Okay fine. I call head office and tell them to use our concierge desk, they say okay we'll try again tomorrow. Two days later no package. I call Clearly for a tracking number. I input the number of Phantoms website. Order not found. Weird. I call customer service and they say they shipped my package back to Clearly because I wasn't home! Are you kidding me? They are rude, unhelpful, and the only delivery service I know that doesn't know how to use a concierge desk. Avoid at all costs.

Apparently most of the staff have been there for over 10 years - which seems incredible to me for a courier company (think: high turnover industry). Anyhow: my 2 cents. Not impressed with their service. I had a packaged shipped to me from work and the delivery guy had…read moretrouble finding my house. He claims he pressed the buzzer and no one answered. The issue here is that I don't have a buzzer but I have a door bell so I am not sure who's buzzer he was pressing. After his first try, I called customer service and left some specific instructions. The manager/supervisor from Fedex called me and said that if the driver has difficulty finding my address on his second try, he can call me. Next day came by and no phone call and no one ringing my doorbell. The item was undelivered again. I called customer service and she said the FedEx courier doesn't carry a phone on him and so what is the point of telling me the day before that FedEx guy will call me if he can't find the address. I got so upset, I said that maybe he can send it to an address he knows which was a FedEx delivery package center. The supervisor/manager at FedEx called me to find out what was going on and she told me a different story than what the customer service rep said. She said that the FedEx guy scan device is a phone and can call local numbers only and my number was a local number. She also said that she will make sure that the FedEx guy will be able to deliver the package to the pick up center near my home. About an hour later, FedEx customer service (not the manager/supervisor) called me back and stated that there was a special instruction on the package stating that an adult signature is required. I was given two options: wait for the third day/tries of delivery or drive 30 km to Delta to pick up my package. I can't deal with the untrained FedEx delivery guy anymore so I opted to pick up the package myself. Gas price was super high and I think it was really an excuse from them to not wanting to deliver. Also the FedEx guy was probably not well train or not very bright to realize that the location is not a condo and there are no buzzers. I was not impressed with the service. I do feel like there are lots of conflicting information given by different FedEx employees.
