Experiences occurred December 2023 (Bellingham Airport to SEA) and January 2024 (SEA to BLI). Each trip had a different driver, both equally good. Bus arrived and departed timely, drivers carefully loaded and unloaded luggage from baggage area of coach. Drivers gave announcements along the drive. The seats were unexpectedly comfortable and the coach smelled clean. Tipped both directions. Lost one star for not having enough ride times available for the early morning December flight. We had to ride the night before and get a hotel room to accommodate the flight departure time. Hopefully this has improved. I'd be willing to pay a little more for "off" hours to help compensate for lower ridership, as it would likely still be cheaper than having to get a hotel room. Overall: a good experience. I've already recommended this airport to airport service to others and I plan to utilize again with future needs. read more

I've used the airport shuttle to travel between SeaTac airport and Burlington for years. Last Christmas my flight was delayed in California for six hours and I was still able to get on the last bus north. They have always been very accommodating, polite and professional. Easiest ride north and saves my family time and the frustration of having to drive so far. read more

Rough travel day in Seattle, and Sarah with Bellair shuttles was AMAZING. I had originally called to confirm pick up location at the Convention Center. A few minutes later, Sarah called me back to let me know the freeways were closed, so shuttles could not make stops. Because the freeway and light rail were closed, my options were pretty limited. Within a few minutes, Sarah had arranged for a Lyft to take me to the closest shuttle stop, called to confirm when I got on the shuttle, and re-booked to make sure my shuttle driver knew I was coming. I was impressed with Bellair's efficiency and communication to get me where I needed to go. I look forward to using this service again in the future! read more

Five stars for a great experience that saved me at least an hour by public transportation or $100 by Lyft/Uber. I bought my ticket online (save $2 or so if you book the day before but I didn't want to take a chance I might not need it) and arrived a half hour ahead of schedule. Thankfully, we were able to wait on the bus as it was a little chilly today! The Airporter shuttle departed Seattle airport on time. A full sized coach and not too many people on board. We each had our own row. Seats were as comfortable as you might get in economy class on the plane but there was a footrest and I actually managed a short snooze. The ride was as smooth as you can expect for highway traffic. My stop was the first in North Bend and we were actually a little early. I would definitely use this service again. SeaTac to YKM this week. In 3rd row from front which has a 2 in elevation from floor. Also at the 3rd row the aisle slopes down to the front. From 4th seat back it is flat!! Not knowing of the slope I lost my balance when I stepped down n flew to the front! What stopped me was my face hitting the 2nd row seat!! Been trying to contact this front and being ghosted. My wife and I chose this charter company to service our family on a snow day to Suncadia Resort. We rented a 24 passenger mini bus and were given Ms. Elizabeth as our driver. First, let me say that our driver Ms. Elizabeth was nothing short of AMAZING!! She was on time, courteous, and one of the kindest persons I've ever met. She was absolutely professional to the "Tee." She drove through some pretty tough snow conditions on our way up to the mountain resort and was able to return us home safely. Bellair's staff was the best! They were able to make our last minute accommodations worth it after losing our original reservation with another company. We will definitely be using them again!! Please consider this service adults only as you may buy seats for small children only to have them forced to sit on your lap or sit by themselves. This was my experience when I bought tickets for my two young grandchildren and their parents. They were traveling from Tulalip to SeaTac airport and the bus was nearly full when it got to Tulalip. No one on the bus would move to allow these young children to sit beside their parents. One lady was allowed to take up two seats with a heavy piece of luggage beside her which should have gone under the bus. The driver made no attempt to reserve 4 seats for a family with children getting on at Tulalip or make an appeal on the radio for volunteers to accommodate them. One young single passenger refused to move when asked directly. Buyer beware. read more

This company is terrible and unreliable. Wew were forced to drive to Lynnwood from Bellingham as the shuttle was 30 mi utes late and did not contact us to let us know. The trip was scheduled to leave at 345 from the airport and at 415 nothing. We attempted to call the company and Noone is available to answer questions until 6 am. This is a company with poor customer service and no communication. I also discussed it with my coworkers and this is not uncommon....I will never use this company again and hope this discourages people until this company can improve their service. read more

While the drivers were friendly and competent, the 60-person bus I took from Anacortes to the Seattle/Tacoma airport did not have seatbelts. When another passenger asked about seatbelts, they were told that the older buses do not have them. read more

