Agree with the other review. Manager was very rude and made me feel unsafe. On the way back to my car, I saw an older delivery guy unpacking packages by himself and rough handling them as a result of getting no help. The staffs are not interested in helping. The front is often not cleaned up, e.g. boxing and packaging materials everywhere. Unfortunately the reviews on Google look like they are paid for by the business (giving away free packages in exchange for reviews). Would not trust it. read more

There is a reason why this place is called In Out Parcel. So they have your package in a locker so you don't have to come during operating hours. Its very similar to one in Blaine. You are given a code after your parcel has arrive. Its different each time. So you punch that in and the locker unlock. You just grab your package and you go. Very convenient. It beats going to Blaine because the line up to cross the boarder is way shorter. Great service as well. read more

Finally, a 24/7 parcel package for Point Roberts. The old crappy TLC is dead, and replaced with a new set of owners who know how to do things right. Rejoice. Parking is available in the nice small lot out front. So how does this place stack against the competition? Good: 24/7. Yay! No lineups at all, as a result of their wonderful hours Friendly staff who can help out during business hours Nice shiny lockers Nice shiny touch screen locker system Bad: Packages start at $3.75, which is a wee bit more than the competition. $1 box disposal fee (P2P charges this too; it's free for Shell) Fees must be prepaid, in lump sums ranging from $10-30. Not a big deal if you're a regular customer, but this also means you can have a few bucks tied up otherwise. 14 days holding period before additional fees are added (compared to 30 for the competition), but this is a big improvement over their previous policy of 7 days. I can see non-techy people (such as some people's mothers) getting caught up in the pick-up process, but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty awesome. I was in and out in under 2 minutes. I can see this place taking over the package delivery market for Point Roberts. read more

I told a Yelper friend that I really want a dress from the states but they only ship to China or USA. I was quite disheartened as I really wanted that dress. It was pink floral, V-neck, with a beautiful finish. He then told me about In and Out Parcel located at Point Roberts, about 5 minute drive from the border. I love that I can use their address as my shipping address! What a life saver! Everything I need from the states can be shipped here if not my home. It's also very user-friendly. I went to get my dress during business hours, though, and the lady at the front was very friendly and helpful. Lockers are clean and easy to use. I was in and out within 2 minutes. I've been here a few times for parcels when the seller wouldn't ship to Canada and it's always been great, both day and night -- the facility is always clean, the aisles are wide enough that there's no cramped feeling, the location is as convenient as can be, and the free WiFi came in handy when I needed to check my email for the price of an item to declare at customs. Speaking of prices, the rates charged for their services are incredibly reasonable -- they do have staff to pay, rent, electricity, maintenance, etc. after all. Signing up online wasn't any problem, and they were happy to help me get the forms filed even though I couldn't come by during their staffed hours. The emails with my pick-up info always arrive promptly after tracking says the parcel was delivered, they don't need long to process it. I just show up whenever works for me, punch in my code, tap my credit card to pay, grab the box, and I'm on my way out -- thanks for providing a reliable, affordable, quick, and easy parcel service!! read more

Had an great first experience here! I wasn't going to make from Vancouver it in time to turn in my form in person, so I emailed it and my account was verified before I'd even reached the SkyTrain station from which I headed down to Richmond to catch my bus to the border. True to its name, I was in and out in minutes, although I could've been out even sooner were it not for my locker needing three tries to decide to open. Not a big deal for me, but it wouldn't hurt to have that one checked out. Either way, I'm sure I'll be back soon. read more

This place is still the best choice, unless you enjoy waiting for hours in line, probably in the rain, on your Saturday. A couple tips if you're new to this. When crossing back into Canada you should have all boxes open and visible. Have all receipts ready to hand to the guard, and if you're not sure a receipt will be shipped in the box, save it to your phone before the trip. Give your declaration in CAD. In theory, you have to pay tax (and possibly duty) on everything but in my experience so far, they have always waived me through, including for up to C$300. If you plan to make this a habit, consider applying for NEXUS. It's a bit of a pain and $50 but totally worth it. read more

