I was really upset. I called FedEx right away. I told her to add a note and she promised that it won't happen again. So Amazon worker are able to find the house. Canada Post is able to find the house. UPS is able to find the house. DHL is able to find the house. But not FedEx. Wow! and he parked right in front too. It was told it would be delivered on Tuesday but here i am told the package is delayed cause I'm not home . Its Friday now and iv been home for 4 days straight waiting for them to call the buzzer. Each day they dont bother coming up to the buzzer or call. Instead everyday they tell me the driver rang the buzzer thou we have a camera as well as a log of who buzzes us at home . When I got back to Bellingham I had a call from the girl at the desk saying that I had affixed the wrong label. I figured I'd have to drive back up to the shop (30+minutes), but instead she nicely emailed me the instructions to cancel the return, refile the return, and email the proper label to her so she could get my package sent!!! Luckily they were beyond excellent!!! I submitted my file to be printed in the early afternoon, and the poster was completed by the late evening, and delivered to the place I was staying. Unfortunately, I had fallen asleep, and I missed the delivery person. When I woke up an hour later and realized what had happened, I called and the person I spoke with was very helpful and understanding. They called a taxi and were able to get it back to me within 20 minutes. The price was also quite reasonable, comparable to the subsidized rush printing service offered at my university. I would absolutely recommend them, and would unquestionably make use of their services again if I ever needed them.
