I booked my airport ride to a downtown hotel few days ago, with one stop on the way. The driver (Rick) was on time, professional and friendly. I enjoyed the ride. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. The owner was extremely responsive which was important to me, as my booking was last minute. The driver was wearing mask the whole time and there was a plexiglass between driver and passenger. Will use them again in the future. Excellent service. We did a lot of research before booking with KJ. So glad that we made the decision that we did. Our flight was delayed arriving to Vancouver, but the driver was waiting there for us when we finally made it through customs. On the trip from the airport to our hotel he gave us lots of great information and tips that we could use during our visit to Vancouver. The ride back to the airport was informative as well. We booked a limo van to take us from the cruise ship to the airport. Making the arrangements to pick up our group was easy. Even when we got off of the boat and didn't know where to go, I called the number on the reservation and they told us were to meet the limo and what to do. Ice and easy. The limo was very clean and the driver helped us load our bags. We told him what airlines we were leaving on (Delta and Air Canada). He asked if it was an international flight we said yes and off we went. We made it to the airport on time and dropped off our first group at delta. He told us to stay on and he would take us to our location. So we stayed on as he drove us to the other end of the terminal. We got out and thanked him and have him an additional $30 on top of the $27 recommended tip. When we got in the lady at air canada said that we were in the wrong spot and that we needed to go to the other terminal! So we had to drag all our stuff all the way to the other side of the terminal where the driver SHOULD have dropped us off. That just ruined the whole experience for me. The drivers main job is to take us to where we need to go but he failed on that part. I don't think he deserved the $57 tip he received. I would definitely take that back. read more

We were picked up from the airport and brought to the cruise port. Driver did not seem very familiar with the cruise terminal and ended up dropping us off in the wrong location. We could let this go for sure but what was the biggest issue was that we paid extra for a car seat for our one year old for convenience. It was installed and ready to go when they picked us up from the airport- yay! But when we were picked up to leave the cruise terminal and go back to the airport, they had a car seat but it was not installed. The driver did not know how to install it. It took us 20-30 minutes to figure out how to get in installed (for two moms with several kids between us, we normally can quickly and easily install a car seat). There was no manual available and it was challenging to install it with a secure fit. It was very stressful and then made us nervous to be late for our flight. We paid extra for this service and highly regretted it. Would not use them again. read more

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Using KJ Limousine for our vacation to Whistler made a huge impact on how enjoyable our trip was. Upon first contact, I received a timely quote from Hing Jong on transportation services using one of their executive vans. The quote was reasonably the lowest of all the companies I contacted. They also include a scenic/rest stop on the way from YVR to whistler. I had to call to provide my credit card and dealt with Wendy who has a pleasant and cheerful attitude. She promptly sent me an updated formalized quote and informed me that the last 4 digits of my CC would show on the quote. Not a huge deal to some, but I appreciate the little things. We were picked up at the airport by Frank?, who held up a tablet with my name on it. He was easy to find and parked close to the airport exit doors. The van was very clean, not super comfortable, but better than airplane seats. He was a really cool driver and safe on slick roads. I was really glad that we didn't choose to drive the whole family in multiple rental cars with all our luggage on unfamiliar icy roads. We got to the hotel in a couple of hours. Our pick up from the hotel was just as easy. Joe was waiting at the front desk. He helped us put our luggage in the van after he tried very hard to put car seats in.. you need some practice, Joe! :) We all rested in the shuttle peacefully as Joe navigated us safely to the airport. My son left a charger in the first shuttle, and Hing Jong met us at the airport to give it to us. I have to say that stellar service like that really made our day. My dad was very impressed by it. I'm so glad we used KJ Limousine and can't wait to call on them again for our next whistler trip. read more

I can't say enough about the service we have received from KJ. I can't remember if they were originally referred from Pan Pacific in Van or Westin in Whistler but it was a great recommendation from the concierge. Since our first trip with them, they are now our only service provider for car service. I love the new stretch MKT! Our last flight into Van was delayed almost 10 hours. Raeburn (best driver ever) monitored our flight and was there when we landed at almost midnight. We typically use them for airport service and to/from Vancouver to Whistler. Summer and winter. Although their rates are not the cheapest, they're certainly not expensive overall compared to most limo companies in Richmond and Vancouver. Their prices are very reasonable and it's well worth it for the excellent service that you get. The owner and driver (Hing) is very polite, is easy to get a hold of and is very helpful on the phone. He speaks Chinese and his English is good too. (It was difficult to understand some of the other companies I called on the phone.) He knows the Vancouver area very well, handles luggage for you and offers complimentary water bottles. On Oct 1st...a milestone birthday for me- my doorbell rang and I found a gentleman there who said "are you Jodi"? I said yes, a bit tentatively and he said "happy birthday I am here to pick you and your husband up for the evening" His name was Oliver and his gracious greeting set the tone for the evening- the limo held several of my friends (all in on the surprise) and off from White Rock to Gotham restaurant we went with a couple of stops along the way- Oliver was gracious and patient and so very accommodating- at the end of the evening my husband was a bit ill and Oliver was helpful in ensuring he got in the house with the help of our friend- I could not have been more impressed - for any limo or car service we may need in the future this WILL be our 1st choice... I arranged to have KJ pick up my parents (85 and 91) to take them to Rogers Arena to see Andrea Bocelli. They arrived in a nice Lincoln on time to pick them up and even though the show went an extra 30 min the charge was the same and when my parents exited the arena the driver got their attention right away and whisked them away back home. KJ Limousine Services is the best! We took the train in from Seattle to Vancouver and it was about 3 hours late arriving. So for the return trip we decided to check into what it would cost for a car service home. It turns out it was about the cost of the train ride home, so I called KJ Limousine Services and booked a sprint van (14 passenger). We changed our mind about 5 times for when we wanted to leave, but not a single complaint from them, they just said "no problem". Then, at a few minutes before pick up time, this beautiful van pulled up and we took off. Then, the amazing stuff happened. I asked the driver if there was AC power aboard the van and he said "no". I was a little disappointed, but no big deal. I said " ok, no problem, is fine". Then, the next thing I knew, he had another driver bring us an AC converter to the van, so that I would have power. How is that for service!? He drove us in record time, safely and so comfortably, all the way to our doorstep. Do yourself a favor and call them, they are the best. read more
