We used them for our wedding and all my dealing with this company were outstanding. This just isn't a limo company, they are a chauffeured transportation service and have a huge fleet of vehicles to match your needs. What I liked best about them other than their top of the line customer service was their pricing model. I loved that I could simply book one way trips to and from the venue for the wedding party and I didn't have to book a minimum time block of two hours or more like some other companies. I could not be any happier with the service we received from Griffin Transportation this past weekend. They were hired as our drivers for our wedding, and I wasn't sure what to expect - but this is easily the smoothest part of the whole wedding process. Not only were the drivers perfectly on time (ie 5 minutes early) but when we ended up being over an hour late leaving, the drivers were both super accommodating and friendly, the cars were very clean and comfortable, and (very smartly well stocked with water). I feel bad for the driver of the boys vehicle, KB who had to put up with a bit of drunken groomsmen shenanigans including harmonicas, but he tolerated it like a champ! I want to give a special shout out to the driver of the girls vehicle - Tomi. He was so courteous and willing to do whatever he could to help make out experience as calm as possible - including pulling up further to make sure I didn't have to walk as far in my wedding dress! He also picked me and my new husband up at the end of our night to drive us back home - and again he was super patient with us and even went out of his way to make sure he was driving us as close to our front door as possible. I have nothing but positive things to say about the whole experience from start to finish. Wow, what an excellent transportation company! I was involved with this excellent company for a month. I found them to be super professional. They only used cars that were showroom perfect, their drivers were top shelf and their reservation/dispatch crew were superb. When you call, they pick up on the second ring or sooner. That's so awesome! I have been involved with companies in Miami, LA, San Diego, NYC and Boston. No other Limo Transportation company can touch them. Kudos to Griffin Transportation!!! read more

We arrived in Vancouver on the NCL cruise ship but couldn't check into our AirBnB apartment until after noon. Paul picked us up promptly in an immaculate SUV which held all our luggage and the 4 of us. He gave us an amazing 3 hour tour of the beautiful city then delivered us to the apartment. Paul was great...he was personable and professional!! Re: Booking...initially I telephoned and discussed all the details, then I was able to finish the booking on-line. Amazing!! I called at midnight for a 6am pickup to the airport and was expecting the scheduler to say sorry we cannot accommodate that request. Happily, he worked it out. I am so very grateful for his kindness in arranging a ride. It was so nice to come out in the morning and discover the driver was there 15 minutes early so I didn't have to fret at all. When we arrived at the airport he arranged for a porter to help me through the check-in process. I would recommend this company for their kindness and professionalism. read more

Very pleased with the service I received for my wedding with both a limo and a town car at the end of the reception. Both drivers were prompt, courteous and very professional. The cars were clean and in good repair. The company provided me with courtesy calls as reminders and invoiced appropriated. I also like how they include gratuity in the prices so there are no awkward tipping moments. Highly recommended and I will consider using them again for a special event at some point in the future! read more

Wonderful service. Had to make a same day request due to unplanned trip, and they were very accommodating. Emilia at the office was very helpful and courteous on the phone, and she went out of the way to find a right vehicle for us. Craig, our driver was wonderful. We arrived at the pickup location about 15 mins earlier than the scheduled time, but he was already there with a sign waiting for us. It's obvious that they are punctual. As I look to book a trip to Vancouver this year and am looking through the luxury transportation websites....a bad memory comes to mind. In Nov of 2012 I booked Griffin Transportation for another family trip. Griffin Transportation picked up 11 of our family members at the airport and transported us to Vancouver. Their service was excellent at this point. They then transported us to Whistler. Also excellent service at this point. Our trip back to Vancouver was also great until we got to downtown Vancouver and cars started honking at us and pointing their fingers. At this point we started to alert our driver that something must be going on with all of the vehement gestures taking place outside the windows of our van. Multiple cars alerted us and we stopped at the end of the Granville Island bridge to check what was happening. The back door had become open and the driver shut it. When we got to the airport we were missing one Tumi suitcase. It did not take a rocket scientist to come to the conclusion that the bag had fallen out and that is why all the cars were yelling at us and swerving. Mistakes happen and I get that, however it is how the matter was handled from here that was the problem. The driver was mortified and went back looking but the suitcase was never found. The company blamed the matter on us at first and said that we had forgotten the suitcase at the Four Seasons Whistler. They communicated with us and acted like it was our fault and they didn't believe us. They did compensate my brother in law financially but it didn't come close to the value of the suitcases contents. Not even close. It was the manner in which they dealt with us that was upsetting to me. They implied with their investigation that perhaps we were trying to get something out of it. All we really wanted was an apology and our suitcase back. Instead we lost money...their compensation didn't even cover the cost of the Tumi suitcase, let alone the contents. It was extremely inconvenient to replace the contents and it took many hours to do so. With that said I am now looking for another company to transport us this family trip. Kimie Kreidle read more

I, in a group of 8 friends, used Griffin Transportation for our graduation celebrations. Griffin does not offer typical "prom packages" (with breaks in the middle to take pictures) but we weren't looking for one of those, just transportation to and from our special night. When I called in to reserve our vehicle, they were very polite and patient and explained all of the options to me. The lady who picked up the phone actually discussed the situation with me for 45 minutes on the phone so I could arrange a direct trip there but drop-off for each of our group members on the way back in the most cost-effective manner. On the day of, our driver was ten minutes early both to come pick us up and to drop us off, and kept in touch with me via text to let me know when he was on his way 30 minutes before our agreed time.
