I'm surprised how many negative reviews Quick Shuttle received on yelp. My first experience with Quick Shuttle was the most pleasant and smooth experience with a coach bus crossing the border to the states i've ever had. My friend and I used them in December to go from Vancouver to Seattle. The meeting place was across waterfront center in Vancouver but the bus didn't show up at 8:40am when the bus was scheduled to come. Instead the driver himself came over and escorted us to the bus where he parked it half a block away. He came over exactly at 8:40am as scheduled. As for the bus itself, the bus had things you'd typically see on coach busses. USB ports and wall outlets for charging things and reading lights. The seats were very comfortable with ample leg room. They were comfy as they were leather seats. You can easily recline the seats for sleeping. Nobody was behind my seat so I reclined a bit as I took a nap on the smooth bus ride. At least, smooth as you can get on a bus on the road which was a little bumpy at times. I like how the seats were not assigned and you don't have to pay extra just to sit near the front (im looking at you flixbus!) Our driver was great. I want to give a shout out to Samuel L., who was our driver for our trip. Super nice and approachable driver. He laid out the bus rules in a friendly manner and helped out as much as he could regarding the US declaration forms. On the morning the bus trip to Seattle was scheduled, I received a text message from Samuel thanking me for choosing quick shuttle and he introduced himself. He also said to bring a jacket in case the AC is too cold. We were given a tracking link to track the bus. After the bus left, we received another text message thanking us for coming and being great passengers. Samuel left his phone number and invited us to give him any feedback or any questions we may have via text. He's pretty talented as he spoke multiple languages, with english, french, spanish, and a european language i can't quite pinpoint. He was cracking a couple jokes here and there which made some of the passengers chuckle. They were mostly dad jokes lol. He even asked random people that with suitcases on the street near the bus if they were going to board to go seattle as a joke i think, haha. Samuel went above and beyond by providing US declaration forms in many different languages like Chinese and Vietnamese and was easily approachable if we needed any questions (sometimes the drivers only provide english forms) He was pretty efficient in getting the suitcases unloaded and reloaded at the border. He warned us multiple times that the US border is very strict on claiming foods and asked each passenger if they brought any food. He reminded passengers a couple times that the bus is a quiet bus and to only talk at the back part of the bus which i appreciate. Getting on the bus was smooth. You didn't need to present anything. The only thing needed to get on the bus was to verbally confirm your name and last four digits of your phone number. Samuel did a role call for all the passengers. When one passenger was almost late for the bus, he didn't just leave. He personally called the passenger to come aboard to see where he was. I wanted to tip him some cash for being a great driver but he did not accept it and said that my presence as being a pleasant passengers was enough. (He's so darn genuine!) If some passengers didn't bring a pen to fill out a declaration form, he provided a couple of pens for us to borrow. He even offered cookies and candy as a token of his appreciation for choosing quick shuttle. The bus arrived on time and made it to our destination on time, and I felt safe the entire time because our driver didn't speed and drove like a normal, sane person. I highly recommend quick shuttle at least for the trip from vancouver to seattle. If you get samuel as your driver, you're in great hands! If you don't believe me, look at the dozens of positive google reviews on quick shuttle mentioning Samuel lol. 5 huge stars out of 5 for Quick shuttle. I'd give it 6 stars if i could! I recently took a trip with Quick Shuttle from Vancouver to Seattle and back. Here's my feedback: 1. Punctuality: The bus was exceptionally punctual for both departures, from thefrom the Waterfront Skytrain and from Seattle Convention Center. Despite heavy traffic at the border while heading to Seattle, likely due to the long weekend in Canada, we arrived at Seattle airport with only a 30-minute delay. 2. Comfort: The seats were very comfortable and the ride was smooth. Each seat had a 110V charging socket. However, there were no USB ports available.comfortable,from the 3. Luggage: A cabin suitcase measuring 38 cm x 21 cm x 55 cm (LxWxH) could easily fit in the overhead bin. In the rare event that it didn't fit, the driver would request you to place it in the luggage area beneath the bus. Although they mention charges for luggage (except cabin luggage), I didn't witness anyone either paying for their checked luggage or the driver asking for extra money for storing it. 4. Driver: The driver was exceedingly polite, friendly, and professional. He assisted those who needed help and also guided us through the immigration process at the border. 5. Washroom: The washroom was passable, but not particularly clean. I would advise using it only in case of an emergency. On the way to Seattle, the bus only stops once, about 15 minutes after crossing the border, for a bathroom break. On the return trip, there are no stops, and the only available restroom is at the Canadian immigration office. 6. Seat Allocation: Seating is unreserved and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. If you're traveling with family and board the bus last, and it's at full capacity, there's a chance you may not be able to sit together. 7. Notification: In the morning, you'll receive an email containing information about the bus, driver's name, and a link with a password for real-time bus tracking. They offer two types of buses: the burgundy Quick Shuttle and the white TRAXX. In both of my journeys, I got the TRAXX bus. In conclusion, I highly recommend Quick Shuttle for anyone planning to travel to downtown Seattle or the airport, especially on days with anticipated long waits at the border. It's worth noting that the buses have a designated gate and office for border crossings. However, I would advise allocating at least an hour and a half of buffer time if you're heading to the airport, as Seattle tends to have heavy traffic. read more

