We always go to Parson for a second opinion, b/c he knows the business and we can trust him. He said there was a very small leak and that replacing the steering column was not necessary. It also did not have anything to do with the reason why the car was having issues. He fixed the car and recommended watching it and if it gets worse, then we should go back. He's a gem!

Before purchasing, I was assured that if I was unhappy with the results, I would receive a refund. I arrived at the scheduled appointment time and waited over 2.5 hours. James later explained he had been drinking heavily the night before and had failed to bring the necessary parts. At that point I requested a refund before any work was performed, but was repeatedly pressured to continue. The promised performance gains were never delivered. The only noticeable change was an artificial sound added to the vehicle, and the vehicle's performance did not improve anywhere close to what was represented. I later learned that the tune was not actually being created by the person who represented himself as the tuner. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue and reminders of the refund promise, I was ultimately told "Sorry, no refunds." Based on my experience, I believe the service was misrepresented and the promised results were not delivered. I am still requesting a full refund.

I bought a 2014 Shelby GT 500 about 6 months ago and for the first month it rode like a true Beast…read morebut then I started having issues and went to 2 other places that sold me this part and that part and the check engine light just kept coming on so I took it to the Ford dealership and they replaced the PCM, Powertrain control module then it was ok on the drive home from G burg but the next day the check engine light and the Do not drive yellow wrench lit up so I had it towed back to the dealer who if they looked hard enough on their own they would've noticed oversized fuel injectors and adjusted the PCM accordingly. I even sent them a screenshot of every hi performance part on the car and they also knew I had a tune on the car but my bad as I should've gone to this business first as it would've been fixed the first time and I would've saved a S load of money. Right when I pulled into RSPDMV and told the owner Jimmy about the new PCM and popped the hood he knew exactly and I mean EXACTLY what the issue was and recalibrated my PCM and installed a newer better tune. He just pulled out his laptop and plugged it into my car and after about an hour my Shelby was humming like the Beast she is!!! These are top notch mechanics and computer wizards and EXACTLY the type of people us non mechanics need to know so we don't get jerked around and the work is done right the first time! I definitely will be bringing all my vehicles here to be serviced and I just wish I had found them earlier Thank you Jimmy and all your crew for a job well done and for bringing my stress level down to zero! We were stuck at Seneca Creek State Park around 15 min away from Executive Automotive Service when…read moreour car would not start. It was a hot Sunday afternoon and most auto shops were closed and this place was listed as open on Google. We called and the man on the phone (I believe Bill the manager) was the most helpful and able to help us fix our problem remotely. We had thought we needed to get a tow truck into the state park, but with the Park Rangers help in detecting the missing component that prevented our car from starting and creating a makeshift solution and Executive Automobile Services verbal guidance, we were able to drive home from the park!! Executive Automobile Service was able to explain to us over the phone that it must have fallen out in the car and encouraged us to keep looking for the piece. They even offered to come over to the park so that they could lift the car up to locate it to us. We told them we would keep trying to look for it and ultimately did find the piece hidden inside our hood. We felt like we had a dream team between Executive Automobile Service and the Seneca Creek Park Ranger . As other mentioned, this is a business of integrity, professionalism, and high caliber of expertise as demonstrated by being able to walk us through the explanation of the how integral it was to find the missing part once we defined the problem to them. Although we never met in person, they saved us from a wasted tow trip to their shop which I suspect other shops would have recommended us do. If we had not found the piece, they told us that we would have to order it anyways and to just keep the car at home. Adnan Fayyaz and the Zam Zam Auto Sales & Service Team perform partial low quality auto repairs with faulty parts and try to upsell customers to larger more expensive repairs that their autos do not need. They play the old shell game with auto parts to confuse the customers. They are VERY DISHONEST and DISRESPECTFUL, and will take your money without doing the estimated auto repairs that were paid for! Double check their repair work and get your money credits back! I visited Zam Zam Auto on Sat, 4/11/26 for a engine diagnostic and estimate to complete an oil and filter change, replace with new cylinder ignition coil #2, and 6 new spark plugs minor tuneup. The repairs were completed on Mon, 4/13/26 by your mechanics Jef and Israr to repair a check engine light and vsc off blinking light with engine misfire code problem on my 2009 Lexus RX350. I drove my RX350 back to Zam Zam Auto and reported that the same check engine light and vsc off blinking light with engine misfire code problem returned on my 20 min drive to work on Tues, 4/14/26. Jef and Israr requested that I bring my RX350 back on Wed, 4/15/26 to recheck the repairs, since the misfire code was now on cylinder ignition coil #4 and maybe the spark plug was not seated properly. Jef and Israr completed the engine diagnostic again on Wed, 4/15/26 and reported to me that after they switched the cylinder ignition coil from #4 to #2 that now the misfire code had moved back the cylinder #2. They also reported to me that they thought the engine cylinder #2 had low compression and cylinder #4 was fine. Jef and Israr agreed to provide me with an estimate to replace the engine in my 2009 Lexus RX350 with a used engine. The original diagnostic showed a blown cylinder ignition coil #2, the second diagnostic showed a blown cylinder ignition coil #4, and the third diagnostic showed low compression on cylinder #2. I paid for engine diagnostics and repairs that were NOT completed correctly with good parts and left my 2009 Lexus RX350 with the same problem that I came to Zam Zam Auto with on Sat, 4/11/26. I went to a different and reputable Auto Service on Fri, 4/17/26 to complete the new cylinder ignition coil #2 and new spark plug repairs, and demanded and received a refund from Zam Zam Auto to resolve the matter.
