If I had to leave an overall rating, I would leave 2 stars as Hansen's technically got the job…read moredone, but generally failed to meet my expectations. The drivers who picked up and delivered my vehicle at either end were completely professional and courteous, but I do not believe these individuals worked for Hansen's - they would have been sub-contracted. I found that all Hansen's staff I interacted with were less than average in their job performance. The number of times I had to re-confirm basic information such as the delivery address, desired delivery time, and my own phone number was staggering. This gave the appearance that nobody within the organization communicates amongst themselves or with their sub-contractors. Therefore, the service provided by sub-contractors was good and exceeded my expectations, but Hansen's provided no discernible value to the overall vehicle shipment and delivery experience, and in fact made the process more frustrating for me. I could elaborate on my frustrations but will elect not to do so here given that my additional concerns are likely more unique to my own case and may not be helpful to other customers. If Hansen's is reading this, you should strive for greater professionalism and better information/file management among office staff.

When I got back to Bellingham I had a call from the girl at the desk saying that I had affixed the wrong label. I figured I'd have to drive back up to the shop (30+minutes), but instead she nicely emailed me the instructions to cancel the return, refile the return, and email the proper label to her so she could get my package sent!!! I mean?? Who does that? So, yes, 5 stars to these guys for customer customer service!
