This company has not responded when they will deliver my package nor they take any RESPONSIBILITY on what happened!!!! So yesterday after all day trying to get a hold of someone in customer service, I literally spent 5 hours trying to talk with someone and then they assurged me that it would be on the first truck out and now it's 1 o'clock and still no package ,so called customer service again and again and again and finally some rude person answered and said I don't have any information for you and I will call you back tomorrow. this is totally unacceptable to treat customers like this. I have been waiting for 2 packages since the middle of February 2025. When I called Raven, I was told that they don't service my area. I offered to arrange to pick them up several times but no one is responding. I asked that my complaint be escalated to management and was told I would hear back from the Team Lead within 24 hours. Expecting delivery on a Friday. Out for delivery Thursday night, just before midnight. Failed attempt at 7:49pm at my office. They texted me and I told them to come back during business hours 9-5, M-F. 11:45pm Sunday, out for delivery, 11:27PM Monday, failed attempt, 9:23am Tuesday, out for delivery, 11:59pm Tuesday, Unable to Deliver. 6:11pm, Thursday, no further updates. In reality, no attempts were made after the first attempt. Left several text messages to both the courier who texted me and the company, asking if they need to deliver to a residential address, and letting them know I could stay late at the office if necessary. No reply. Left emails to the company asking if they will deliver or need to deliver to residential address. No reply. Left voice message (does not appear to have any actual person ever answer, so you wait in line (24 places for me took 20 minutes) on the phone just to leave a message). No reply. I think the drivers are working multiple jobs and doing this after hours so they can't deliver during the day. So, if you ship to an office, you may never get your package. The item I ordered was customized, so it will have to be remade. Very very disappointing. No pictures because nothing was ever delivered. read more

They responded that they would deliver in 1-3 days. It's been 13 days and nothing. No correspondence to my two follow-up emails and certainly no delivery. How does this company function? My package was out for delivery for 6 days, with 28 deliveries ahead of me. During these 6 days, only 3 deliveries were made according to that cue. Once I called them to inquire about the problem, the cue started to move really fast! By mid-afternoon, I was receiving a message saying my package was delivered. I work from home, so I went to check right away. I was very surprised to see no package in front of my door. I was even more surprised when I looked at the picture they submitted as a "proof" of delivery. Not only can't you see the package in the picture, but the car in my driveway is not mine! The delivery person took a screenshot of my house on Google Maps street view and submitted it as proof of delivery. You can even see the blurred plate in the picture! When I tried calling them again, they hung up on me after I'd been waiting for 30 minutes (they likely recognized my phone number from the morning). RFC driver got out of his car, tossed our pkg over 23 feet onto our concrete steps, took a picture showing delivery and drove away. All this captured on our home security camera. No response from RFC to our text, email or message we left, including the video. Product pkg and content had damage. So unprofessional and delivery person showed RFC in a bad light. read more

I have ordered from Temu many times and have had my items shipped buy Canada Post and Uni Uni and have not had any issues with delivery. However Raven Force is a different kettle of fish. When my orders (quite numerous) are shipped with Raven Force they never arrive because they can't find the address, deliver past midnight or say they need a signature when none is necessary even though we have been home. We have a camera at the front door so we know if they actually come to our house. Not the case. I have tried calling them and like other people get put on hold for 35 minutes and then told to leave a message which they never call back. I called again and left my phone number and it has been an hour and no return call. I have also chatted with Temu and their customer service sucks. On my last order I specifically requested that it not be shipped by Raven Force (which I put on the address line) they still shipped it by them. It makes me wonder if Temu complicit in this incompetency as well by taking money immediate for goods ordered then two to three weeks later say they will refund the amount. If Temu is serious about staying in business, it would be my suggestion that they discontinue their relationship with Raven Force immediately. It makes me wonder if Raven Force isn't scamming or absconding with the merchandise. I think Raven Force is a money laundering operation that should be investigated by the police!!! read more

