We had two great drivers today. Nick picked us up, he was polite, courteous and most importantly on time. He got us to our destination safely. Mike was the gentlemen of the hour. He picked us up for our return drive home. He was funny, courteous and very accommodating. The prices were the best we could find on short notice and it was fair. The have limos, luxury SUVs and town cars. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend them. read more

This was an absolute nightmare where do I begin. My pickup was for 1030. A group of us girls were going from the hotel to our friends apartment to kidnap her for a bachelorette party then to a baseball game. Because the limo company charged me $320 I assumed we were getting it for two hours because every other limo company charges 150 per hour. I was wrong. one of the girls was about 12 minutes late arriving to the hotel for us to leave the limo driver was getting more and more angry about how he has another wedding to do and he can't wait much longer. I felt so uncomfortable I got out of the limo and waited on the side of the street for my friend. my friend showed up and we went to go pick up the staggette. The driver was extremely rude and kept telling me to get everybody to hurry up. I didn't understand because I thought we had 2 hours. once I was up in the apartment I knew I wasn't gonna be quick enough so I went down to the limo where he was speaking in Russian on the phone while saying my name and Things like unprofessional, disrespectful etc. I told him we're gonna take all of our stuff out of the limo and he can go on his way and he did. So we were charged $320 for 40 minutes to be left on the side of a street dressed in beads, masks, and bridesmaid attire looking like a circus. what a joke do not use this company they're awful, unprofessional, and disrespectful. read more

The only company I would ever use! From the very first contact via E-mail, to the end of our night out, all I can say is it was executed perfectly. I dealt with Ella C from their offices, and for ever inquiry I made she responded within minutes, no matter the day or hour. All requests were handled with professionalism and courtesy. She gave me a quoted price, and that is exactly what we paid. No surprises or hidden costs at all. Our driver Ramzi was bar none the best we could have gotten. He made it clear from the beginning of the night that he was there for my group, and never disappointed. A true gentleman. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for an amazing night out, and If possible, try and request Ramzi as your driver. You will not regret it!!! read more

This review is based on communication alone and nothing else. My girlfriends and I were shopping around for limo service. We e-mailed multiple companies and out of the 20 messages we sent, this was one of the three that responded. We didn't end up using this service, however, was impressed that they felt that we were worthy as future clients to give us a response. read more

Driver Jona was awesome, on time and super cool. The stretch SUV is super cool, we loved it!!!!

We used Royal Limousine yesterday for a 60th birthday, and although the driver was lovely, the company was horrible. I had reserved a pickup for 5pm in Burnaby to stop at one other location before bringing us to a restaurant in Vancouver. I received an email confirmation that the total cost would be $290 + tip. The limo showed up at 5pm and we made our stop before heading to the restaurant. After dinner, the driver picked us up at our scheduled time and dropped us back off in Burnaby. Upon arrival of our final destination, I was informed that we went over our "allotted" time to get to the restaurant and that the charge would be an additional $100. I was very unhappy with this as I was not informed at any point that we had an "allotted" time to get to our location. I called the manager before paying and explained the situation. The manager started to yell at me on the phone, would not let me finish a sentence and said I was "unbelievable" and that I should "never use his company again". I ended up only paying for what I was originally quoted, and you can bet I will NEVER use this company again. Beyond horrible customer service. read more

I've used Royal Limousine on numerous occasions [both business and pleasure] and they have made all of my experiences memorable. The drivers were polite and well dressed, my door was always opened for me and the cars were impecable both interior and exterior. I've used other companies and there seemed to always be a problem, ie. double bookings, driver being late or rude, empty bottles in the back etc. Royal Limousine has proved to me that they will always deliver the services booked. I Highly recommend them. read more

Best Limo ride i've ever had! This company provided some of the best service i've experience in my life. The driver was very polite and even waited outside for me when I was late. The extra effort they put into my limo ride made this company stand out from all the rest in Vancouver. Very pleased, next time I'm in Vancouver i'll definitely be using Royal again. Thanks. read more

I booked a limo for 14 grads and they didn't show up and didn't have my reservation. Even took my credit card to confirm ?!?!?!

