We used the service twice on our trip to and from YVR. Outstanding service from both professional drivers. First one was Kenneth Dana who had to come into Surrey to pick us up at three different locations in order to get to YVR by 6 am. Very courteous and always checking to make sure we are all fine. Our second driver, Gurkirat, was amazing as well. Due to Air Canada's ridiculously long delay in sending three flights' of luggages onto the same carousel, we were delayed by a full hour while our driver was already standing by. Gurkirat was so helpful in grabbing all our numerous heavy suitcases off the carousel and then later on, helped rectify an unexpected situation. We can't express how fortunate we all were to have these two lovely men ending up being our drivers and made our our limo experiences one of the best ever! KUDOS to both!! read more

Boss Limousine Service - Boss Limousine - Limos Near Me - Surrey, British Columbia

On time and well organized. Driver was very good and professional. I will use them again.

I having been using boss limos for a while , we used boss #4 for my sister's wedding, clean limo inside and out and awesome service and they have a good selection of limos and party buses to choose from definitely recommend them read more

this was the worst and most creepy experience i have ever had. they had a creepy man sitting in the back of the limo with my group of 5 HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS. first off the driver was driving recklessly the whole ride almost hitting multiple cars and cyclists. they additionally missed the spot where we wanted to take pictures and made us walk a half kilometre to the place refusing to drive us there. we also caught the man in the back of the limo taking pictures of us and staring at us while getting in and out of the vehicle where we were in a vulnerable state bc of our dresses. overall this is a creepy and awful experience. read more

Re: Limo driver "Varinder" We had the real pleasure of having Varinder as our limo driver "by special request" because he was our limo driver once before. Varinder is the definition of ' customer service" - going above and beyond in everything he does. Both times we travelled by limousin courtesy of our very generous daughter/niece - to an Elton John concert last october and the Shania Twain concert last night (May 2). These special occasions were made even better thanks to Varinder. A great employee and representative for your company. Regards Louise Hartig and Lori Slater in New Westminster. read more

absolutely dreadful. shouldn't have given the money up front. should have given half first half last. lesson learned. drove us to Vancouver and we had about 400 worth of alcohol we were drinking and the driver said he would wait for us while we were in a strip club (bachelor party) came out and the bus was gone and after many missed calls wondering where he was and how the heck were gonna get home they send a completely different SUV limo instead of our bus and none of our booze was in it. i was then told I could come grab my alcohol the next week and it was about half there. so it's apparent they dropped me picked someone else and said go for the booze its all yours. basically almost ruined the stag. the company was rude, the drivers were rude and the company is a piece of shit. would love to run into the owner one day. read more

Great service to and from our wedding from Marin Para to our wedding. Traffic was severely backed up but Marin got in there with plenty of time to spare, with a great attitude and a professionalism that exceeded our expectations. Would recommend this company (especially Marin) to anyone we know. Thanks for the great service and amazing hospitality Marin and Boss Limos! read more

Our driver was so amazing, truly kind and caring he helped my over 90 year old grandpa in law get in and out of the limo, made sure my daughter was good and taken care of. Super great driver, felt safe the whole time and he patiently waited for all of us to come out of the wedding (a bunch of women so you know we take a while) and didn't say any complaints. Our driver was Jag 20/10 recommend read more

Terrible service for a wedding, do not book for any special occasion as they contract other companies to do their work. No accountability for running 1.5 hours late for the bride, peeing in front of guests and driving like a maniac and there for bride and groom missing all photos together. What a nightmare. read more

My wife and I had chosen Boss Limousine for our wedding. They have a great selection of clean/modern vehicles. The best part was that we were able to choose and see what vehicle we were going to get ahead of time. On the day of our wedding everything went off without a hitch. The vehicle was clean and nicely decorated, the diver Paul was on time, very polite and courteous. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great wedding day. Just wanted to let the Boss management staff know that Paul is a great asset to your team and business. Thank you Boss for being part of special day. read more

This was the worse service i have ever experienced. This was my one and only wedding day, and it was solely ruined our day. The driver was 45 mins late picking up my husband, and we missed 1 hour of time with our photographer because of it. He didn't know the roads at all and could not use google maps either. We called him with the schedule of the days events every 30 mins and he was still clueless. The final straw was that he got stuck in the north van bus loop as we were 15 mins to our own ceremony!! We had to walk the rest of the way. THIS COMPANY IS ATROCIOUS FOR THEIR BAD SERVICE AND WE NEVER RECEIVED AN APOLOGY FOR THEIR ACTIONS RUINING OUR BIG DAY STAY AWAY!!! read more

Malana was so patient with my booking of our transportation to our cousin's wedding reception from Surrey to UBC. Since I reside in Toronto I thought it would be difficult but she made it a very smooth transaction. Our driver Vic was on time and messaged me when he had arrived. We wanted to leave the reception earlier then scheduled and he was able to accommodate our request. 10/10 Would definitely recommend. Priya read more

Extremely disappointed with this limo service. Rented from this company for transportation to my wedding and they showed up 15mins late blaming rush hour traffic. I can understand traffic can be bad but not only did the driver show up late but did not know where the wedding venue was. I had to google map the location for the driver and he still took a wrong turn explaining he thought he could make it to our venue faster. We ended walking the last 3 blocks because our limo was stuck in a one way cul-de-sac at the sea bus terminal in north van! I do not recommend this limo company. They were very unprofessional! read more