If zero was a option I would of chose it. The bus was a large POS.. while in general bus transport is a good form of transportation Quick shuttle managed to lower the bar, this coach rattles more then a can with rocks, the ride is very harsh, like the suspension needs work. The seats need to be repaired and the foam replaced. The foot rests would not stay up.. Overall I will consider it a win if we make it to Seattle. We chose Quick shuttle over the train based on let's try something different, we'll this was a fail. The bus had a better departure time then the train from Vancouver to Seattle. We asked the driver to turn on the A/C and he said it was on but just really low.. I honestly don't think the driver knew how to operate his coach. The shuttle make about 4 stops in Canada then you cross the border, our coach is starting to smell like dirty unwashed ass, I know now why they have little green trees hanging up.. they didn't help. So the lack of A/C is making this trip even worse then it needs to be, just thankful it Washington and nice cool rainy weather then hot ass Arizona... I gave one star because there is not a lower rating. We hired Quick Shuttle to handle transfers from Bellingham to Vancouver and back following a family cruise. Getting to Vancouver from Bellingham took just a little over 4 hours to complete a 50 mile trip, not the end of the world but certainly not the 1-1/2 hours advertised. Returning from Vancouver to Bellingham we were informed by e-mail that drivers were not available and that shuttle services would not be provided, leaving a family of 10 stranded along with many other passengers who booked the same service. Needless to say this was more than an inconvenience causing a chain reaction of delays and expense with no concern whatsoever from the folks at Quick Shuttle. read more