A large group of us had a fantastic experience with the limo bus and driver, Dan. He was very accommodating and personable, and we found the vehicle to be in excellent shape with a luxurious and comfortable interior. I had inquired with several limo companies for our event and Royal was by far the most professional, courteous, and friendly. Thanks to Royal Limo! read more

Professional chauffeur with comfy ride, and clean limousine looking forward to using this company again in the future.

ZERO STARS. Absolutely awful service. The man who answers the phone every time lies about confirming your appointment with him. I was warned that limo companies will lie about taking your charter request because if they get something better that will make more money on- no matter what kind of deposit they take from you- they WILL cancel on you last minute and leave you without a limo service for your big day. I gave him my credit card info immediately after he assured me he could take our charter for the day of our wedding, we agreed on a price, and assured me he would not have any reason to cancel and that he would process my card and send me a confirmation email as proof of confirmation. I chased him for a week through calls and email and got NOTHING but a lot of "oh that's funny I thought I did send it" "Oh yes I think I did charge you". Basically he was hoping that I wouldn't notice we were never really confirmed so that he could make a few extra bucks and leave us high and dry on our wedding day. Will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE for ANY reason. After I called and told him I cancelled and that I'd be sharing my experience with everyone I knew, I didn't get so much as a "I'm sorry, I've been really busy and it slipped my mind".. Unlike the other times we have spoken, I got no "excuse" or "reason" for not receiving a confirmation or not being charged yet, I just got an "ok" as I was hanging up the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE LIED TO. read more

We contacted Royal Limousine for our wedding and were happy with their price point, and quick response time, so we booked them - though unable to find many reviews of them online. There were a few red flags along the way that we should have noticed. There wasn't a clear way to pay a deposit online, and I had to get a hold of them on the phone to pay. The booking process was a bit strange and the communication wasn't written in a professional way. But that being said, responses were timely and my questions were answered, so we booked them for the day. The limo driver arrived on time in the morning. He drove us to our first location, got us ice for our drinks while we took our photos, and was on time to pick us up when we got back. It was a great start to our day. But that was where our experience took a turn. The issues were countless but I will list a few below. It seems that the drive and his manager had horrible communication between them. 1. We had booked him for the day - only to find out he was trying to squeeze in picks up in between 2. We were told we could leave our stuff in the limo since we had booked him for the day - but this turned out not to be true on the day of, since there were going to other people in the limo (due to him having other picks ups planned) 3. After the first two stops, he had the wrong times listed (and was missing one location) for the rest of our day - he also didn't have any of the changes we made with his manager the month before 4. We had been told that he would drive everyone home at the end of the night - but he didn't have this information and was threatening to charge us extra for the last few stops - even though we had paid for this 5. When we needed longer at one of the stops (which we didn't see as a problem since we had booked him for the day), he started threatening to leave or charge us for the time he was waiting - because he was trying to get to the other pick up he had scheduled in between. To top it all off, after this experience, the company called me the day after, when we were leaving for our honeymoon. I thought the call was an apology, so I answered, and the manager yelled at me for all the confusion and said he was trying to charge my credit card for the extra time and hassle - but it wasn't going through - so he wanted the correct number. The audacity! As you can imagine, on our wedding day, this became extremely stressful. They are the ONLY vendor from our entire wedding that we had issues with and would not recommend to others. Unfortunate because we were very organized, and had so many email conversations with this company to avoid any confusion/stress on the day of. Likely an okay company for a simple pick up and drop off, but nothing more. read more

I booked Royal Limousine for my high school graduation and i was really impressed by their quality of service. First of all, they were so easy to communicate with over the phone. I called many places, and i was always unclear on what they were offering, with them it was easy. They arrived early to my house so we got a 15 minute extra ride for free. The driver was really nice, i cannot remember his name. He was really patient with us as we were being really rowdy and loud in the back. We stopped to take pictures at Queen Elisabeth park, and he patiently waited. I can't really say anything bad. They were professional. read more
