My experience was unlike the others that shopped at this dealership. The car online I wanted wasn't actually on the lot. They said they had to send it back because they couldn't certify it. I thought, that's reassuring. They did show me a car that was a little more expensive but with all the options, I was impressed with the vehicle and went forward with the sale. There was one thing I didn't like, they used the rush tactic on me by telling me someone else was there to buy the car despite having started the work to get me into the vehicle. I was told money on the door get first dibs. I'm a man of my word, so that rubbed me the wrong way. Other than that, I have to say they made the process relatively easy. They worked with me to get the best deal possible. I was in a rush to get out the door after doing the paper work. They needed to take care of somethings on the car to ensure it was in tip top shape. I'm sharing my full experience with Global Auto Outlet because it has honestly been one of the worst dealership experiences I've ever had. I purchased a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT on July 1, 2025 after putting down a very large down payment. Donta was my salesman, while Amaal handled all paperwork. Before purchasing the vehicle, I explained that I had already purchased an Endurance warranty because it offered better coverage and pricing. Amaal told me their dealership policy required all used vehicles to be sold with a warranty and assured me I could cancel my warranty afterward. Based on that representation, I moved forward with the purchase. Within days, I noticed a serious knocking noise coming from the truck. I returned on July 3, 2025 and was told the noise was "probably just torque" because the vehicle had a lot of horsepower. The issue continued, so I returned again on July 8 and insisted something was wrong. I left the truck for inspection and later received a call saying their technicians inspected and test drove it but found nothing wrong. When I picked it up, I personally took the service manager for a ride so he could hear the noise himself. After hearing it, he claimed it probably just needed differential fluid changed. Knowing the issue was more serious, I sought a second opinion through an Endurance-approved repair shop. They diagnosed: - Broken oil dipstick tube - Leaking valve cover gaskets - A failing front differential Endurance covered some repairs, but after sending an inspector, they stated the differential issue clearly existed before purchase and needed to be handled by the dealership. When I returned to speak with Amaal, he suddenly acted as if he knew nothing about my previous complaints or the service manager hearing the issue himself. I was then directed to Reggie, the store manager. From September 2025 through February 2026, I dealt with constant delays, ignored emails, excuses, and terrible communication. I dropped my truck off multiple times for days at a time while absolutely nothing was done. One time they ordered the wrong part. Another time they had me leave the truck before even ordering parts. Meanwhile, I was spending hundreds weekly on rental cars and rideshares while my truck sat untouched in their lot. I even have a GPS tracker that confirmed the truck wasn't being moved or worked on. One time someone even drove my truck to a restaurant while it was supposedly there for repairs and I was told it was a "test drive." The differential repair was finally completed months later. In May 2026, coolant started pouring from my radiator. I brought the truck back and once again experienced poor communication and delays. After days of no updates, I was told there was a hole in the radiator -- something I had already explained when dropping it off. I was quoted $750 for repairs, and they still failed to inspect the second issue I brought the truck in for. Again, my GPS tracker showed the vehicle hadn't even been started. I eventually picked the truck up on May 16, 2026 and replaced the radiator myself at home within five hours. I also requested cancellation of the warranty contract they pushed me into purchasing. Reggie ignored my email until I confronted him in person, where he wrote "cancel VSC" on a printed copy and promised an update that never came. I returned again and was told nobody knew how the cancellation process worked because they had "never done it before." Yet moments later, I was suddenly being told how the process supposedly worked when I asked for confirmation. This entire experience has been a nightmare. The dealership was very attentive when making the sale, but once issues arose, communication disappeared, accountability vanished, and I was repeatedly strung along while wasting significant time and money. I highly recommend against doing business with this dealership. Had a terrible experience on CHRISTMAS EVE of all days. I wen't some days prior to check out a truck they had and after the test drive decided it was the right vehicle for me. Our sales rep, Jamaal, was fantastic and did everything he could to provide a fair service; but once we go to talking numbers with the manager everything went horribly downhill. They tried to tack on over $6k in dealer fees on a $20k pickup truck which is just absurd so I walked away from the deal. I communicated with them a bit following the initial test drive and we were able to come to an agreement on the price over the phone. I cancelled my other plans for the day (Christmas Eve) to go and get the truck. When I arrived they had the paperwork ready and the vehicle was being detailed. All of a sudden, mid signing, the manager comes over and says "we have a problem." Apparently, for some reason that the manager, Amal, would not share with me; the owner decided he did not want to sell me the vehicle. Was just told "sorry, nothing I can do" Seems super shady and whoever the owner here is lacks some major customer service perspective. I am trying to have a positive outlook but it's hard not to feel like this has totally ruined the holiday for me. After driving 1hr and 20 mins, the sales guy was already