I thought, that's reassuring. They did show me a car that was a little more expensive but with all the options, I was impressed with the vehicle and went forward with the sale. There was one thing I didn't like, they used the rush tactic on me by telling me someone else was there to buy the car despite having started the work to get me into the vehicle. I was told money on the door get first dibs. I'm a man of my word, so that rubbed me the wrong way. Other than that, I have to say they made the process relatively easy. They worked with me to get the best deal possible. I was in a rush to get out the door after doing the paper work. They needed to take care of somethings on the car to ensure it was in tip top shape. They offered to deliver the car to my door. There is no better feeling than seeing your beautiful car pull up in your driveway! I had a great experience and I will definitely go back for my next car. I'm sharing my full experience with Global Auto Outlet because it has honestly been one of the…read moreworst dealership experiences I've ever had. I purchased a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT on July 1, 2025 after putting down a very large down payment. Donta was my salesman, while Amaal handled all paperwork. Before purchasing the vehicle, I explained that I had already purchased an Endurance warranty because it offered better coverage and pricing. Amaal told me their dealership policy required all used vehicles to be sold with a warranty and assured me I could cancel my warranty afterward. Based on that representation, I moved forward with the purchase. Within days, I noticed a serious knocking noise coming from the truck. I returned on July 3, 2025 and was told the noise was "probably just torque" because the vehicle had a lot of horsepower. The issue continued, so I returned again on July 8 and insisted something was wrong. I left the truck for inspection and later received a call saying their technicians inspected and test drove it but found nothing wrong. When I picked it up, I personally took the service manager for a ride so he could hear the noise himself. After hearing it, he claimed it probably just needed differential fluid changed. Knowing the issue was more serious, I sought a second opinion through an Endurance-approved repair shop. They diagnosed: - Broken oil dipstick tube - Leaking valve cover gaskets - A failing front differential Endurance covered some repairs, but after sending an inspector, they stated the differential issue clearly existed before purchase and needed to be handled by the dealership. When I returned to speak with Amaal, he suddenly acted as if he knew nothing about my previous complaints or the service manager hearing the issue himself. I was then directed to Reggie, the store manager. From September 2025 through February 2026, I dealt with constant delays, ignored emails, excuses, and terrible communication. I dropped my truck off multiple times for days at a time while absolutely nothing was done. One time they ordered the wrong part. Another time they had me leave the truck before even ordering parts. Meanwhile, I was spending hundreds weekly on rental cars and rideshares while my truck sat untouched in their lot. I even have a GPS tracker that confirmed the truck wasn't being moved or worked on. One time someone even drove my truck to a restaurant while it was supposedly there for repairs and I was told it was a "test drive." The differential repair was finally completed months later. In May 2026, coolant started pouring from my radiator. I brought the truck back and once again experienced poor communication and delays. After days of no updates, I was told there was a hole in the radiator -- something I had already explained when dropping it off. I was quoted $750 for repairs, and they still failed to inspect the second issue I brought the truck in for. Again, my GPS tracker showed the vehicle hadn't even been started. I eventually picked the truck up on May 16, 2026 and replaced the radiator myself at home within five hours. I also requested cancellation of the warranty contract they pushed me into purchasing. Reggie ignored my email until I confronted him in person, where he wrote "cancel VSC" on a printed copy and promised an update that never came. I returned again and was told nobody knew how the cancellation process worked because they had "never done it before." Yet moments later, I was suddenly being told how the process supposedly worked when I asked for confirmation. This entire experience has been a nightmare. The dealership was very attentive when making the sale, but once issues arose, communication disappeared, accountability vanished, and I was repeatedly strung along while wasting significant time and money. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your next vehicle purchase. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and financial headache.