We are so lucky to have this great service available in our area! Taking a shuttle to SeaTac as my International flights would not at all line up with Alaska airlines SeaTac flights so it just didn't make sense to fly/made a LOT of sense to save the money and take the bus. It sure beats sitting a few extra hours at the airport or in rush hour traffic etc.. very comfortable seats, not at all crowded, extremely safe and courteous driver. Always on time. I am not a fan of driving in Seattle's rush hour traffic, and this is especially true when I need to catch a flight at SEATAC. Why not hand over the stress of being behind the wheel to someone else so that I can kick back in a plush seat and enjoy the rolling landscape whiz by? I recently realized that if I was going to be gone from Bellingham for longer than a week, it was actually cheaper to pay for the roundtrip bus fare between Bham and SEATAC than it was to pay for longterm parking near the airport. Added benefits of using the bus included drop off directly at the airport departure ticket counters, pickup near baggage claim, and not having to suffer using my car's clutch in stop-and-go traffic. The bus website has the departure and pickup schedule making it easy to find the best times for making your flight. I was able to book online in a matter of minutes. If you have questions, there is a number to call to get assistance. There are several terminal locations. Their main station is on Iowa Street. Arrive at the bus terminal 10 minutes before departure. At the counter or at the bus, sign-in. Queue your luggage for the bus driver to load in the cargo hold below. Be sure to tell him which flight, so he places it into the correct compartment. Arrive early to find a good seat onboard. There is a small compartment above your seat for placing small personal items like laptops and purses. If you are on a big bus, there will most likely be a bathroom at the back of the bus. My bus even had seatbelts. The bus will make several stops (Burlington, Everett, and Marysville) along the way to the airport, but the bus driver sticks to the schedule. You are welcome to get out and stretch your legs, but don't wander away or linger too long. I was nervous about using the service, but it worked out wonderfully. I arrived at my destination relaxed and ontime. I will definitely use this service again. read more

I've used this service several times in last few years...SeaTac to Four Points Sheraton in Bellingham & in reverse. Reserve online w/ ticket confirmation by email. Great alternative since Alaska Air cut back on their Bellingham flights (& increased the prices). Professional drivers, cushy seats & timely so far. Drivers are @ mercy of traffic so plan accordingly. My last trip left Four Points 5:10 PM w/ 7:45 arrival SeaTac 3 or 4 stops. Bellair (South) stops @ United/Delta departure area @ SeaTac. Our flight from SeaTac to Bellingham was cancelled due to snow. Got the last two seats on the 5:30 on Dec 19. Terrible traffic thru Seattle then snow and many accidents. Trip took 5 1/2 hrs, but our driver got us home safely. Very professional! read more

We often take the Bellair Airporter to SeaTac for flights. It's a great, affordable way to get down to Seattle without needing to drive and park. The buses are clean and well maintained. My only complaint is the Airporter is often late. Give yourself plenty of time if you need to catch a flight. read more

Well, when you have a monopoly I guess it's okay to just s*** on everyone. The shuttle was running nearly an hour late, so I called the office to have the second bus hold for the 5 minutes that it takes to cross the airport. I was told it was noted, but ONCE AGAIN I WATCH THE DRIVER DRIVE AWAY as I get across. Yes they put me on the next one, 2 hrs later, but I don't see how it I okay to be so far behind schedule and NOT make accommodations for your own shortcoming in service. read more

I have used the Bellair Airporter Shuttle many many times in my 30 plus years in Bellingham, but today i was very suprised that the driver waited 35 minutes for stragglers to fill the bus which did not leave Seatac till well after our scheduled departure time. This put us right in the middle of heavy traffic and made for delays for the customers that had tkts for a 330 departure. If there was a bus problem it should have been communicated to his customers on the bus and those that had waited on the sidewalk for an hour an a half for what was to be our scheduled departure read more

driver talked for 30 minutes non stop with passengers about nothing. he told other customers to remain quiet but he and two customers were very loud. He was distracted in downtown Seattle traffics. there should be a no talking to driver so he can watch the road. read more

Price is reasonable, but..... When the ferry was late in Annacortes, the bus had left without the passengers wanting to be on the shuttle. When I called, I was informed, it is their policy to leave when the ferry is late. I never saw this when making the reservations. If they are serving the ferry, maybe the schedule needs to allow more than 5 minutes. When I called to change the reservations to a later time, I was told, there may not be space. I did ask about a refund. The company would refund, less $5. Very kind, since they left passengers due to a ferry being late. Otherwise, if you have float in your schedule, this is a convenient way to travel to/from SeaTac and Annacortes. read more

I grew up in the Yakima valley but live in Los Angeles. For years family members would drive to SeaTac to pick me up and also bring me to catch return flights. Having my elderly father do this in Winter crossing hazardous Snoqualmie Pass bothered me so I began seeking an alternative. Bellair turned out to be the answer, and I used it a number of times without incident. Sadly that is no longer the case. Life hazards have made me have to now use a walker with severe constraints to my mobility. After being away for 6 years I finally was coming to the Pacific Northwest to visit my family. The trip from SeaTac to Yakima went fine. As I got off the operator remarked he was glad he had been given a bus with a lift given my inability to mount the steep steps. He suggested whenever I rode with them again to mention needing a lift while making a reservation. It turned out I needed a week later to return to Seattle. My plan was to catch the last trip from Yakima then spend the night at the Coast Gateway, which they have an arrangement with for a discount rate for its customers. While making the reservation I mentioned needing a lift and the woman taking the reservation assured me she would include a note. To my dismay the bus that showed up DID NOT have a lift. Calls to dispatch revealed somebody had dropped the ball and protocols to tag a reservation that required the equipment have a lift weren't followed. Lame assurances were offered the reservation agent faced retraining on procedures. Meanwhile the best they offered was I could catch the early morning trip the next day. And no assurance what the hotel would do in response to a cancelled reservation. To put it mildly, I was very displeased at this monumental dysfunction and lack of accountability. A family member at some personal sacrifice drove me to the hotel (which BTW is very nice), exactly what I hoped to avoid. As there really no other option between Seattle and Yakima except Greyhound (UGH!) I will have to make use of this company for future travel despite this failure I suffered. Rest assured I will NOT rely on staff competence and shall verify in advance the notations are done and the correct equipment provided. Bellair will get a chance to restore it's reputation in my eyes. For now it has tumbled to one star. We will see if in the future they can do their job without screwing up. read more