waiting outside even though that's not who I spoke with. When we arrived, they told us the car was too damaged and that they couldn't sell it to him. I immediately sensed it was a bait-and-switch scam and told them so. I made it clear I wasn't here for games, my grandchild would be riding in this car, and safety is non-negotiable. The salesman said he understood, then showed us a different vehicle. While test driving the second car, a young woman joined us and kept praising it excessively, it felt staged and insincere. I should have trusted my gut and walked away. Instead, I ended up putting the car in my name. Big mistake. They sold us a 2018 Nissan Rogue. It looked fine on the outside, but the interior was already damaged. Within 20 days (if that), the car started shaking badly. We brought it back, and they supposedly fixed it. But the problems continued. Eventually, the car started overheating, and thankfully, the warranty covered that. Despite my son getting 3 out of 4 oil changes based on the mileage schedule, the engine completely failed and was found to be full of sludge. Now the warranty won't cover the repairs. There is no way this kind of engine damage resulted from missing just one oil change. I called the supervisor, and he tried to dodge responsibility, suggesting maybe "bad oil" was used in an oil change. When I told him I was taking this to court, he said, "I have to end this call now," and hung up. Save yourself the stress ,go to a reputable dealership like Chevy, Honda, Nissan, or Subaru. Don't waste your time or money with Global Auto. They clearly don't care about customers, only about profit. I am currently stuck with a car that has a dead engine and $21,000 left on the loan for a vehicle that was never worth even $8,000 to begin with. SHADY PLACE!!! Found the car I've been looking for online for an amazing deal around 11PM est. woke up the following day and they raised the price by almost 6k in less than 24/7. That should have been my red flag. I made contact with them, and set up an appointment for 5PM the day I called, telling them I'm ready to go.... All was good and they hyped it up, and made an appointment window for me to stop in. I told them I'm an hour away. 5 minutes before I park, I get a text saying "sorry, we sold the car".... I have zero issue they sold it. I was more gobsmacked I was only told 5 minutes before my appointment window when everyone knows selling a car doesn't happen in 5 minutes. They knew I was driving from Silver Spring and the drive was an hour, as I told them. So they KNEW someone was buying it as a walk in and failed to say anything to me after I drove an hour to see it. Adding insult to injury, while I'm inside the dealership speaking with them, the manager comes to speak with me as he sees I'm upset. Again, I'm in business and I get it. Sale is a sale and you can't hold anything.... We spoke and it was all good. However, after we spoke, my partner who is waiting for me in the car, sees the manager walk away from me and go into his office and proceed to start looking at me through his office window and laughs, shaking his head. Today, I felt scammed. I drove almost an hour to check out a 2017 Nissan Rogue SL priced on Truecar for $13,280. The dealer said this price was non-negotiable as it was the internet price. Ok, cool. It's a nice car, and it was clean. Great for my teenager. According to TrueCar, the Cash price of the car should have been $15,199. This includes the sale price plus the dealer's reported fees and calculated taxes. The DEALER REPORTED fees! Hands down the jankiest used car dealer I've ever visited. Texting an internet sales person 'Sara' all week leading up to a Saturday appt. Lady confirms car is available even as I'm driving there, Saturday. I get there to be greeted by guy named reese. I went in for a BMW 650 and the customer service was exceptional from everyone on the staff it felt like a family environment right when I walked in. Everybody was accommodating to my every need wether that be if I had a question or needed a refreshment. The finance managers Ms. Lori and Mr.Price were amazing they beat my credit unions interest rate by 3% and got me the car I wanted right at the monthly payment I wanted. I read reviews about this place on Yelp, Car Gurus, and Google, so I knew the type of business I would be dealing with, but for some reason I thought my experience would somehow be different & slightly better. I exchanged a number of emails with their Internet Sales Rep, "Tracey Smith", about a Mercedes Benz E-class. I was told that the car was still available, so of course I pulled up the same week to try to score an E-class at an unbeatable price. When I asked about the car when I arrived and showed the salesman the listing on CarFax, he told me that the car had been sold 30 minutes prior to my arrival. I literally started laughing because the reviews I read prior to visiting this dealership warned me that this would happen. Fortunately, I didn't have to travel too far for the lies. Listen, this place literally advertises cars that they don't have, at this amazing price, and then they are trained to say "it just sold 5 mins ago." lol. And then they try to sell you on a more expensive car with high mileage. Oh and by the way, I stopped by this dealership over a month ago and they still have the E-class I was initially interested in listed on their website, CarFax, and Car Gurus, but they "sold" it 30 minutes before I arrived. Lastly the Finance Manager, Vic Woodard, is rude, unprofessional & dismissive. The staff were not following CDC Guidelines. They were talking to customers without a mask. The guy that did a test drive with me didn't have on a mask. The more expensive E-class that I test drove was on E. The E-class was on E literally! The gas light came on while I was driving and the salesman wouldn't fill the tank so there was only enough gas for me to test drive it around the block. I have no idea how it drives on the highway. Also the airbag warning light was on. When I mentioned it to Vic after my test drive, he said the car