First time taking Quick Shuttle and I do like their bus service. yes they do make more then a couple stops between Vancouver and Seattle. Its good that they stop downtown. I actually live closer to downtown then the main street skytrain (Boltbus stop). So came here and surprised in the morning its almost a full bus. It leaves on time. But only issue I have is that they don't have a charging outlet on the bus and also if you sit too far back, you might smell ammonia. Not that pleasant. Even though its an older bus but the seats seems to be more comfortable compared to Bolt Bus. Not sure why? Another thing is that the wifi doesn't work! I would take it again. As first-time users, we took the Quick Shuttle from the Vancouver cruise port to SeaTac airport. Neil, our bus driver, expertly and efficiently maneuvered the passengers through border customs after cheerfully offloading and reloading the luggage in the heat. We were traveling through Seattle on July 28th when a vehicle with liquid oxygen earlier caught fire on the I5 Mercer exit. This turned I5 into a parking lot for several hours, but Neil patiently navigated us through this mess and we safely made it to SeaTac. We felt very safe with Neil's professional and calm demeanor. Their pick up time was about 20 minutes late which made me really nervous. Their arrival time was about 1 hour late due to slow customs. I know customs is out of their control but I think they should have calculated customs time into their overall schedule, otherwise the schedule is unrealistic. Took a roundtrip from Seattle to Vancouver. Turned out both my to/from buses were delayed by approx 2 hrs both to and back from Vancouver. WiFi was constantly down (and the driver could get it rebooted only when he made the next stop, shut down the bus engine and restarted the bus over again....) I understand Quick Shuttle had no control on how long the immigration/customs stop would take (on the way back to Seattle, the driver mentioned the longest he had been waiting for customers to clear at the US border was 5.5 Hrs!!). However, they still needed to make sure they leave on time from their pick up locations. For example, when leaving from Seattle downtown, the driver allowed many customers to get off to McDonald's to get their meals. We ended up waiting 15 minutes later than scheduled for those people to get back on the bus. Moreover, when we were leaving Vancouver downtown (first stop), the driver left 20 minutes late because he was waiting for a customer. This wasnot couteous in my mind. One person's delay rarely ever justifies all other people's delay/ missing flights on others' end. Next time I will probably try Boltbus, because it's potentially much cheaper (Quick Shuttle cost $43 one way vs. Boltbus one way trip ticket price that can get as low as $1...but, in reality, more like $15-20 if you really buy BoltBus' tickets ahead of time!). especially if you plan your trip ahead of time. Also, if you intend to take Quick Shuttle to one of the airports to catch your flight (e.g. SEA, YVR or Bellingham, I think you should budget A LOT more time than you need!!). I never want to be "picked up" by QuickShuttle again. The phone reps actually blatantly lie about arrival times---just read another review by Eric C and looks like he had the SAME experience!!!! I booked a ticket (Vancouver to Seattle) the day before for $43 (before tax) for 8:45am and called in to confirm the pickup from Sutton Place Hotel. Here is what the confirmation said: "Fri, Jun 30, 2017 (SB4) Departs  08:45 Vancouver-Sutton Place Hotel Arrives  13:00 Seattle-Washington State Convention Center Pickup Details  The Sutton Place Hotel is located at 845 Burrard Street, pick up is outside in the transit zone on Burrard Street which is adjacent to the North wing of the hotel." At 8:30 sharp, like in the instructions I went to BURRARD STREET, where there were pickups. I'd been getting picked up by a bus all week and asked the front desk where the "transit zone" was--they pointed to where I was picked up all week, the right hand side of the entrance on Burrard street. After standing for 15 minutes (8:45), I decided to call to ask for the driver's phone number just in case he misses me. I call in and the person who answered said I couldn't have his number and she wouldn't give the driver my number either. But he would arrive between 8:45 and 9. At 9, I see a QuickShuttle drive past me, and I call in again, saying a Quickshuttle drove past and if it was mine; I didn't have the driver's number. Maddie (I think that's her name) on the phone said that the shuttle was 10mins late and would arrive at 9:10. I said I'd call back at 9:10 if I didn't see the shuttle. At 9:10 I called in and Maddie said "But you just called 5 minutes ago!" I said, that was 12 minutes ago (it takes 2 minutes to get to the agent after a phone recording) and that the shuttle still hadn't arrived. She sounded annoyed and then checked in, then said "Your shuttle left." "What?!" "Your driver was there and you weren't there and he even checked the concierge which he didn't have to do and you weren't there." "I was standing here this whole time for almost an hour, and the reason why I called so many times was so this exact thing wouldn't happen!!" "Well you can take a taxi to Holiday Inn and I'll make sure the driver stays until 9:30." I rush to Holiday Inn and get on a different bus; the bus driver said it was a different driver who went to pick me up earlier. I would rather book a GreyHound next time and take a taxi to the place where the GreyHound leaves so that I wouldn't have to be in this situation ever again. Lesson learned. read more

Two hours late - you wait on a street with no bathrooms or seating. Company didn't bother to update us on delay. They don't empty the septic tank between trips. Bathroom reeked at beginning of trip, and by the end it was making everyone in the back rows sick. Seats weren't comfortable. Take Greyhound - you'll have a better trip. read more

Since YVR hasn't gotten the hint that cheap flights are cool, Quick Shuttle does an amazing job taking me to the SeaTac and Bellingham Airports. Their scheduled routes make it easy to find flights that correspond and in going down to the US, I've never been delayed. Coming back to Canada, they're very accommodating with drop-off locations, especially late at night. You tell them where you need to end up and they will find the closest location for you. Fares are very reasonable and if you have a student ID, they're even more amazing. There is free WIFI on board, which makes it fun when you get bored. Delays definitely do happen, but that's totally not on the company or the driver. Sometimes there's traffic or idiot passengers that decide to not bring the correct documentation with them, holding everyone up. I was amazed last night how many of the 20+ passengers had no idea where they needed to be dropped off. Why wouldn't you organize this beforehand? Sigh. Drivers are lovely and are full of information both about the surrounding areas and their services offered. If you need to go down, either for a day or a long period of time, I would definitely recommend using their services! read more

