at the store, and he's very rude and aggressive to his customers, but on this occasion he overboiled and will probably skip Thanksgiving Day this year. Never had a problem with UPS, but they need to do a better job when hiring people. Workers like this can affect the company's rep and lose customers. My review wont stop here, Im also making a YouTube video telling people to stay away from here, so stay tuned folks! If this guy doesn't treat customers with respect he will have a whole lot of angry, unhappy people to deal with.
