Called just before midnight to schedule a 5:45am pickup for a ride to the airport for my husband. At 5:57 they still hadn't arrived. Called them and they seemed to have no idea who I was and said my pick up wasn't "in the books". I had to wake up my 3 and 5 year old and haul cookies out to the airport. Best Cab Company!! Throughout my college experience, I would have to take 2 am bus rides to sea-tac to get home and I would take Blue Cab to the bus station. I was grateful that Blue Cab always made me feel safe and was reliable when taking a ride so early. It was like getting picked up by a relative. Any college gals getting anywhere at night I would recommend Blue Cab. They tend to arrive 5 minutes early which is better than Uber and the drivers know the ins-and-outs of Bellingham and have no problem finding anything. One of my best experiences with Blue Cab was when Uber wasn't working out and I called Blue Cab instead and they picked me up right away. I was cutting it close to making my bus and the driver worried that I wouldn't make it if I took the time to pay so they let me go without paying. I was so grateful! I was lucky to get them on my next ride and made sure to pay double and more. I will never forget that experience. Thanks Blue Cab!! read more

I'm giving you a one star. Although your service is nice your drivers at least one particular is a complete moron who needs to lose her job. Driver of car b-14 at 8pm on the 17th of November. Blocked me from driving down an alleyway by refusing to yield to oncoming traffic. When asked to move she sat there with her car off ignoring me. I've been taking blue cab for years, and always been treated well. Except for the last month, my buddy started working for blue cab and gave my pregnant girlfriend a discounted rate to go to work ( as all blue cab drivers do this). Last month the dispatch woman literally just stopped answering our calls. You would think if the discount was an issue, someone would renegotiate the price. Now blue cab just sticks to not taking our calls. The best part is that since Uber is in Bellingham finally we don't have to rely on useless, rude, dispatchers or drivers with absolutely no personalities. This applies to the night drivers who absolutely suck, except for literally one driver. So reading this please use Uber n don't use blue cab because they will ignore a pregnant woman in need. I don't even feel like this place deserves a star. I reviewed this cab company on 12/29/13 recommending a new cab company based on my experience with both still giving this place 2 stars as it was decent just not 4 nor 5 star and then years later I got a yelp message from a person associated with blue cab saying basically saying my review wasn't classy. She wrote a review on yelp for blue cab herself that yelp put in the non recommended reviews as she has ties with this company. I will post all my yelp photos as proof on this page and then leave you with this.... is this really the type of company that you would want to do business with? Grow up Blue Cab and I'm pretty sure it's illegal to harass clients for reviewing you on a review site. I'm still recommending your cab co in Bellingham or any other cab company will do! I have utilized their services for both personal reasons and for my employer's business travelers and company events. While my cab rides are few and far between, nothing beats a car at your door when in need. I had an issue with my car necessitating a stay at the mechanics shop. The friend that promised me a ride to work cancelled at the last moment, resulting in a panicked call to Blue Cab. They arrived quickly, the driver was courteous and efficient, and the ride was fast. Blue Cab of Bellingham is the best cab company I've ever used. The drivers are always super sweet, honest, and on time. The first time I was picked up the cab driver was five minutes early and gave me a call letting me know that he was early and to take my time. He offered me a choice of routes, and took some short cuts I've never used having lived in Bellingham for six years. I've since used them for all my rides around town, (at least a dozen times now) and once I even got a discount for making the driver laugh! Blue Cab is an amazing way to get where you want to go while supporting Bellingham's local economy. :) read more

Blue Cab sevice cost is inconsistent. Took cab from Bellingham Airport to Amtrak station,and cost was $20 and some change. The return trip from Amtrak to Bellingham Airport was $30.50. What was the difference? Who knows, however I would have rather tipped the difference than to have the driver cheat me out of it. In short, won't use again. read more

I called at 10:30 pm the night before for an early cab ride to the airport to catch the 5 a.m. Flight to Seattle. Tom was 5 minutes early for my 4 am pick up, He was nice, helpful and fun to talk to. I felt comfortable in his cab and he got me to the airport quickly and safely. I chose Blue cab because of positive reviews and suboptimal experiences with other cab companies under the same early flight circumstances. They take cards and it was the ideal cab experience: early pick up, clean cab, alert and friendly driver, fast payment, off to my trip! May the rest of my travel day go this well! read more

This cab came right away! Why I think that is great is because since I have been traveling in and out of Bellingham for the past couple months, I had just about decided that cabs in Bham suck. Period. That's because I had used Yellow Cab-and one other obscure company I can't recall the name of. For some reason Y. Cab is what you find in phone books, at the train terminal, etc---but they always took forever (one time--- an hour and a half!). BLUE CAB came today right away, and the gentleman was super friendly. I was really looking forward to using BlueCab for a pickup ride to the airport as I'd had an uneventful ride home from the airport a few weeks before. But this was a disaster. I'd reserved the day before and confirmed it that morning. But after the driver was 5 minutes late, I phoned and was reassured the driver was 'almost there'. Not. After 15 minutes, I phoned again and got voicemail. I ended up leaving 3 messages. The driver finally got there in 20 minutes. The car reeked of cigarette smoke and she had a fresh drivethru cup of coffee. Unbelievable. She asked me where I needed to go, too -- had no record that I was heading to the airport and her late pickup might mean I'd might my flight. Again, simply unbelievable. And no apology or explanation. I made the flight but just barely. Once there, I tried to call Blue Cab to let the owner know...but, you guessed it, voicemail. Will never use Blue Cab again. read more