What an unreliable service that they have offered! This review is totally fresh as I just got off the phone with my mom 10 minutes ago, who are still riding the shuttle at that very moment! This is her first time on Quick Shuttle from Seatac Airport to Vancouver Airport. Please pay attention to the destination that I have written, yes is Vancouver Airport. However, she was told that she won't be dropped up at Vancouver Airport. The shuttle driver announced the stops after crossing the border: South Surrey, River Rock Casino, Cambie, ... My mom, an old lady who doesn't understand English much, asked the driver about the Vancouver Airport stop. He said he will not be stopping there and she would have to get off at River Rock Casino. Excuse Me, Slacker!!! No other passengers needing to get off at Vancouver Airport doesn't mean that my mom is invisible! It is clearly written on the Quick Shuttle website that there is a stop at the Vancouver Airport. What if she needs to catch a flight or she parks her car at the airport? Not a bad option if you need a ride to or from SeaTac airport. I was flying standby and my only options were out of the US, so I booked for a ticket on Quick Shuttle from Vancouver to Seattle. Turns out my flight ended up getting downsized and I couldn't take that option. Option 2 was from LAX, so I was stuck with a Quick Shuttle ticket I didn't need. After panicking that I had wasted $54 on a ticket because they were non-refundable and non-transferable, I called the customer service line. I asked if I could make the ticket an open-ended one, and cancel my reservation for the upcoming weekend. I expected a flat out NO, but to my surprise, there was no problem. My reservation number remained the same, and all I had to do was call to re-book my ticket, good for up to a year. And I could use it to travel north or south. Beauty! Turns out, I was able to get my return flight to end at SeaTac, so I got to use my Quick Shuttle ticket a couple weeks later. Again, my situation wasn't as I had predicted, and I got through customs and baggage earlier than I had thought. I ended up standing outside the bus at 9:20, when I wasn't booked until 12:30. Oh please, oh please let me on the 9:30!? And again, it was no problem. Huzzah! After having already traveled for 13+ hours, this was a huge relief. The bus driver was super friendly, and had lots of info about the surrounding areas. He was also a little annoying by the end of the trip, but hey, at least he likes his job. I think the fellow across from me was ready to strangle him, though, so perhaps he should tone it down. I didn't care. The driver was just trying to keep the mood light and happy as we waited for Canada Customs to finally decide the bus lane was worth their time and come help us. WiFi was buggered on my trip. Even after a re-boot I don't think it was working well, but by that point I had given up and decided sleep was a better use of my time. Pros - You don't have to drive or find parking. Good for one-way trips, or when flying (save on parking fees). WiFi when it works. Cons - Slow. Much longer than driving yourself. Unloading all your stuff at customs is a pain in the ass. Quick Shuttle tries really hard to get you where you're going. Both times I've taken them (south -- I've taken trains back north), the pickup from 12th & Cambie has been right on time and the drivers do their level best to get you through the border and down I-5 in a reasonable amount of time. My fellow passengers were non-sketchy and generally well-behaved. The buses have WiFi, though they don't have power outlets like Boltbus does back east. (YMMV: I think the goal is that they always have WiFi, but one one of my trips it didn't work most of the way, even after the driver "rebooted the bus" when I asked if she could do anything about it. It was rock solid my other trip.) It's a bus, though, and it's subject to the vagaries of the road and the border. Sometimes you zip right through! Sometimes you wait two and a half hours... and because of it, the bus that left Vancouver two hours later actually beats you in to downtown Seattle (that one stung a little). They post schedules with times on their website and, well, I would consider the arrival times in the States more of a suggestion than a timetable. If you're thinking about booking a flight out of SEA and Quick Shuttling your way down, this'll get you there but you're really going to want to leave at least a couple hours of cushion time. So in general it's a pretty good option. It's a good value for your dollar... though I've got one other warning: one of their drivers is really obnoxious. At some point, he decided our long, long wait at the border meant it was STORYTIME and proceeded to serenade us with useless commentary and a limp "ghost story" that I won't even further dignify. I just wanted to be left alone to read my book. I sent an email to their reservations desk and didn't hear a word of apology back from them, so I'm not too sure about their customer service bona fides, but I guess I wasn't expecting much. read more

