    Came by to ship a package. Parking is available in the large lot in front of the building. The inside is essentially a large room with a counter on one side, and a conveyor belt. As others have mentioned, the staff didn't seem to care too much about the customers. As there was no official lineup, people just formed a queue. I made it to the front (took some 30) minutes only to find out I was in the "wrong" line. I only saw 1 queue, so how was I supposed to know there are separate lines for picking up and dropping off? Waste of time. No wonder 1 person there seemed to stand around doing nothing. That was the "drop off" person. Some signs would've been nice. Fortunately I was still able to drop off my package on time. Honestly, I probably won't be back anytime soon. There are some other carrier places just a few blocks from here.

    Stupid Company. Ship my package without let me know it. Than they returned it. WTF! No email no phone call no message at all.

Instead, the package sat in the couriers van until September 20. Yes two-and-a-half months before the sender of the package managed to prod them into action. Even then I was told it would be delivered the day following contact and it wasn't. Why? "that driver does not work that day." So, why was I told it would come that day? Finally, the next day it arrived looking like it had been bouncing around in the back of a van for a long time - because it had - 81 days! I found myself at FedEx this morning, in which the man at the counter kindly directed me here. The UPS here is in a prime location- right near a Dollorama , Bosley's, Shopper's Drug Mart, an a skytrain station. The woman at the counter today had exceptional customer service skills. She had a large purple and pink button on her shirt that said something like "I'm happy, ask me how" and so I asked her. Although I am genuinely a happy person, I couldn't help but ask her about this large button! She was fairly vague about it. I then asked her if it had something to do with the cross around her neck (as I'm a Christian) and she said no. She said she no longer has that 2:00 lull in her day because of one specific thing she does that makes her happy and no longer tired. She said she can't explain it but that it works, and that if I want to know more about it, she can send me a video and I can decide to do whatever I want with it. I wrote my email address on a notepad for her and will be waiting to hear back. For all I know, she's going to send me some information about a cult hahaha. I will update to let you all know. I liked this conversation starter. Our world is more connected yet more lonely than ever and I liked the way she brought humanity and deeper human connection into an everyday errand for me. I also liked that UPS allows her to do this (assuming it's not actually a cult haha).

    Th worst customer service i have ever seen. I sent an item back to US from Canada for repair (and…read morereturn). The shipment was clearly marked as repair and return, but they charged the receivers credit card anyway for taxes etc. on the value of the item. This charge is over $400 US, and should not have been charged int he first place! The only way forward was to file a "dispute", which I did right away and which was acknowledged. I didn't hear for months, and made several calls, but customer service doesn't have access to that department, so all I could do was email again and again. About five months later someone finally told me that the file had been closed as I had not responded to their email for more documents. I had them send me that email, and it turns out they had sent the email to the wrong address (they made a typo)! So to re-open the case, they wanted me to send them another $90USD. I said that it was THEIR fault for the email error, so they should waive the fee. From that point on I was ghosted, and could not get a response from anyone. I found a manager, outlined the situation, and she agreed to waive the fee, and directed the original person to move forward with re-opening the case and get it processed properly. That was a month and a half ago, and I have no confirmation that anything has been done or if anything is in process, and all parties that I have been communicating with about this (including managers) have not responded to any of my inquiries as to the status. And there is no one I can call who has any ability to help me. So I am pretty much back where I started.... SOOO frustrating!!!!!!!!!!

Yet the company allows them to leave notes where they lie. If that how they feel about their service - imagine what a lousy company this is at its root. Horrible. I avoid them whenever I can.
