    I enjoyed my experience from the door. Everyone i interacted with was knowledgeable and friendly. At one point I forgot i was buying a car because i was just that relaxed. I would definitely refer people here for a new vehicle.

    I had a great experience buying my first car with Mr.DC. He actually helped my sister get a car a year ago and now me so he'll definitely be a family dealer from now on!!! The service here has far exceeded my expectations. The staff are very friendly, and helpful. I actually went to Auto Giants first where they were extremely unprofessional so i decided to give Easterns a try instead and I wish I would've went there first.....All I can say Mr.David Carter is the man. -Tatyana Robinson

    Pretty disappointed in easterns. I bought a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee at the temple hills location and after taking it in for its first service after purchase, I discovered all four tires were dry rotted and needed to be replaced. It's concerning they let me drive off the lot in an unsafe vehicle, on top of being out another $1000 for new tires. Management has been ignoring my attempts at contact for weeks. If you purchase a vehicle from them, have a third party check it out within 30 days of purchase.

They did show me a car that was a little more expensive but with all the options, I was impressed with the vehicle and went forward with the sale. There was one thing I didn't like, they used the rush tactic on me by telling me someone else was there to buy the car despite having started the work to get me into the vehicle. I was told money on the door get first dibs. I'm a man of my word, so that rubbed me the wrong way. Other than that, I have to say they made the process relatively easy. They worked with me to get the best deal possible. I was in a rush to get out the door after doing the paper work. They needed to take care of somethings on the car to ensure it was in tip top shape. They offered to deliver the car to my door. There is no better feeling than seeing your beautiful car pull up in your driveway! I had a great experience and I will definitely go back for my next car.     I'm sharing my full experience with Global Auto Outlet because it has honestly been one of the…read moreworst dealership experiences I've ever had. I purchased a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT on July 1, 2025 after putting down a very large down payment. Donta was my salesman, while Amaal handled all paperwork. Before purchasing the vehicle, I explained that I had already purchased an Endurance warranty because it offered better coverage and pricing. Amaal told me their dealership policy required all used vehicles to be sold with a warranty and assured me I could cancel my warranty afterward. Based on that representation, I moved forward with the purchase. Within days, I noticed a serious knocking noise coming from the truck. I returned on July 3, 2025 and was told the noise was "probably just torque" because the vehicle had a lot of horsepower. The issue continued, so I returned again on July 8 and insisted something was wrong. I left the truck for inspection and later received a call saying their technicians inspected and test drove it but found nothing wrong. When I picked it up, I personally took the service manager for a ride so he could hear the noise himself. After hearing it, he claimed it probably just needed differential fluid changed. Knowing the issue was more serious, I sought a second opinion through an Endurance-approved repair shop. They diagnosed: - Broken oil dipstick tube - Leaking valve cover gaskets - A failing front differential Endurance covered some repairs, but after sending an inspector, they stated the differential issue clearly existed before purchase and needed to be handled by the dealership. When I returned to speak with Amaal, he suddenly acted as if he knew nothing about my previous complaints or the service manager hearing the issue himself. I was then directed to Reggie, the store manager. From September 2025 through February 2026, I dealt with constant delays, ignored emails, excuses, and terrible communication. I dropped my truck off multiple times for days at a time while absolutely nothing was done. One time they ordered the wrong part. Another time they had me leave the truck before even ordering parts. Meanwhile, I was spending hundreds weekly on rental cars and rideshares while my truck sat untouched in their lot. I even have a GPS tracker that confirmed the truck wasn't being moved or worked on. One time someone even drove my truck to a restaurant while it was supposedly there for repairs and I was told it was a "test drive." The differential repair was finally completed months later. In May 2026, coolant started pouring from my radiator. I brought the truck back and once again experienced poor communication and delays. After days of no updates, I was told there was a hole in the radiator -- something I had already explained when dropping it off. I was quoted $750 for repairs, and they still failed to inspect the second issue I brought the truck in for. Again, my GPS tracker showed the vehicle hadn't even been started. I eventually picked the truck up on May 16, 2026 and replaced the radiator myself at home within five hours. I also requested cancellation of the warranty contract they pushed me into purchasing. Reggie ignored my email until I confronted him in person, where he wrote "cancel VSC" on a printed copy and promised an update that never came. I returned again and was told nobody knew how the cancellation process worked because they had "never done it before." Yet moments later, I was suddenly being told how the process supposedly worked when I asked for confirmation. This entire experience has been a nightmare. The dealership was very attentive when making the sale, but once issues arose, communication disappeared, accountability vanished, and I was repeatedly strung along while wasting significant time and money. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your next vehicle purchase. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and financial headache.