The Ac was not working and temps in the bus must've exceeded 80 degrees F. Minus points. Made numerous stops to pick up more passengers, some of which we no shows so we drove out of our way for nothing. I booked our ride from Vancouver to Sea-Tac through gotobus.com and it turned out to be Quick Shuttle picking us up. Upon check-in, shuttle driver couldn't find my name even though it was listed on there. I had to point it out to him. The ride was supposed to be 4.5 hours, which should've been sufficient time to get us to Sea-Tac. It took 5 hours and 40 minutes! The shuttle driver could've taken another route to get back on the freeway after dropping people off in downtown Seattle, but he took local. He was going to drop people off at their hotels too....what the heck? There is NO time....we're already late...and he kept telling us we'd get there...until 4:30pm has come and gone and we were STILL waiting. I ended up having to change my flight to a later time which costed me $75. I called Quick Shuttle about that and I was told (by a VERY rude lady) that I should've allotted 2.5 hours instead of 1.5 hours for domestic travels. Ugh...whatever. Yes the flights are usually cheaper out of SeaTac... but I forgot to figure in the value of my time on this last trip. By the time you add on the $80 for the return bus ticket and the 4 hours 40 minutes of travel time each way you should ask yourself, is this actually a good deal? The WiFi died the moment we crossed into the States on the way there, and on my return trip it was dial-up slow with the 40+ passengers battling boredom. The only pros I can think of are a shorter border crossing, and, uh, that's it really. I guess if you get a crazy cheap deal on a flight this may be worth it. Eeek. I would use this service as a last resort. Coming back from Seattle, we were supposed to arrive on the Canadian side of the border at 7pm. Do you want to know what time we reached?! 9PM!!!! My partner and I like to kill two birds with one stone on our vacays, if possible. With that said, I scoured the 'net and for a means of taking a day-trip from Vancouver to Seattle. We found this place online and the booking process was no muss, no fuss. We booked it, printed the confirmation and scurried over to the pickup location at the Holiday Inn on Howe St. The bus left right on time and we stopped at probably 3-4 more locations, where we picked up more passengers and were at full capacity. We eventually got to the border crossing which was a little unnerving because of the less-than-courteous border agents. However, the bus driver explained the process and before you knew it, we were back on the road. We got to Seattle a few hours later and off we went to take in the city. Overall this was a good way to travel 250+ miles away on the cheap (about $50 pp r/t). Why did I give it a 2-star, you might ask? Well, for one...this bus was touted as having free WIFI...however, said free WIFI, didn't work the whole way there and back...so, I couldn't work on anything I had planned to work on. read more

I've taken this bus for 2 years now back and forth from Vancouver to Seatac Airport, at least 10 times a year. 80% of the time the WiFi is down and I have had one courteous driver. Other than that, they have been exceedingly rude. Use this as a last resort for those super early flights. Were it not for a disability, I would drive. I highly recommend Amtrak! read more

The bus picking us up was over an hour late, we got a substitute bus as the original broke down there is no proactive communication though they could easily update via text or email. The way back was late because it took so long to load passengers at the casino and one stop later he let them have a 1/2 bathroom break. The driver made no attempt to make up time by missing the "rest stop in the woods". I missed my flight and will pay to book hotel and a new flight out of Seattle. If you are looking for a quick way to get to/from Seattle/Vancouver, this is a good option. It was $50 round trip. The bus driver was courteous and professional, the bus was quiet, and it more or less followed the schedule. Overall Quick Shuttle provided me with No Hassle way to get from the Westside of Vancouver to Westside of Downtown Seattle. The trip took just over 4 hours, the border crossing was quicker then driving. The Buses where clean and well maintained on both trips. On the ride home I was placed on a Express bus that when straight form Seattle to the Border which saved about 40 minutes of travel time on the return trip. read more

The quick shuttle bus is an easy way to get from Vancouver to Bellingham or Seattle but our driver was running 45 minutes behind schedule and would. Not. Stop. Talking. He talked about bus schedules that ended in the summer and last month. He talked about what towns we were going to go through, he talked about anything he thought could be of relevance. Telling us important things is one thing but just continually talking is another. He was pretty nice mostly but the first hour of the drive he was pretty passive aggressive. I get being asked ridiculous questions all day might be annoying but after he was running 45 min late he should have just been chill. read more

