We rented a white 8-seater limo for our wedding and it was very clean on the inside and out. We've heard a TON of horror stories from friends and family about the terrible limousine companies in Vancouver (how they show up late for weddings if at all!) and were extremely skeptical of this one as well (we emailed and called 5-6 Vancouver limo companies) initially. We decided to move forward with City Limousine because Bal (the owner) was sooo quick to respond and super communicative! We texted (his listed company number is his cellphone I believe) and emailed Bal and found he was the quickest via text, always responding within the hour - definitely the most responsive company from the ones we inquired with (some didn't even respond to us so City Limousine was a breath of fresh air). Bal also looked at our weding schedule and helped us save money ($200 worth of savings) by arranging the limo to come at certain times and not staying while taking photos (this allows the driver to go for lunch/pick up others). On the day we had Harry as our driver - he was professional, courteous, EARLY/on time at all our pick up and drop off locations and timing and Harry also wore a SUIT on our wedding day, how amazing is that? We have been recommending City Limousine to all our friends and family. Please don't confuse them with the other limo company with the name City in it as well. If you want to be sure, make sure you ask if you're talking to Bal because that guy is amazing - thank you Bal for making our wedding day so seamless and helping us save money :)

First one was Kenneth Dana who had to come into Surrey to pick us up at three different locations in order to get to YVR by 6 am. Very courteous and always checking to make sure we are all fine. Our second driver, Gurkirat, was amazing as well. Due to Air Canada's ridiculously long delay in sending three flights' of luggages onto the same carousel, we were delayed by a full hour while our driver was already standing by. Gurkirat was so helpful in grabbing all our numerous heavy suitcases off the carousel and then later on, helped rectify an unexpected situation. We can't express how fortunate we all were to have these two lovely men ending up being our drivers and made our our limo experiences one of the best ever! KUDOS to both!!

Booking was very easy and there is variable pricing depending on when you take the bus. This was a…read morevery affordable commute getting from Whistler to YVR airport. The one issue was boarding - I only saw one bus on the schedule and thought it would be the only bus leaving Whistler - there were two buses and we boarded the wrong one. Fortunately we arrived early and the driver made an announcement to take a different bus to the airport. I was surprised he did not say anything when he scanned our tickets. It would have been a perfect experience if we didn't have to disembark and remove our bags for a different bus. There are a couple of additional stops along the way and the bus was not crowded getting to the airport. The bus ride was smooth and clean. As for recommendations getting from the airport to Whistler - I would recommend it only if you know the drop off location and how far you have to carry your bags to your hotel and you don't mind the extra stops from the airport to Whistler. A two hour Uber with an almost exact drop-off versus a potentially three hour bus ride - it gave us time to check-in, find a restaurant for dinner and enjoy the Fire and Ice show at the mountain on Sunday (which was not a planned).

I will not be using this service again and do not recommend it to anyone who values reliability and clear communication.

We don't give free rides.." --- "Not gonna pay? Then I'm gonna call the cab. Your 80 year old parents will just have to find another way at midnight. " --- "Oh you gonna leave a bad review? DO IT! I don't care!" ...well she dared me...so here u go. Luckily the owner of the business was driving....he was more professional and courteous and gave me the 'ol "she's new" line to defend his black-hearted dispatch.