    I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, owned by Kevin, and it turned out to be a complete…read morelemon. Within 48 hours, the car failed inspection, despite having supposedly passed one prior to the sale. I later found out that the dealership had paid a mechanic to fraudulently pass the vehicle's inspection. When I confronted them, they refused to take accountability. I ended up spending thousands of dollars out of pocket to bring the vehicle up to safety and inspection standards -- because a car that cuts off while driving is not something I was willing to tolerate. Since the purchase, I have been trying to obtain the title for over two years. I have texted 32 times, called dozens of times, messaged through Instagram, email, Facebook page, and Facebook Messenger. I even had seven family members reach out on my behalf -- all without a single meaningful response. Kevin has since changed his number. I've also shown up in person, only to be lied to or brushed off with empty promises that the title would be coming from the lienholder. The truth is, Kevin never submitted the necessary paperwork to the MVA or the lienholder. I now have a $32,000 car, paid in full within 24 months, and no title. As a result, I cannot register, sell, or legally drive the car because the tags are expired. Kevin has since told me he will not provide the title and refuses to mediate or resolve the issue. Kevin is a compulsive liar and scammer. His dealership is currently under investigation by the MVA for similar issues. In fact, my previous lienholder has informed me they will no longer do business with his dealership due to ongoing concerns about fraudulent and shady practices.

    Do not buy your cars here!!!, this is the worst mistake I made, I bought my son a car and a week…read moreafter taking it from the dealer the catalytic converter was ruined and the engine started leaking oil, when we called the dealer they told us that They were going to pay for the repair, which they never did, I bought a warranty for which I paid $3,500, they told me it covered everything, but it didn't, the warranty only covered part and the repair cost more than $2,000, I had to pay half, the worst thing is that they do not accept that guarantee anywhere, only the workshop that they choose, a month after fixing it it breaks again, and then we spent another $1,500 that was not covered by the insurance because they told me that we had already passed the time limit when the car was only 3 months old after taking it from DMV AUTO OUTLET OF SUITLAND, then when we received the letter to do the emission test, the nightmare begins again because it did not pass because the problem that they supposedly fixed did not It was like that, we asked for extensions and extensions at the VEIP office, until they told us that we had to take it to the dealer to repair it and it would cost us $5,000, that was when we decided to sell it as is and they only gave us $1,500 when we still owed $7,500, that car was a total loss. That is why I am warning you and writing the story so that you do not buy any car there, it is a scam that they do by selling bad cars and insurance that does not work. I purchased a BMW on 11/29/2025 with the clear condition that dents and scratches on the driver-side door would be repaired before final delivery. After purchase, coordination became inconsistent. I was informed that their repair technician typically works on Tuesdays, but the repair schedule depended on availability. I was told that if repairs could not be completed immediately, the vehicle would be delivered and returned later, and that a loaner vehicle would be provided during the repair period. On 12/2/2025, I attempted to contact the dealership for an update and initially received no response. I later received a text indicating the vehicle was in the heat bay curing. I requested delivery that day, and the vehicle was driven from Temple Hills, MD to La Plata, MD, adding mileage rather than being transported. On 12/3/2025, Calvin delivered the vehicle and confirmed he would verify that a loaner car would be available for the scheduled 12/4/2025 repair. He later advised that while vehicles were available, dealer tags were not, so a loaner could not be provided. I was told I would be contacted the following week to reschedule. During this time, I also reported that the vehicle displayed a message indicating it was due for an oil change, which was concerning given that I was told the oil had been changed in October 2025. As of 12/9/2025, I have not received follow-up and my calls have not been answered or returned. While my initial experience was professional, the lack of communication and follow-through since the sale has been disappointing. I am simply seeking completion of the agreed-upon repairs.