I've always appreciated the service and the 24/7 option with In Out Parcel but want to call out the service from Dave and the team recently. I came in one Saturday afternoon to pick up six items and a few were items were for my son's birthday. Upon leaving, I dropped one of the items, a specific hoodie he'd wanted. When I got home, I was so upset and disappointed that I must have lost one of the items. I went on eBay to look for another but couldn't find one. Then on the next day, I decided to write to the email address in which Dave responded. I told Dave the situation, what the hoodie looked like, in case someone turned it in. I then sent him the time my lockers said I came in and checked out the items and then sent Dave a photo of myself. Sure enough, Dave tracked down the time and exactly where I had dropped the hoodie on the video. He was going to watch to see who picked up the hoodie as they could track the code of the user, leaving or entering the building. Before he even had to do that, Dave advised that he can see the hoodie on the inspection table, as someone picked it up and brought it back inside (and all weekend, the honest people of In Out Parcel left it there. Dave offered to place the hoodie in a locker for when on Monday but I decided to pick it up that evening instead. I just want to give big shout out to Dave for his incredible efforts in finding my son's hoodie. He could have looked on Monday but instead, looked through the security camera footage on the weekend and evening for me as he knew I was quite distraught. That is great customer service and a thoughtful human being. Thanks Dave!! P.S. Brendan is great also as he went to the post office once for me as the shipper did not include sufficient postage and he grabbed my packed from the postage office as he knew I live in Vancouver. read more

The service at In Out Parcel was lightyears away from the Letter Carrier, which were the former inhabitants of their building. The concept is brilliant, as it eliminates all the inconveniences associated with all other typical parcel services - long lines, staff inefficiencies + attitude, parcel mix-ups, limited operating hours etc. Even the way you pay is infinitely improved by loading an online account with some money prior to the drive itself. Rates are comparable to other parcel services, and even lower than at least one other parcel receiver (TSB). The facilities were also exemplary, rows of lockers very brightly lit and what little I saw of the staff were pleasant and friendly (although I needed no assistance whatsoever, their emailed instructions were plenty clear). Overall, the experience was incredibly streamlined and has now turned my parcel pick up trips into relaxing jaunts. Barely 5 minutes from entering the code in the door, opening my locker, to walking back out with package in hand. I daresay that In Out may put the other parcel services out of business in very little time. read more

I used to go to another terrible parcel place up the street. I dropped my brother off in the 2 hour line up to go get gas, and suddenly decided to pop in here.... well... you know the moments in life when you make a spontaneous decision that changes your life forever? well thats what happened..... 24 hour pick up. WHAT!? No grumpy staff? WHAT!? no one day wait to get your parcel 'registered' WHAT!? This place is legit, BUT it does have some major drawbacks: Advantages: 1/ Its the best parcel place Disadvantages: 1/ Costs $0.25 more than most places 2/ You don't get the opportunity to meet new and attractive people in 2 hour line ups 3/ My parcel gets there undamaged, so I don't have the chance to let my imagination wander thinking of the parcels difficult trip to get to me. 4/ The company is called In out parcel... but In&Out has a much better ring to it... and once you start using it, you'll always get it wrong... which is infuriating. 5/ One time i went there, and their exterior lights were off... it was dark outside. You need to register with them prior to being able to utilize the 24/7 automated lockers but it is totally worth it! You come, put in a code in and your parcel is waiting for you! I think the extra storage fee charged if you don't pick up within 14 days is excessive. You are charged $3.75 if you pick up within 14 days but on the 15th day you are automatically charged another $3.75. You would then have only 7 days to pick up otherwise you are charged again. A more fair pricing would be to charge $1.90 for an extra week or $3.75 for an extra 2 weeks The work has already be done for processing the package and placing it in the locker. This really adds up if you have multiple overdue packages. Sometimes, packages don't come within the 2 week window and you don't want to make multiple trips to pick them up. I have previously given them 5 stars and I still think they do a great job in customer service. I deducted 1 star for the overdue pricing. read more

