We used the service twice on our trip to and from YVR. Outstanding service from both professional drivers. First one was Kenneth Dana who had to come into Surrey to pick us up at three different locations in order to get to YVR by 6 am. Very courteous and always checking to make sure we are all fine. Our second driver, Gurkirat, was amazing as well. Due to Air Canada's ridiculously long delay in sending three flights' of luggages onto the same carousel, we were delayed by a full hour while our driver was already standing by. Gurkirat was so helpful in grabbing all our numerous heavy suitcases off the carousel and then later on, helped rectify an unexpected situation. We can't express how fortunate we all were to have these two lovely men ending up being our drivers and made our our limo experiences one of the best ever! KUDOS to both!! read more

this was the worst and most creepy experience i have ever had. they had a creepy man sitting in the back of the limo with my group of 5 HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS. first off the driver was driving recklessly the whole ride almost hitting multiple cars and cyclists. they additionally missed the spot where we wanted to take pictures and made us walk a half kilometre to the place refusing to drive us there. we also caught the man in the back of the limo taking pictures of us and staring at us while getting in and out of the vehicle where we were in a vulnerable state bc of our dresses. overall this is a creepy and awful experience. read more

Varinder is the definition of ' customer service" - going above and beyond in everything he does. Both times we travelled by limousin courtesy of our very generous daughter/niece - to an Elton John concert last october and the Shania Twain concert last night (May 2). absolutely dreadful. shouldn't have given the money up front. should have given half first half last. lesson learned. drove us to Vancouver and we had about 400 worth of alcohol we were drinking and the driver said he would wait for us while we were in a strip club (bachelor party) came out and the bus was gone and after many missed calls wondering where he was and how the heck were gonna get home they send a completely different SUV limo instead of our bus and none of our booze was in it. i was then told I could come grab my alcohol the next week and it was about half there. so it's apparent they dropped me picked someone else and said go for the booze its all yours. basically almost ruined the stag. the company was rude, the drivers were rude and the company is a piece of shit. would love to run into the owner one day. read more

This was the worse service i have ever experienced. This was my one and only wedding day, and it was solely ruined our day. The driver was 45 mins late picking up my husband, and we missed 1 hour of time with our photographer because of it. He didn't know the roads at all and could not use google maps either. We called him with the schedule of the days events every 30 mins and he was still clueless. The final straw was that he got stuck in the north van bus loop as we were 15 mins to our own ceremony!! Extremely disappointed with this limo service. Rented from this company for transportation to my wedding and they showed up 15mins late blaming rush hour traffic. I can understand traffic can be bad but not only did the driver show up late but did not know where the wedding venue was. I had to google map the location for the driver and he still took a wrong turn explaining he thought he could make it to our venue faster. We ended walking the last 3 blocks because our limo was stuck in a one way cul-de-sac at the sea bus terminal in north van! I do not recommend this limo company. Honestly worst party bus company we have ever taken. We have taken multiple busses with this company and every time there has been an issue. We got to our location and then he asked for ID at the location which 2 of us didn't have in ID. They took us all the way home then double charged us. We were charged 1000$ for the entire ride because he took us back both ways. Waste of money and waste of time and we missed the event. None of us were told about these protocols while loading onto this bus until we got to our event. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. Book with star limousine or anything else. read more

My girlfriends and I rented this limo for our ladies night. The driver was awesome and patient with 5 screaming partying girls. Sadly one of our friends got a little too drunk and puked in the bucket behind the limo. Driver was good about it even though I could tell that he was annoyed inside (with every right). My girlfriend is not the best drunk in the world, especially when she drinks and bitches about her martial problems. We had no where specific to go. We just wanted a girls night in a limo. I was very disappointed a bunch of moms took our kids to concert in limo we took an extra 20min so he dropped us and tried to charge us $175 for the extra 20min then he went down to $150 then $100 I said no problem here take the $100 of my credit card keep in mind a friend of mine had already paid $420 for the 2hour service so I went home checked my credit card in the morning because I kept getting fraud alerts the company not only charged my friend the $420 but on top of the $100 I gave him he tried to charge my card for $420 as well and they tried about 4times to do so my credit card company thankfully did not allow it to go through. So I spent the day on the ph with visa and boss limousine trying to fix this . I then found out the limo driver to a picture of the front and back of my credit card which made me very uncomfortable so I had to cancel my card and went 7days waiting for a new one . This experience was awful they ended up giving me the extra $100 I paid extra back to me for all the trouble but I had to call for 3days and demand it back they should hav called me and offered it back and apologize for all the bull they put me through. read more

We didn't actually book anything with Boss, but I admired the person (Angie) who answered the phone so much as she walked me through their services and prices. We unexpectedly ended up with 6 grad girls at our house on their way to grad, The grad was just down the street from our house, maybe 6 blocks, just a little too far to walk, and was trying to figure out how to get them there without too much stress on me making runs back and forth to drop them off and then getting in front of them before it started. Angie was extremely helpful and understanding and explained how their service worked and why one service wasn't available and others were. We ended up working out how to get the girls there on our own easily enough so didn't book with Boss, but Angie was great and plan to call them first next time we do need a limo. Will never use this limo service again. Rented this limo and the driver was 25 mins late, did not know the addresses or the routes despite being informed by our planner days prior to our event. To make matters worst, when the driver showed up late, he sat idle in the limo for another 15 mins on his phone trying to figure how to get to our event address. To try to expedite the process, I showed him on google maps, but he still got lost twice! Due to this limo service, we lost over an hour of time that was scheduled for other activities. When trying to explain our experience to management the following days, I was told it wasn't the drivers fault and that we were to blame.