was under warranty so I could get it fixed. How about your behind get it fixed and stop trying to sell folks a car that already has issues that may or may not be covered under warranty...if it even has warranty. In closing, this is just a real shady and very ghetto business. Garbage Dealership! One name for Global Auto - AUTO CROOKS!! They sold us a damaged vehicle and then did not honor fixing the issues, although we brought back to them immediately after purchasing it. It had a defective transmission, ball joints problem, a bad vehicle computer, etc. The story is too long to detail but basically we got scammed, lied to, and they sold us a vehicle with a slew of major problems that we could not identify on their short test drive. They let the vehicle sit for weeks, stating it was being repaired while all the time nothing was being done. We were paying a loan for a car we didn't have. After leaving it broke for 8 weeks, we found just sitting behind their lot. Realizing they had done nothing to repair the vehicle they then asked if we want to trade it for another vehicle there and mind you, when we choose a vehicle they then raised the price of the another vehicle we were interested in by $7,000 more than the price that was actually showing on their own website. Although we had put a large downpayment on the damaged vehicle, they essentially said we would lose the down payment. Really? Deceptive and dishonest! We are now stuck with the damaged vehicle (supposedly certified) but I don't believe that. It absolutely could not have been properly inspected in that condition. I've purchased cars before but never had such a poor and predatory experience as with this dealership. They lie, cheat, and steal your money in exchange for selling you a damaged goods in poor repair, then leave you in the trenches for the repair costs. A reputable dealership it is not. This vehicle should never have been up for sale in this condition. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable dealership that does not change vehicle prices to take advantage of customers! We are so disappointed and regretful of this experience with Global Auto. We lost a lot of money in this deal and will have to spend more for costly repairs for safe operations. You can't trust their smiling faces, they are not truthful! Also, watch your financial sheet because they charged us more for the vehicle than purchase price quoted. They both spent week after week lying that the repaired was being done, leaving us with no vehicle and thousands in costly repairs for a vehicle that never should have been sold in that condition. They are shameful dishonest culprits! Stick with the [brand name] dealerships - like Ourisman, GMC, Honda, Toyota, Lexus, etc., (names with a reputation that you can rely on), and stay away from [LOW LEVEL], off brand dealers like Global Auto that inflate prices and sell damaged vehicles. You will save yourself time, money, headaches and most of all stress! It is so sad that they take advantage of people and victimize customers this way for their own profit, with no customer care. And watch out - after a car purchase they ask customers to do a positive review on their website so that the customer's salesperson will get paid (hence the 5-star reviews on their site), as well their own added fake reviews! Lastly, they claim their vehicles are certified . . . and I agree with them on that -- they are "Certified Junk"!! Most of the vehicles are high mileage from Auctions. They have their own mechanic on site that likely checks all the boxes when their vehicles are inspected (likely in on their deception). My question is - are their vehicles [really] MD state inspected or does their own mechanic just give a pass on the inspection to get their vehicles sold? It's very hard to believe that a vehicle can pass a MD inspection with a lengthy list of problems such as the vehicle we purchased (unknowingly). Maryland state inspections are very extensive, so what is really going on when Global sells a vehicle with major repair issues? Very suspect! I have absolutely NO respect for this dealership! They get a flat out "F" for integrity, service, transparency, and ethical practices. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP unless you want a lemon or to be cheated with a price markup!! Horrible. Came to test drive Tesla model 3 they did have it. Car was nice drive fine no issues I noticed. Got to talking numbers and the guy tried to fast talk you and glamour you with their crappy warranty. I may just be paranoid but there is a smell in the cars and building that I swear is anxiety inducing. Back to the numbers the car was listed at 19,500. Eventually we get to the point where they take us to the bank (never had a dealership take me to the bank) I'm looking at the statement in the car and I notice the number showed on the statement wasn't the number we agreed upon in the office. I call the manager he apologizes and says it was a mistake and there was extra fees added (I shoulda walked away at this point). They shoot over another statement for about 700 less. I then notice the base price of the car said 22,600 instead of the 19,500. I told them to fuck off and take me back. We pull up to the dealership and they throw some bogus offer from mecu in my face saying they sent my info there I check my credit and no credit pull was there at that point i attempt to shake hands with the manager and part ways amicably he looked at me like I had shit on my shirt and I just walked out. If you planning on buying a car from global Auto outlet in Temple Hills be careful I bought a 2016 Escalade like the lady said online it was a different price it was $26,995 they sold it to me for $35,000 when they added a whole bunch of stuff on that wasn't the bad part I bought this vehicle in January and till this day it still can't pass inspection I left there not even a week later the truck had no oil in it I had to call someone 3:00 in the morning to come put oil in the truck they are bad for business if you plan on buying a car haven't inspected on your own but I recommend you go somewhere else they sign off on the inspections their cars really never actually go through if they think it's not going to pass I told him there was something wrong with the left front they told me to keep driving because the brakes was tight only to find out the left strut was leaking and the left control arm is bad engine light still on since January Cadillac converters bad and the rear main oil silly that's why I had to keep adding oil in the radiator do not buy a car from them trust me you'll regret it read more