What a fantastic service! They received a 66-lb shipment and gave me 2 weeks of storage included with the receipt! The only thing that could make it better is extended hours for the service desk (if your shipment is too big there may not be a locker for it). All in all though this is extremely cost effective. InOut offers a brand new concept with 24/7 PIN-operated access to your parcels. Living just across the border in Tsawwassen, my usual gas run is at night, and now I can pick up my parcels at the same time. This has removed the last hassle for me - which were the lineups both ways at the border and at all the parcel places during busy times. The process is simple enough. If you are not challenged by things like supermarket self-checkouts, online banking, and ABM transactions beyond the "Fast Cash" withdrawal, you should have no trouble. Sign up for free, preload your account by credit card, and order your parcels to your new Pt Roberts address. Once the parcel arrives, you get a PIN by email that opens the front door and your parcel locker. That's all there is to it - simple genius in my view. As far as I know, InOut Parcel is the only place in Pt Roberts that requires you to fill out a USPS form authorizing them as your agent, so I dropped that off during what I fully assume is the last time I will go there during staffed opening hours. Very friendly service at the counter, and I did have to go pick up one of the last parcels I had sent to one of the other Pt Roberts parcel places right after this - waited in line like usual.... I am happy this is a thing of the past! With a few parcels now received by them, the only improvement I would hope for is the timeliness of their email notifications. Two days between receipt of package (according to tracking info) and the email with all the access info is quite long. Luckily I haven't really been in a time crunch for any of my parcels, but that processing time hopefully gets shorter as they find their groove! read more

By far the best package receiving service in Point Roberts. Don't waste your time with any of the other ones. Why is this place great? Here is why: - open 24 hours! That's right. Only have time at 2am to pick up your package. No problem. They put your packages in a locker that only you have the combination for. They send you that information when your package arrives. If your package is too big for one of their lockers and you can't make it when staff is on duty then they have an oversized locker that you ask them to put it in. - Their staff are amazing. I have picked up packages about a handful of times from them , and I have been totally blown away by how nice the people that work there are. Most recently Branden was extremely helpful with me on the phone and helped me problem solve. When I got there, he continued to go over and above. Incredible customer service. - no long lines - free wi-fi - they have a Canadian phone number. Not long distance to call them from the lower mainland - you can get someone to go and pick up your packages if you want, because they just need the codes that are emailed to you when your package arrives. Here are some highlights: - Customer support replies quickly to email. - Their website is very informative. - Adding money was a breeze. I liked how it didn't make me add a minimum like $10 which some e-commerce websites do; I was able to add just the $3.75 required to pick up my parcel. - They have the best location as it's so close to the border. Regarding the USPS Form 1583. At first it seemed a little daunting, but that was actually quite simple to fill out. Just used InOutParcel for the very first time this weekend! Love Inoutparcel! I ordered some wedding shoes and was worried they wouldn't fit so I made sure the company would allow me to return them (prepaid return label included). The problem after that was where would I drop the return package off then? I figured the time I could go pick up the pkg would not match with USPS business hours. Emailed inoutparcel about it and they replied almost right away (We're talking about 11pm at night). I was told if I need to return anything I can just put the package back into the locker, send inoutparcel an email and they will return the package for me. If I have the prepaid label with me? just stick it on. If prepaid label isn't with me? I can just email them and they'll print it off for me. Or if I don't have a prepaid label at all? they will just quote me a price. Fiancé took me to InOutParcel at 10:30 at night and we had no problem picking up the package after hours accessing their locker. I did have to return the package back to the shoe company, had the prepaid label with me. After leaving the package in the locker, I emailed InOutParcel and they confirmed the package is now with them and will send it out the next business day. Love this parcel service! Great for folks who need the flexibility, because they have automated lockers which operate around the clock. I had an oversized parcel which didn't fit in their regular lockers, so they emailed me to pick up during regular hours. Otherwise they gave me the option of moving it to a bigger locker at no extra cost to me. (The large lockers are first come first serve, so I don't know how difficult they are to come by) The instructions for the lockers were really straight forward, and clear emails were sent to notify any actions on my parcel. Glad they have this service, otherwise it'll be difficult for me to find time to visit during normal business hours. read more

In out parcel is a very convenient place to pick up your packages in Point Roberts. The lockers are fully automated and it is easy to pay your balance owing online prior to coming to pick up your package. My only problem is that it sometimes can take a while for me to make a trip to Point Roberts since I live pretty far away. After 2 weeks, you are assessed a weekly of $3.75 which is pretty steep. It would be nice if the weekly storage fee was less like $2. read more

Also love that it's all digitized so there are zero line ups and everything is pre-loaded and deducted from my account so I dont have to deal with individual payments every time.