Amazing service! From booking to making changes with the reservation Boss was accommodating. They were prompt, and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future! read more

Honestly worst party bus company we have ever taken. We have taken multiple busses with this company and every time there has been an issue. We got to our location and then he asked for ID at the location which 2 of us didn't have in ID. They took us all the way home then double charged us. We were charged 1000$ for the entire ride because he took us back both ways. Waste of money and waste of time and we missed the event. None of us were told about these protocols while loading onto this bus until we got to our event. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. Book with star limousine or anything else. read more

My girlfriends and I rented this limo for our ladies night. The driver was awesome and patient with 5 screaming partying girls. Sadly one of our friends got a little too drunk and puked in the bucket behind the limo. Driver was good about it even though I could tell that he was annoyed inside (with every right). My girlfriend is not the best drunk in the world, especially when she drinks and bitches about her martial problems. We had no where specific to go. We just wanted a girls night in a limo. We were driving to some nice scenic places around downtown and Stanley park. Price was very reasonable for a few hours. read more

Excellent customer service. Answered emails and phone calls right away. Very polite. Really great to deal with.

Our experience with Boss Limousines to the Vancouver Canucks game was awsome!!! they picked us up from Richmond BC and dropped us off at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver. Once the game was done, the limo was waiting outside for us. They were on time and the driver was polite. We recommend Boss Limos to any one looking for a worry free night! read more

This company is amazing. We use them for all of our company needs. I have personally booked them for my wedding and all of my siblings wedding. The owner is so polite and accommodates to your needs. They are on time and patient. The best part is they are affordable. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to have a stress- free experience !!! read more

Me and all my friends always use boss limousines, whether it be for airport transfers, night out downtown, or concerts. We all have nothing but great things to say about all their staff from the owner, reception desk, all the way to their friendly drivers! The drivers have always been courteous and accommodating even when dealing with some annoying and intoxicated passengers that are coming back from a night out. We always know that we can rely on boss limousines. The best limo service around by far! read more

I have used Boss limos on multiple occasions now and each time I have had a fantastic experience. The drivers are so accommodating, on time and professional. Also, they have the nicest fleet of limos to choose from - that are always super clean both inside and out! Prices are great too! read more

Awesome experience and service from Boss limos. We used them for our 40th anniversary. Right on schedule. Our driver's name was Aman and he was wonderful. Highly recommend. Thank you from the "Meaghers". read more

I booked Boss limos for a family dinner last week and we had an awesome time! The driver was polite and patient and the limo itself was a lot of fun. We will definitely book with them again! read more

We didn't actually book anything with Boss, but I admired the person (Angie) who answered the phone so much as she walked me through their services and prices. We unexpectedly ended up with 6 grad girls at our house on their way to grad, The grad was just down the street from our house, maybe 6 blocks, just a little too far to walk, and was trying to figure out how to get them there without too much stress on me making runs back and forth to drop them off and then getting in front of them before it started. Angie was extremely helpful and understanding and explained how their service worked and why one service wasn't available and others were. We ended up working out how to get the girls there on our own easily enough so didn't book with Boss, but Angie was great and plan to call them first next time we do need a limo. Thank you!! read more

I have booked with this company a handful of times. Great service. Easy to book. Lots of limo choices available. Friendly and respectful drivers. Clean limos. No complaints. I'm a happy customer. Will definitely recommend to friends and family read more

I was very disappointed a bunch of moms took our kids to concert in limo we took an extra 20min so he dropped us and tried to charge us $175 for the extra 20min then he went down to $150 then $100 I said no problem here take the $100 of my credit card keep in mind a friend of mine had already paid $420 for the 2hour service so I went home checked my credit card in the morning because I kept getting fraud alerts the company not only charged my friend the $420 but on top of the $100 I gave him he tried to charge my card for $420 as well and they tried about 4times to do so my credit card company thankfully did not allow it to go through. So I spent the day on the ph with visa and boss limousine trying to fix this . I then found out the limo driver to a picture of the front and back of my credit card which made me very uncomfortable so I had to cancel my card and went 7days waiting for a new one . This experience was awful they ended up giving me the extra $100 I paid extra back to me for all the trouble but I had to call for 3days and demand it back they should hav called me and offered it back and apologize for all the bull they put me through. read more

Will never use this limo service again. Rented this limo and the driver was 25 mins late, did not know the addresses or the routes despite being informed by our planner days prior to our event. To make matters worst, when the driver showed up late, he sat idle in the limo for another 15 mins on his phone trying to figure how to get to our event address. To try to expedite the process, I showed him on google maps, but he still got lost twice! Due to this limo service, we lost over an hour of time that was scheduled for other activities. When trying to explain our experience to management the following days, I was told it wasn't the drivers fault and that we were to blame. Very unprofessional and extremely disappointed with this company. I definitely do not recommend this limo service to any other potential renters. read more

I used Boss Limousine for my wedding this past Sunday and I was thrilled with their service. Bassem was a pleasure to work with and consistently emailed me back within an hour of sending him an email. I changed my itinerary about 10 times in the last week and he was fine with it! He has excellent communication and great pricing. Our driver Steve was punctual and an EXCELLENT driver. I would definitely use Boss limo again and recommend it to anyone looking to book a limo for any occasion! read more