On the morning we planned to see a car, I texted and confirmed availability. Their automatic texter, Sarah confirmed and asked if we'd like a coffee or soda on arrival. When we arrived and sat down to get familiar with the saleperson, I asked for that coke and she said they had vending machines in another area. So, vehicle is there, we start the test drive and the drivers seat doesn't move back or forward more than maybe 1-2 inches, so obviously there's an issue, because the passenger seat had full range. Salesperson suggested that is the way it is supposed to be. Absolutely not. Also, when we tried to figure out the sunroof controls, she said she didn't think Audi sunroofs opened, like it's just for show. No, again. And, we did figure out how to open. Ok, back to the showroom and Champ comes out. This is a $10,000 advertised car and we have cash and expect taxes, tags and a reasonable fee. Ok, he sits down and the price out the door goes to over $15,000. That is over a 50% increase on the price. Doesn't sound like he cares at all about negotiating, just BS fees. Felt like we were getting a timeshare sales pitch. We left and checked out a few used car dealers in VA, and did not feel taken advantage of or mislead. This dealership is TERRIBLE I wish I would have listened to all the reviews by people. I went with an opened minded approach when I really should have paid attention to the reviews. A dealership doesn't get shitty reviews like that by being a good and reputable dealer. They have good cars at good pricing that end up at the wrong dealership. I called them at least 6 times to ensure the only car I was looking for was available. Each time they said yes and I set up an appointment first thing in the morning right when they open. They try getting potential buyers to come in so they can try selling other cars. Please DO NOT GO HERE!!! Poor business practice, brought a used car from these guys. The initial encounter was good and was fast to respond to getting me in to see a Car. I purchased the vehicle the next day after I took out for a test drive. I quickly Noticed a few things and tried to reach out to them. After calling I finally had to drive back To the location to speak with the manager. Four days later I'm back for my appointment and asking about 1. Rattling noise 2. Check low beam 3. Service due in 10 days 4. USB outlet not working. I wad told I need to go to Mercedes to have to look at it but we can look into the rattling sound. So I just purchased a car and now I'm going to have to take into Mercedes to have a full diagnostic. This a bait and switch dealership. Buyer beware. well let me start by saying if anyone leaves a good review they must work there or know someone who does ... after driving three hrs one way too pick up the car I was approved for through down payment trade in credit report and financing a few conversations with the so called salesman 2hrs into my drive ran into some backed up traffic so I advised the salesman we would still be there just a few minutes later then expected all was good until I arrived then the car I bought was sold how does that happen after the entire process was completed and done even got a message saying congratulations your on your way to pick up your new car what bs but all is good I'm glad I didn't get it after seeing this shit hole of a car dealer one I was a little scared two it was nasty and disgusting at the same time I'm glad I didn't leave my nice car there too die trust me people I don't usually do these thing I.e reviews but people need to be aware of this place I would STRONGLY advise against it felt like walking into a haunted house good luck too those who like too deal with places like this read more

Let me start off by saying that I had every expectation on buying a car today. When I first arrived there was literally no one there to greet me. When I was finally able to test drive a vehicle I realize very quickly that it was one that I wanted to buy. We walked back into the building just for the man to speak to every single person except the one that he was initially helping, ME!! I waited for 15 minutes for somebody to come back to speak with me. The guy walks back and says "hey don't worry the guy is putting a quote together." In my head I'm thinking what about my down payment amount ,interest rate, or anything for that matter but no he comes give me a paper and walks away. At that point I say F it and I'm out. The car posted on the website is NOT the price they will sell to you, they ask 6000 dollars more of the listing price. Also, the car you decide to take a look will never be available, even you text them in their building, and they are still telling you, yes, come to see the car, it is available. Omg... big RIP-Off Artists... quoted us one price and then on final paperwork $5k was mysteriously added to cost of vehicle. And vehicle was listed at price quoted on their website. You will get fast talked and SCAMMED... kept asking us for paystubs even though it was not needed.. couldn't get straight answers... car had flat on test drive even after their own worker pointed it out prior to leaving but they assured it was nothing wrong. Terrible just completely terrible. They sell nice cars but the service is horrible. They lie to you about almost everything. They hire people who have no knowledge in anything related to their job. There is only one person in the building who seems to know everything. After my car being totaled apparently they didn't even apply my gap insurance that was paid for and signed for.