Once in, Minique took care of me and found a great car in my price range and fit my criteria. Even worked with me when I had to come back the next day to finish some paper work. Assuming my sales woman was on lunch, he instructed me to sit. Only for me to have to approach the front desk again, 35 minutes later to ask if someone could at least tell me something. This man continued to look at me but not help. Front desk had someone else help me but that was after he finished the task he was already doing. The work performed is always done with professionalism and in a timely manner, and I have been provided with loaners and rideshares in certain circumstances. My problem is with the cost. I have a 2016 Rav4 hybrid that I take good care of. I drive approximately 12,000 miles each year, and have the vehicle serviced every six months. I generally accept any service that is deemed "critical." Since May 2023 -- so, a span of 7 scheduled visits and two emergency appointments, one electrical (rats) and one hose disconnection (minimal cost) -- I have spent over $10,500. This total does not include two of those visits, for which the paperwork is missing from my inbox. On average, I have spent $1,166 per visit, and possibly quite a bit more. Consumer Reports estimates that Toyotas accrue $4,900 in maintenance costs between years 6 and 10. I keep thinking that one day, my costs will revert to the mean, but each appointment is setting me back significantly -- $2,496 in November and $2,350 today (April, 2026). This was after being quoted around $800 for several recommended services, and then being told a tie rod had broken and both tie rods also needed replacing -- a $1,700 cost, which was thankfully reduced a bit (thank you). I just don't think that is a good or fair deal, and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I gave this place 3 stars because at least the car I got appears to have been a good deal. Now onto…read morethe bad... I found Carsmart because my wife and I were looking for a specific model car and through online searching it appeared that this place was one of the only in the area that had it and it was a really good deal. So good we were a little concerned. So I called the office to ask a few questions. The receptionist attempted to answer my questions but was clearly unknowledgable in the process. In fact, she gave out information that was flat out wrong. For example, I was looking at a Hyundai and I asked her if the 100,000 mile warranty transferred. She confidentally said yes it does. So I called Hyundai directly and was explained that only a 60,000 mile warranty transfers. She could have found this in a quick google search like I did rather than lie to me. Next I asked if I could get the car checked at a mechanic prior to buying. She told me the manager would call me back. No response.... Anyway, I still wanted to check out the car. So we made an appointment with Ismael and drove 45 minutes to see it. When we got there Ismael was not to be found so we were sent to Aaron Jones. The car was there and looked to be in near perfect condition (it was a 2015 with 15,000 miles on it). Some rust on the rotors and some minor scratches was all I saw. I did note that the floor mats were oddly missing and Aaron said he would take care of that. After test drive we decided this was too good of a deal to turn up so we asked for a discount to cover the minor issues with the car. The finance manager told us that since the shop was closed at the time he couldn't get the mechanics to check it again but assured me it had passed inspection. I was able to get him to discount the price by $200 however. Still no word on getting floor mats despite me checking back in 3-4 times on it. Ok, so we agreed on the deal and Aaron was very nice and curteous the entire time. They gave us the keys and said that they would have to check for the spare set in storage. This seemed extremely shady. This dealer only had about 20-30 cars on their lot so storing all the spare keys would take up about as much space as a shoe box. So why would they need to keep them in a different location? Also, how come the key was even separated in the first place? This seemed very odd but at this point was not a deal-breaker. Regarding the car, I did get it checked out right away at a trusted mechanic and they found no hidden issues, so at least I felt comfortable that I bought a solid car. The next day I did receive an automated text message from Aaron wishing me well with my car. I responded by email to Aaron to ask about the still missing floor mats. Silence... I called the dealership and they apparently had no idea of an Aaron that even worked there. Odd. I finally got on the line, after several very confused receptionists passed me along, with another sales manager Ismael. I explained I never got the floor mats and Aaron promised them. Still sounded like no Aaron even worked there. I explained that genuine Hyundai mats were about $75 online. He said he would not get those but I can go to Advance Auto and pick out mats and they would purchase it for me. I said, thats crazy because it would be the same price and I live 45 minutes away. He said he would get back to me and hung up. Silence... So I never heard about about the floor mats. I considered it a wash and just bought my own good quality mats. Fast forward 40 days, I was supposed to have been notified of the permanent plates being ready at the dealer. Seemed like a long time, so I called them. The receptionist confirmed that they were ready for me. Why didn't anyone call me, I ask. She had no idea.... I insist on speaking to a manager and along comes Ismael. I tell him about the terrible customer service I've endured and ask him to please mail me the plates at no charge (they typically charge $20 to do so). He laughed at me and said he would do it as a customer courtesy. I asked about the spare keys and, as expected with a place like this, they did not have it. So end of the day, I got a good deal on a gently used car that was oddly missing floormats and a second key, both of which I had to buy on my own. The customer service at Carsmart makes Comcast look good, hence the deduction of 2 stars. When I got my other car purchased new, I got personal calls from the salesperson to check if I needed anything a few days later. Only an automated text message and no response from Carsmart. And the fact that they deny or are unaware of an employee working for them (they only have about 3-4 employees in the office at one time) is absurd. I am happy about my car but I would never recommend this place to anyone.