Similar to others' experiences, no parcel, no phone call returns, on the line for 40 minutes waiting until it's my turn and then they ask for me to leave a message. Their emails bounce back some times, but not always. Nobody replies to my emails of course. Are they stealing the packages and reselling items? This isn't legal and they need to be shut down. So disgusted with the customer service and unethical dealings of this company. My Temu package of sixty items was out for delivery yesterday morning. Temu delivers to my work every week with no problem. At 12:59pm yesterday, the courier driver wrote NO ACCESS and just didn't deliver. I work on a main street and there is ample free parking beside our front door. My office window faces the parking lot so I can see everyone who comes into our lot. NO ONE came into our lot at the time the driver put NO ACCESS. I immediately called Raven's to ask why the guy didn't deliver and after wait an hour an two minutes on hold, I told the rep that no delivery attempt was made and the Rep on the phone simply just said, "Ok, i'll tell someone." I told him that answer wasn't acceptable and I was hoping to get my package delivered yesterday but the rep told me that the deliveries were already done for the day (A.K.A. the driver wanted to go home early and just didn't bother delivering to me). Today, the next day, nothing came again so I called at 2pm and was on hold for 47 minutes and was told that they didn't deliver today because they were investigating as to why it wasn't delivered yesterday. So....hold my 60 items hostage while you pretend to follow up with a lazy employee? I come from a customer service background and this answer was just not acceptable. I'd put no star if I could. The automated system keeps you on hold for more then half an hour, then just hangs up before putting you through to a live person. My package through Temu, which I'll never order from again, because they use Raven Force, as their courier, has been saying for 2 days it's on the truck for delivery. So I've emailed and called and have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone. They don't answer at all. This is horrible customer service and I'm not sure how they continue to run this way. My package which was expensive is no where to be found, its saying it's on the truck for delivery for 2 days now and there is no one who responds to tell me where my package is. Temu is no help either. They just keep saying if not received after more than the month since I bought it, they can do something. I have had several bad experiences with this company. The biggest issue is that couriers refuse to follow instructions on the package. I have a few packages stolen due to being left on the doorstep next to a clearly labeled secure package box (the instructions on the package state to put in the said box). The company refuses to take responsibility or hold their couriers accountable. Avoid this company at all costs if you have the option. Another experience was they called because they could not find the address (it's a very easily found location) and were angry on the phone about it, I went to meet them at the doorstep and they refused to hand the package to me because it was for my disabled partner. She had to struggle to the front door before they would hand it over. Their support phone number keeps hanging up on you, especially after 30 minutes in queue waiting to speak to someone. Told me he had no idea what to do with all the packages that were addressed to the same large, major landmark building. Never delivered mine. I have been trying to contact Ravenforce for three days. the parcel was delivered to entirely the wrong address. it was a different address on a different street although they found the correct townhouse complex. the picture on the website proves the error. i telephoned and asked for a callback but have waited over 2 1/2 hours to hear from Raven. the address for delivery - i.e. the correct one - is easy to see from the street if the driver had just opened his/her eyes. this is bad for Temu. i would gladly have paid for delivery if it was reliable. read more

Just like everyone else here, I REFUSE to order from Temu EVER AGAIN because they use this service!! Although, unlike everyone else here, I did actually get a callback - ONCE - regarding an undelivered package marked as 'NO ACCESS' on the tracking info. When asked, I was told that my destination was too far out of the city centre and the driver didn't want to go that far out, so delivery wouldn't be until more packages were needing to be dropped off in that area. Say WHAAAAAT?!!? Package was 'returned to sort hub'. I chatted with Temu to complain, and all they'd do is offer a refund - BUT I WANT my package!! I also submitted a complaint against Raven Force to the Better Business Bureau. We even tried to pick up AT THE SORT HUB/DEPOT and were told the package was on a vehicle, out for delivery.... it was not. It just keeps showing as 'OUT FOR DELIVERY', then sometimes 'NO ACCESS' (it's a house on a corner with a large driveway and in and out access to both streets!), then 'RETURNED TO SORT HUB'. Honestly, I just want my package, and then NOTHING to do with Raven Force OR Temu EVER AGAIN!! I plan to continue calling, asking for call-backs, and emailing until I can force them to hold my package at their facility where I will drive (just over an hour) to go pick it up myself! read more

Sadly I had to give this sham of a courier service a star because it deserves to be 0/no stars. To say the service is horrible would be that you had received some service, I never did. I ordered some items from Temu...first time doing so and was skeptical however it seemed they had gone more mainstream and ppl were successfully ordering and receiving merchandise so I thought OK I'll give it a shot. After a few days Temu sent me notification that my package had been lost and they would be returning my monies to PayPal. Raven Force however, kept sending me emails saying the package was still coming. It wasn't just tracking updates, an actual human was writing these emails asking for more info for the driver, claiming he had tried to deliver but was unable. I certainly never got any texts or calls from the driver. So they were going to try to deliver again and another week went by with me being told to be alert and wait for the package. I stupidly stayed home a couple of days but nothing showed up. Finally I was told this was the big day, the driver would be delivering the package within 3 hours, again I waited and nothing was delivered. I sent yet another email to my human contact and said what the hell is going on, I've spent the last week waiting on a package that was never delivered. To be truthful I don't know if there is a package or if Raven is showing inventory that don't actually have. I have no idea what the deal is and the human at Raven Force has stopped answering my emails. Horrible service, don't use them under any circumstances!! read more
