This company is so friendly, professional, accommodating, and prompt. First, Mark is the owner and was super quick in responding to our texts. He was so kind and accommodating with unexpected changes to our schedule. Terry was our driver as well and was so friendly and provided helpful tips for our visit. We used them for airport pick up and drop off and for a ride to/from Butchart Gardens/the Butterfly Garden and our hotel. They showed up early each time. We rode in a limo and two SUVs, and all were modern and clean. The prices were fair and reasonable for black car service. We will definitely use them again the next time we visit. I've been stuck in a remote area of Vancouver Island attempting to make my way to Victoria during what has been described as the biggest snow storm in 20 years. Excellent all the way around! After our cruise line cancelled the planned excursion to Buchart Gardens, we called from sea about 6 hours prior to arriving in Victoria and arranged to have private car and driver to take us to Buchart Gardens, wait 2 hours in the parking lot and wisk us back. Our driver Barb met us at the dock with a sign with our name and we had a very clean Kia van to ourselves, along with pleasant conversation with her. Mark the manager (owner?) met us when we returned. Made for a perfect evening and they were 25% less cost than a competitor we called. read more

We emailed taxi companies and shuttle services to request price quotes from the Victoria BC airport to the Victoria BC inner harbor area. Then, on a whim, we emailed Knight Limousine for a quote as well; the reply time was very quick and wow were we ever surprised. For a mere $6 Canadian more (plus tip) we could be picked up by our own driver at the airport and taken for a flat rate to our hotel. We did not hesitate and booked immediately. As promised a driver was awaiting us by the arrival area with a dry erase board which had our last name written on it. The vehicle was clean inside and out; our driver, Jeff, was very personable. My wife felt very safe. On our drive he was eager to answer questions about the area and offered a few suggestions when we inquired. read more

Absolutely best limo service experience we ever had. Our family of 18 were on a cruise and wanted a family lunch during our brief stop in Victoria. We called around to find a way we could all get from the ship terminal to a downtown restaurant. Knights had the perfect solution. A 21 passenger coach with wheelchair lift ( worked very well). They offered to include a narrated city tour for 2 hours in the morning, stopover for lunch and return to ship by 1:30 in time for 2pm sailing. They even personally checked out two restaurants in advance to insure one met our quality, size and handicap requirement. The coach was waiting for us at 9am. Our driver was knowledgable, entertaining and accommodating, committed to making our Victoria visit best possible. And the bill was very modest. Good people, book with them. read more

As a group of 8, we enjoyed a great private tour/drive with Mike from Knight Limousine on a cruise stop in Victoria in May. Mike picked us up at the dock, took us to Butchart Gardens, then to a lunch spot we had selected (also recommended - Summit Restaurant at the Villa Eyrie Resort), then back to the ship with a bit of a photo stop along the Inner Harbor. Mike, a fine storyteller, shared stories of Victoria with just enough embellishment to make them memorable and fun. Prior to the trip we made a few changes (as our group size grew, requiring a larger vehicle) and they were very accommodating, keeping in touch via text to confirm details. We were very pleased with our excursion and found it to be a good value with much more personal service compared to going on one of the ship excursions. We were able to get to the Gardens ahead of the busloads and had a thoroughly enjoyable day in Victoria. read more

We found Knight Limousine at the pier coming off a Celebrity cruise. Mark Fisher was our driver. He explained up front where he would take us, how long, and the cost. It was very reasonable, and for 2.5 hours we had our own private tour of Victoria and the surrounding area. We had a brief stop here in Victoria as part of our Alaskan cruise. We honestly expected this brief 4 hour stop to be just a quick trip into town for a few souvenirs and then back on the ship, boy were were wrong! We met Kelly (our driver) right off the ship and he made us an offer we couldn't refuse, a 3 hour tour of the town, including the amazing parks of Victoria, Chinatown, and so much more. Kelly is a life long resident of Victoria and clearly loves his home town. He shared its history with us along with hitting all of the highlights he could in the brief window of time we had. Victoria went from being something no one was all that interested in to a destination that our entire family is anxious to return to, we simply felt like we did not have enough time. On top of all this, the price for this amazing tour was an amazing value for our family of 6.