It's almost humorous how the reviews for Quick Shuttle are either 1 star or 5 stars and people either love it or hate it! I have been travelling Bellingham to Vancouver BC and back on Quick Shuttle for years and love the fact that $27 US (senior) gets me a fast, comfortable trip virtually door to door as well as a relatively stress-free border crossing. Wi-Fi is iffy, and the drivers range from new hires to seasoned pros. They all drive the heck out of these big old burgundy buses and I LOVE the fact that I don't have to drive at all in any weather, just be carried along on a cozy and speedy magic carpet ride where I can read, doze off or daydream while taking in the sights along the way. On the downside, I have had the experience of the bus zooming by me without picking me up (a change in schedule which resulted in a panicked $200 taxi ride to catch the plane) and on the plus side, many, many rides that went as smooth as butter. The coaches seem to always run a bit late so it is a good idea to be firmly in place and alert (and ready to call office dispatch if it gets TOO late) but once on the bus, you will be very well taken care of all the way to your destination. So much better than all the other hassle involved in renting and returning cars and lining up at the border. Quick Shuttle runs four or five times a day from Vancouver to Seattle and back, and reservations can easily be made by phone or online. Take this bus at your peril. What should have been a short, simple ride from Bellingham, WA to Vancouver BC turned into a 5-hour ordeal. When the bus was delayed, they had no way to alert waiting passengers, who were left standing around outside the airport terminal. The bus driver was strange and unhelpful. When the bus finally arrived in Vancouver, he wouldn't let riders get off at stops earlier than they'd originally signed up for - at least, not if they wanted their luggage. And for this August trip, THE BUS DID NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. I'd recommend sticking to Amtrack. read more

My wife booked a ticket for a good friend and her son to travel from Vancouver to Seattle, as well as a return bus ticket. The ordeal itself was a nightmare -- despite arrive half an hour early and waiting in the designated waiting area (confirmed multiple times with the hotel staff), the bus did not arrive as promised at 09:30. 20 minutes go by, still no bus... the friend informs my wife, who immediately contacted Quick Shuttle -- they were able to confirm over the phone that the bus was "running late" and would be "arriving shortly". Not two minutes after the friend got off the phone, SHE SAW THE BUS DRIVING BY WITHOUT STOPPING! WTF!!! Furious, we called customer service, who told us that the driver picked up other passengers (obviously not true), that our friends would be placed on the next bus (which I had to find out, WHILE DOING MY DUE DILIGENCE, that it was FULL!!)... they had to stand on the curb and wait for the bus after that, at 11:30. Fun fact: the 10:30 bus driver arrived 15 minutes early, went INTO THE HOTEL to check for guests, and... rejected our friends, who attempted to board the bus. And I really needed to press the customer service representative to confirm that it was the BUS DRIVER who was not performing his/her duties, which allowed my wife and I to consider that perhaps the company is not to blame... * * * I wrote an email explaining the entire experience to the email address provided by the customer service representative and gave my best version of a fair, objective representation of the morning, what we felt was wrong, and invited Quick Shuttle to respond. A Reservations Supervisor from the company replied to my email courteously and responded in such a way that explained what happened, took ownership of their role in the situation, and worked with us to repair the relationship. As promised, we will be communicating this with our friends, who are scheduled to return to Vancouver from Seattle tomorrow. We feel heard by the company, and that our patronage matters; we look forward to communicating this to our friends in hopes that their return trip will be smooth and without issue. read more

The service and personnel are good but the company did not have their stops well designated so we did not know where to wait. It's not a big outfit apparently. So when we ask around the locals where the pickup was nobody knew. Just go early and you won't have any trouble. And look for a maroon bus that says QUICK SHUTTLE. read more

Had trouble booking and ended up only booking each leg individually. Emailed to ask if they could combine my tickets to a round trip or if I could cancel to rebook as the cost difference was over $30 AMERICAN. Response was rude and absolutely not favourable. Will never book with them again and I haven't even gotten on the bus. read more

Surprised at the amount of bad reviews. Took it from Vancouver to downtown Seattle on Easter Weekend, when the border was extremely busy. Left on time, seats were fine, and we weren't held up at the border at all. It stops in Campbell River and Bellingham Airport on the way there, but the stops are extremely brief (no getting off for bathroom breaks or anything). Friend who was travelling with me said that it was essentially the same experience as Greyhound for a good 2/3rds the price, so I'm not complaining. Wifi is super slow. I was using LTE for most of the trip. read more