I had a great experience with this service on more than one occasion. I appreciate the fact that they try to leave the scheduled points exactly on time i shouldn't have to wait because you, your ferry or plane are late. I would not expect you to have to wait for me either, i know if I'm late for any reason i will have to make other arrangements. I originally scheduled my return for one date my plans changed (medical reasons) and it was super easy to change them. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and accommodating. The company needs to clarify if they even shuttle between the Sheraton and Bellingham airport.

The shuttle broke down causing me to miss my flight at SeaTac I had to pay $420 for a new flight. i was told on the phone with the main office that they would refund my shuttle fee and to send in the receipt for the airline ticket purchase. it has been a month and they have not refunded anything, and ignore my calls, emails and letters. As a senior on a fixed income this has been difficult. This is just a bad, bad business. read more

Do not book with this company, they are worse than useless, and will change/cancel shuttles on you out of the blue with little to no notice. I've twice had to reschedule/re-route a trip to the San Juan Islands due to their pulling the rug out from under me with the "suspension" of various shuttles, only to finally have to give up completely on using them because their very limited service made it impossible. Just do yourself a favor and book the seaplane with Kenmore Air in the first place and call it done. It'll cost you more, but you'll save yourself endless headaches and lots of wasted time. read more

This starts off with a bad experience, but ends with excellent customer service. I rode with BellAir Shuttle for the first time in May with a round trip from SEATAC to Cle Ellum. There was a mishap and the driver forgot to pick me up at the light-rail station bus stop. I had called the customer service a few times to see where the shuttle was and at first was told the driver had left the airport late and was on his way to the link light rail stop, but after 25 minutes and my 3rd phone call, they realized the driver didn't read the passenger manifest correctly so didn't know to stop at the light rail. Of course I am quite upset by this as I was on my way to meet my new boyfriend who lives in Eastern WA. Living in different areas of the state we don't get to see each other that often, so I was very happy to be on my way to meet up with him, and having the driver forget to pick me up put quite a damper on my plans. I ended up taking $160 + tip Uber to meet him as I was not about to let our weekend together fall apart. Because I expressed how this driver error messed up my plans and was costing me more money, BellAir had the dispatcher get in touch with me. I was a quite angry but he handled it with grace and put in an incident report for me. He exhibited excellent customer service and did not take my anger personally at all; he let me vent. I also sent an email to the company asking for a refund of my ticket and a comp on another round trip. They did both in a timely manner and informed me that that driver was being retrained on how to read the passenger manifest and know what stops he needs to make to pick up passengers. I was very pleased with their commitment to turn this error around. And the return ride that weekend worked perfectly - excellent driver and smooth, on-time service. Despite the bad start, I highly recommend this company. They take their customer service seriously. read more

Booked a round trip from SeaTac to Anacortes. The airport shuttle was easy to find by arrivals, and we were able to get on an earlier shuttle. The bus was comfortable and had power outlets and a restroom. Departed on time and we were transferred to a smaller bus at Bellingham. Return shuttle however departed from Anacortes 30 minutes late, and hit some traffic although the driver was getting live updates and changing the route accordingly. I would recommend leaving plenty of time to board your flight out of SeaTac. read more

This is a terrible service. Their arrival estimate to Anacortes Ferry terminal was not even close. We were one hour late and missed our 5:10 ferry and there was no other ferry until 9:00 pm. They make tons of stops and this causes long delays. Avoid this service at all costs. They cram way too many people with way too many different destinations into a single bus. So the travel time is wildly unreliable. read more

The service was good and left on time. I was glad to see that it was the bigger bus, which is usually not the case for the Seattle to ellensburg trip.i sat about two thirds of the way back. The smell of the bathroom was SO TERRIBLE!!! it didn't smell like urine or feces, it smelled like a gallon of cheap cleaner dumped in there. It gave me a terrible headache and I tried to breathe through my mouth for two hours. The bathroom should be cleaned, not doused in industrial grade cleaner. A scrub and a simple spray and wipe with a normal sanitizer would be sufficient. This is not the first time this has been a problem. I ride other buses and trains and they manage to keep the restrooms clean without the STRONG SMELL. read more
